Portions are generous.

The Pho here, at least for the Chicken and Duck, are more rustic/on the bone. Rich stocks and BIG flavor with plenty of protein. You are more than likely going to take the rest home, because this is a BIG portion.

“We waited fifteen minutes for a table, just for another group of the exact same size to show up and be immediately sat before us. We didn’t say anything cause it was busy, and we were waiting right outside (which we were told is okay), so they probably forgot we were there. Just something to keep in mind if you visit during a rush ;)

Other than that, the pho seriously lives up to its hype. It was worth the wait. Everyone at the table agreed, and I was with some folks who know good pho cause they live near Little Saigon in CA. The flavors were balanced, it was more savory than sweet which I enjoy.

“Went here for the first time with my husband last week and I am so THRILLED to have discovered a place in the neighborhood I can get a fresh tofu banh mi! We got an appetizer of spring rolls with seitan and peanut dipping sauce and for our meal we got the lemongrass tofu banh mi, and everything was incredibly fresh and really tasty! All of the vegetables were crisp and hand sliced (no pre bagged stuff here), the bread was really soft and warm, and the herbs and seasonings added the perfect amount of fresh flavor to the dishes. We love that they have a dedicated vegetarian/ vegan menu and everything is clearly marked and all ingredients are listed, this is a huge plus. Staff was attentive and welcoming and we even got to meet the co-owner, Le, who was incredibly warm and lovely! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who loves Southeast Asian flavors or fresh, delicious food in general. Will be back!“

“I searched far and wide for fresh soy milk (unsweetened and sweetened) and tofu & this shop has that + pandan soy milk, tofu pudding, lemongrass fried tofu, & more. If you’re in argyle definitely worth checking out. Apple Pay & card accepted, though it’s good to pay in cash if you can. Great prices (2.75 cash for some lemon grass fried tofu)“

“Some of the best vegan banh mi in the city, you'd be hard pressed to find better. The lemongrass tofu is my favorite but the BBQ vegan is also to die for. The ingredients taste very fresh, bread is fresh, herbs are really nice, and they're made to order and you can really tell. Also pretty good prices in the year of 2026.

There are some dead animals on display near the counter, so keep that in mind if that bothers you.“

“This eatery is tucked in the basement of a building and very unassuming. They serve Korean and viet food here but I find the Korean food to be better and very authentic. Prices are reasonable and portions and good. I got the japchae and the bulgolgi kimbap and both were excellent in flavor. The japchae has a good serving of beef and noodles were nice and chewy. The kimbap was stuffed with meat and veggies and rice was just the perfect texture. I really enjoyed the food and service was quick and friendly“

“We tried Pho no. 1 Brewing tonight and we were really happy with it! We’ll be back again for sure! The Pho was a little sweeter than I expected, but it was my first time having it so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The beef skewers, egg rolls, and wings were amazing. This Vietnamese restaurant offers Japanese dishes too. We always enjoy their wide varieties of food; the servers are always friendly and food served just on time. The quality and the quantity of the food was always reasonable to the price.

I highly recommend trying their sweet potato tempura, egg roll and bbq pork spring rolls.
Their smoothies are delicious too and I believe they use real fruits.“
