“I am late writing my review but I had to write it !! I visited provare chicago On july 8th !! From start to finish this restaurant gets 5 starts . The decor was nice and set a perfect atmosphere for a great night . We were greeted immediately upon arrival and seated within 5 minutes of being there . Once seated the wait staff began their introduction's on drinks and popular menu item's. After my party ordered drinks and appetizers a gentleman came over (not sure if he was the manager) and introduce himself and made sure we were having a great experience. Appetizers were amazing!! We couldn't wait for dinner!! Our entrées we just as good if not better ! Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection! When we didn't think the night could get even better the entire wait staff and the gentleman that came over before stopped and recognized my friend for her birthday and brought over a birthday surprise!! I live 307 miles and this place was definitely worth the drive !!!“

“I can't stop thinking about my very recent dining out at FIYA. The food was so delicious and I am a huge foodie. The combination of flavors were different than most middle eastern dishes. We ordered the roasted carrots, corn, khachapuri and lamb kebobs. A FEAST! We wanted to be out on the charming garden and the heater made the experience even happier. Our waiter was wonderful - knew a lot, was witty and charming. I can not wait to return and keep coming to taste all the other dishes I haven't yet tried and repeat those that I already have!“

Moving our daughter into DePaul we came upon the owner of Red Light chicken who gave us a few pointers in parking near his establishment, after taking the time to help us find a spot he happily welcomed us with a free chicken sandwich which I’m happy to report was delicious. Not only was Coda di Volpe able to accommodate a same day reservation for a large party, but they went above and beyond, from personalizing menus with a birthday wish, to adding a special touch on dessert. With four teenage boys in tow, the menu provided ample carbs and comfort for them while we enjoyed a broad sample of the offerings - all were very happy with their meals! Cocktails and wine selection was also on the mark. Kudos to Jeremy and his staff. We came all dressed in white and he told us he knew he wanted to do something special for our party… they knocked it out of the park! Looking forward to coming back to Chicago and making a beeline for this restaurant… a no-brainer.“

“Ate there for the first time tonight. I am vegan and my husband is an Omni. Chef Bill came out and waited on us personally, and gave us menu recommendations, all of which were delicious! The ambiance was so relaxing and peaceful; it was a nice respite from a busy day and I didn’t want to leave. Reasonably priced as well: shared appetizer, two teas, two entrees, and two desserts was $60. Will definitely be back for many more dinners!“

“I have gone to Andros Taverna for many years now where I am never disappointed and always impressed with the service, the quality of food and ingredients, the atmosphere and the passion in general. Chef Doug Psaltis is a true expert and artist performing at the highest levels. The gyros are the best, best gyros in Chicago by far, the seafood world class, the homemade bread and pita are incredible. The foods and meats are cooked over wood fire, wood fire grilled. We had our daughters baptism catered from here which was excellent assortment of Greek food - this is a Greek restaurant you will go to for many years to come.“

Beyond that, there’s great beer & food, solid service, and ample space (which isn’t easy to come by in west loop). Definitely recommend!“

“After a recent experience in an establishment not to be named, the whole experience at Happy Camper was a wonderful time.
From the heated entry, prompt and friendly greeting at the host stand, it only got better.
We were quickly seated nice and close to TVs to watch some NLCS playoff baseball (unfortunately sans Cubs). Our server was right there with waters and seeing if we had any questions. She was awesome! It's obvious they are well equipped and ready to provide a great experience. Drinks were brought out super fast. I am a big fan of the 32oz Vodka Lemonade.
We had the loaded skins, chips and salsa for appetizers. The salsa was delicious and chips were on point. The loaded potato skins were absolutely delicious! Almost like a mini loaded baked potato. So good!
Then, we had a pizza that I would not order if it weren't for my daughter loving ricotta. The Nadine Pizza with pepperoni, ricotta, basil, marinara and hot honey... and i must admit the hot honey was my biggest question mark, but it made the pizza incredible!
This will be on my radar next time I'm in town for sure!“

“A no frills experience but a very good burger, especially for the price. The food was very good, I had the RHR double cheeseburger, it was moist, greasy, and really tasty. The chips were good and it was a big portion. You can choose what you want in the burger and service was quick. The train is VERY loud going overhead but it gives the place a Chicago charm. Would recommend and will visit again. It's cash only, ATM charges $2 for a withdrawal.“
