We stopped and order food- and then went back up to the window to order a few more times. The staff were very sweet and time efficient. Their creamsicle soft serve cone is to die for! “My niece and nephew ordered a kids meal which was supposed to come with ice cream. When they went up to the counter, the employee mentioned that it needs to be purchased on the app. With them not having a clear understanding that the ice cream was included in their kids meal and was on the receipt, the manager got involved and said she will write it in the book so when they come in next, they will receive the free ice cream. Fast forward a couple weeks later, sure enough the manager did leave the name in the book and the kids were able to get the free ice cream. Shout out to the manager because anyone could have said sure we’ll write your name and not take it seriously. I don’t know your name but thank you for following through on your word. I’m not sure if there’s a way to recognize you, I hope this helps!“

I usually do not like custard ice cream(I have tried 4 places before here), my partner said just try it. But before we finished our food, I was given a sample and I loved it. I don't know what they do differently. But it was excellent. I'm definitely making sure when I visit again this Culver's will be my first stop for food.“

However, I would not recommend ordering any of the sundaes other than maybe the banana split. Portion sizes for those are a bit small and I found the price tag of nearly 8 dollars to be unreasonable especially for soft serve ice cream. Besides that though jts a great spot and I would definitely recommend it!“

Jennifer was absolutely amazing—she took the time to explain the menu, offered great recommendations, and made sure we had the best experience.
