“Clean place but busy! Very friendly. Courteous staff and fast. I ordered Chicago dogs for a group and they were quick to put together the order without mess. The tomato on the dog was the most red ripe I have seen on a sandwich and they didn't stint on the peppers. The menu is extensive and all looked yummy with the exception of the fries..to brown for me. I'll go back again!“

“I had Luke's italian beef with provo and peppers. My husband had a burger and my daughter had a turkey sub. We each had an order of fries (pictured) the portions were generous as you can see. The food is great we do recommend. The staff is friendly. Indoor seating or you can eat outdoors.“

“Hi. I’m Julie. Just moved to the area. Love Lake Villa. Coming from years in Cook County, where small mom and pop hamburger stands are a plenty I was so pleased to find R-Dog.
Friendly staff, always smiling. The character of the antiques that harken back to a simple way of life are a welcome respite in today’s busy world.
Food is amazing, always piping hot. I highly recommend the gyros plate, with its over abundance of fresh meat. Soft warm pita beckons for the cool cucumber sauce. My mom’s #1 guilty pleasure.

“We have never had a bad meal at Mean Weiner. We have ordered in and eaten in the restaurant. We have made many changes to our orders and have never had a problem. “Crispy Korean style corn dog!! All of them are great especially with Korean ttokbboki, chill paste with chewy rice cake!! After the main dishes, finished with a bubble tea! Ttokbboki was best around this area!!
Vegetarian options: Good!! You can ask as well!

“Prices are NUTS, but this a great burger. Solid location too, pretty timely too, the majority of experiences I’ve had here have been very satisfying. Honestly speaking, 5 Guys in general is just one of the best burgers you can get around, even though it’s a chain. Honestly, if they dropped the price a bit I’d be here ALL the time“
“I came here with my kids who were really excited for ice cream and boba, and we were very happy with the quality and service. Superman milkshake was so good, strawberry smoothie with tapioca was my favorite! We all had a blast and Jerry made us feel very welcomed! This will definitely be our ice cream and boba spot.“

“Always great food, but I wanted to leave a review just to comment on the employees. Went today during the dinner rush and the drive thru crew's patience, kindness and efficiency was impressive, shout out to them.
The spicy chopped chicken salad is amazing and the garden dog was also a hit.“
