“We had a marvelous dinner celebrating a birthday and everything from scheduling a reservation to dessert was impeccable. The seafood on the seafood tower was fresh and succulent, the warm goat cheese salad had excellent flavor and texture and the parmesan Sole and the Norwegian salmon were both made to perfection. A must have is the Crab fried rice. The bananas foster butter cake and Meyer lemon tort were both excellent too. Our server Joy really made our first experience truly special.“

“Today was my first time there. The food is delicious my kids love it but I don’t feel I had the great service. First, we didn’t get the napkins and utensils on time but way after the food got there. A drink spilled on me (our fault) which made me realized there was no napkins provided, by the time we found the lady for napkins I was soaking wet. Then we were about to start eating and my children needed a fork, well no fork was provided. We ordered 3 seafood boils, no utensils for that were provided neither. My husband ordered an extra drink, never was it brought to us. I’m happy my kids enjoyed it, but we were not that pleased as we saw others being treated differently. Not sure if we will be returning.“

We were seated very quickly and didn’t have to wait long at all. The food came out fresh and hot, and no joke; everything we tried was extremely delicious. We decided to try a little bit of everything so we could really experience the menu. We ordered the oxtails, Alfredo pasta, lamb chops, fried catfish, rib tips, baked mac & cheese, and candied yams, and every single dish was on point. The flavors were incredible and everything was cooked perfectly. Another thing that really stood out was how clean the restaurant was. All three were really delicious. The sauces on the shrimp and chicken were outstanding. Hector was my waiter, and I appreciate his excellent service. They were moist, juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. Very fresh and well sized. Didnt too much care for the chicken wing zings. They were too salty although fresh and crispy. Also had the seafood salad which was good. Been back again for the frog legs. FYI it is CASH ONLY. Great customer service which was a plus for me. So I didn't mind coming back considering I live no where near the restaurant.“

I came before they were closing and he took care of me , I absolutely love JJ Fish & Chicken! Every time I go, I order the chicken tenders, and they are always fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their food. The customer service is excellent—everyone is friendly, welcoming, and quick to help. It’s hard to find a spot that consistently delivers great food and service, but JJ Fish & Chicken nails it every time. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious food and a great experience!“

“Went here for the first time to give it a try. Honestly speaking. The place was very clean The layout was fresh. I had the chicken and fish combo. With wings catfish and talipia. The chicken was well seasoned a bit too salty for me personally but still good. Talipia was bland but the crust was good. But the Catfish can take them very far. I was very impressed and will be back regularly for their Catfish. Yummy“

“The best place you can go for mariscos. Great prices. The only thing I wished was that they opened a second location maybe closer to the southwest suburbs because we have nothing out here. This place would hit amazing! But anytime I’m in the city I ALWAYS stop by. Their langostinos, shrimp, ceviche , agua chiles etc all taste good.
