“Had lunch there today and I have to say this is the first time I was disappointed with the service. The food was excellent but that's it. Asked for 2nd drink and never got it. Water was never refilled until we were through eating. When first ordering our wine we had problems. I will continue to eat here and hopefully this is a one time occurrence.“

“I'm glad that this restaurant is right by next door of my work place. Order here couple times per week.
I usually get BBQ pork, lo mien, salt fish, wonton soup and crab rangoon... all just perfectly good. They aren't too oily as so many other Chinese restaurants. The price is not expensive at all and dishes are huge.
Plus the reception girl is so nice and friendly. I def keep ordering foods here until I move out of this neighborhood ??“

Only reason I am giving a 4 star is because the desert - Strawberries and cream was really below average . When I asked if the strawberries were fresh I was told both fresh and frozen . The desert must have had 6 small cut up strawberry pieces . I wish I had not ordered it .“

“My Fiancé and I discovered this restaurant after watching “Somebody Feed Fill” and were inspired and intrigued by Sarah’s restaurant and craftsmanship. We had our eye on getting reservations here for a very long time and we ended up landing lunch reservations for my Fiancés birthday (whom is also a Chef). We just happened to be seated by the expo line near the kitchen where we saw Sarah working. From start to finish our server Rose, and Sarah made sure our experience was personalized special. Sarah even signed the cookbook we bought and menu! Everything was on point from the food to the service. I can see why it’s so hard to get a reservation here! If we could rate our experience higher we would. We greatly appreciate the hospitality and dedication that this restaurant displays!“

“I am late writing my review but I had to write it !! I visited provare chicago On july 8th !! From start to finish this restaurant gets 5 starts . The decor was nice and set a perfect atmosphere for a great night . We were greeted immediately upon arrival and seated within 5 minutes of being there . Once seated the wait staff began their introduction's on drinks and popular menu item's. After my party ordered drinks and appetizers a gentleman came over (not sure if he was the manager) and introduce himself and made sure we were having a great experience. Appetizers were amazing!! We couldn't wait for dinner!! Our entrées we just as good if not better ! Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection! When we didn't think the night could get even better the entire wait staff and the gentleman that came over before stopped and recognized my friend for her birthday and brought over a birthday surprise!! I live 307 miles and this place was definitely worth the drive !!!“

Our waitress taylor was incredible and the manager (so sorry but we never got his name because he was just being so nice to us) was incredible as well. We had a lovely seat by the fountain which was a nice treat for my sisters birthday. When I made the reservation I clicked birthday celebration. When we arrived to the restaurant I informed the host stand that it was my sisters birthday. Alas, when it came time for dessert the dessert comes out with no candle. I could see the disappointment in my sisters face since like 3 other birthdays were being celebrated that day. I had to awkwardly ask if we could get a candle for her because no matter our age, everyone should get to make a wish on their birthday. “We've known about Elephant & Vine for a while and just got around to eating there. It was super yummy. The menu is limited but the food is great. I had the mammoth burger. The Elephant sauce was the star for sure. My honey had the Korean BBQ chicken sandwich which was amazing. He definitely ordered better. We also had the buffalo cauliflower wings. The sauce was great not too spicy, very smooth. The ambiance was nice, modern but welcoming. The service was also great. Our order came out quickly so the fries and tots were warm and crispy. We will be back for sure.“
