As soon as I entered, Kelly and the rest of the staff greeted me with smiles and a warm welcome. I noticed the temperature inside the store was high,
With weather 90 degrees Fahrenheit, actually was much hotter than outside. I asked why it was so hot, and they unfortunately replied that the air conditioning was broken throughout the entire place. I couldn't stand the heat. However, everyone was incredibly helpful and did their best under these sweltering conditions inside Dunkin' Donuts.

I confirmed that no one could tolerate the heat inside due to the lack of ventilation. I appreciate the efforts of the employees who work hard to improve the business every day, no matter the circumstances. Thank you to everyone who worked today and served the customers with such dedication. It's truly a wonderful place. Good employees. Best wishes.

“my best friend and I just had the BEST experience at the whale! Our waitress taylor was incredible and the manager (so sorry but we never got his name because he was just being so nice to us) was incredible as well. We will definitely return with friends and recommend anyone to try it out! classy, but not snobby, cool decor, warm kind and accommodating staff, and great food and cocktails are just the cherry on top! try the carrot cake after your meal :) Thank you again to taylor and the manager again <3“

“Being from the suburbs traveling downtown can be an experience. This particular experience made our day. Moving our daughter into DePaul we came upon the owner of Red Light chicken who gave us a few pointers in parking near his establishment, after taking the time to help us find a spot he happily welcomed us with a free chicken sandwich which I’m happy to report was delicious. It was nice meeting you tonight and I’ll be certainly stopping by again - Fries are a game changer to!!!“

“We’re huge fans of The Bear, which steered us here on our Chicago trip - so glad we found this place! We loved the mushroom adobo and longnanisa breakfast sandwich! The mango tarts were amazing, as were our lattes. We left with an apple hand pie to eat the following morning, which was still had perfectly crispy pastry. Definitely worth the hour wait to get in.“

Not only was Coda di Volpe able to accommodate a same day reservation for a large party, but they went above and beyond, from personalizing menus with a birthday wish, to adding a special touch on dessert. With four teenage boys in tow, the menu provided ample carbs and comfort for them while we enjoyed a broad sample of the offerings - all were very happy with their meals! Cocktails and wine selection was also on the mark. Kudos to Jeremy and his staff. We came all dressed in white and he told us he knew he wanted to do something special for our party… they knocked it out of the park! Looking forward to coming back to Chicago and making a beeline for this restaurant… a no-brainer.“

“First off the food is incredible, the pizza is next level. The drinks are also insane too. They have great cocktails that are offered but the beer selection was my favorite. However, my favorite part of the whole night was the service, Yasmeen at the bar was so attentive. The bar was kind of empty and there was no one there and it was just me and my boyfriend, but I still felt like they were waiting on us and we weren’t ignored like they were trying to push us out of the bar. We went to the Photo Booth and had some cute pictures taken and got one of the strips, we were told they’d be another, but it never came. Almost 30 minutes later, Danny from the bar came up to me and said I think this is yours and handed to me the second strip. I just thought this act of kindness was so sweet. He didn’t have to do that but he still did. I really like this bar. It’s very cozy vibes incredible food, and immaculate atmosphere will definitely come back again and I can’t wait to come back again.“

After moving from North Carolina, I can no longer commit heresy and put ketchup on a hot dog. I'm straight up addicted to the Chicago Style dog. “I have gone to Andros Taverna for many years now where I am never disappointed and always impressed with the service, the quality of food and ingredients, the atmosphere and the passion in general. Chef Doug Psaltis is a true expert and artist performing at the highest levels. The gyros are the best, best gyros in Chicago by far, the seafood world class, the homemade bread and pita are incredible. The foods and meats are cooked over wood fire, wood fire grilled. We had our daughters baptism catered from here which was excellent assortment of Greek food - this is a Greek restaurant you will go to for many years to come.“

“This place is the coolest bar I have been to in a long time, hip and fun but not pretentious. They paid attention to every detail when building and designing. The white marbel bar has clean lines and looks fresh. All of the hardware finishes look sharp and clean. The patio is large and inviting with a fire place and plenty of tables to sit at. The drink menu is creative and refreshing and the staff is kind and welcoming. I cannot say enough good things about this gem of a bar. “Always loved their Greek pastries, they are the best, started going to them 60 yrs ago with my mom and dad. We were always going to Hellas for our parties baptisms and weddings. All our holiday needs were easily available for us. Unfortunately, we moved out to Poplar Grove, Illinois near Belvedere and have missed them greatly. Always love them and it brings a tears to my eyes, that they are still around. God bless them. My parents knew the owners personally.“
