El día de hoy, martes 26 de noviembre, llegué a cenar a las 8:45 pm confiando en la información publicada en sus redes sociales, donde claramente se especifica que el horario de cierre es a las 11:00 pm. No obstante, a las 9:30 pm ya se estaba anunciando el "último llamado" para bebidas alcohólicas. Además, durante mi estancia, fui testigo de cómo dos familias fueron rechazadas para cenar por el mismo motivo: el restaurante estaba cerrando antes de tiempo debido a "la falta de clientes". Entiendo que puedan surgir situaciones operativas, pero considero que este tipo de decisiones impacta negativamente en la experiencia de sus clientes. Cuando se anuncia un horario de cierre, los clientes planeamos nuestras visitas en base a esa información. De no ser posible mantener el horario anunciado, sería más transparente ajustarlo oficialmente en sus plataformas para que las personas puedan planear con anticipación y, en caso necesario, optar por otras opciones. Por último, quiero mencionar que esta inconformidad fue compartida con nuestra mesera, quien nos escuchó con amabilidad. Sin embargo, creo que esta situación requiere un ajuste desde la gerencia para evitar malentendidos en el futuro. Agradezco de antemano su atención a esta situación y espero que se tomen las medidas necesarias para garantizar que su excelente servicio sea consistente en todos los aspectos. “I don't even know where to begin. The service is always above and beyond awesome (♡ Ruby and Dahlia)! This is a family owned business (and owner and family are always there working their butts off and checking to see everyone is happy) and it is obvious that they take pride in what they serve and they really appreciate their customers. I have ordered many different dishes from the menu and everything is always delicious and hot and cooked exactly as I ordered. The margaritas are top notch. My absolute favorite is the cucumber magarita. Make sure to try their tableside guac...so good!!! Carne Asada is excellent. “Oooooorale’! We found another hidden gem! (Well not really hidden, lol) este restaurante está riquísimo! For all of you non-Spanish speakers, this place is delicious! It looks small from the outside, but it’s enormous in flavor! It’s a very cute and nicely decorated place. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. But the food… it rocks! We ordered the Orden de Quesobirria and a Carne en su Jugo and a Agua de Jamaica (hibiscus water) and a Horchata (rice water). The Carne stew was delicious! So many levels of flavors. The birria was fantastic! Levels and levels of flavor. Will definitely be back for the Menudo this weekend. See you all here!“

“Lu Lu’s restaurant is a GEM! She treats her customers like family and is just the sweetest! The food is always hot and delicious - my favorite is her pambazo sandwich. The rice was flavorful, the tortilla was fresh and the best part was the agua de Mango. Will definitely have to stop in again and try other items on the menu.“

We chose Chicago Taco Authority for our graduation celebration—and what an absolutely fantastic decision! The catering spread featured their Chicken Tinga Taco, vibrant Taco Salad, freshly made hand‑cut chips, and creamy guacamole/avocado—each item was packed with impeccable care and tasted incredibly fresh.
The Chicken Tinga Taco was a standout, with tender, savory shredded chicken seasoned just right—a fan favorite among our guests. The taco salad was bright, crisp, and loaded with fresh ingredients that felt premium and flavorful. The hand‑cut chips stayed crisp throughout the party, and that guac… oh my—it was creamy, ripe, and bursting with pure avocado goodness!

“I got a burrito 🌯, which was pretty good, but I guess I should've gotten tacos 🌮 since this place IS in fact called Taco Villa. Anyways, the employees were super nice and kept checking in with us to make sure we had all we needed. “Everything was delicious! We went to Hoja Santa and loved every bite. The butternut squash was surprisingly amazing so flavorful. The ribeye was cooked perfectly, juicy and full of taste. “DELICIOUS! The best chilaquiles in Chicago without a doubt. I'm from CDMX and they are the only ones who know Mexico. The sauce is spicy, the cream is liquid, the jerky melts in your mouth, all very greasy just like in the city haha.
If you miss Mexico or have never been and want to know what good chilaquiles taste like, this is the right place.
