“Al’s Hot Dogs has been an awesome addition to Long Grove! So far, I’ve tried the Italian beef, cheesesteak, cheeseburger, and fries, and everything has been absolutely amazing! The food is consistently delicious, and you can tell they’re doing things right.

My only criticism is that the wait times to order and receive your food can be a little longer than you’d like, but hopefully that improves as they get settled in. Regardless, the food is well worth the wait!

So happy to have such a great new spot in Long Grove. Looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu!“

“Saw this place plenty of times on social media and finally gave it a try today. Ordered the Philly cheesesteak combo with fries and a drink; also got a 6 piece buffalo wings. Ended up getting 2 of their homemade ranches, which have this great dill flavor. Everything was absolutely delicious especially because it’s all cooked in beef tallow. The cheesesteak had a generous portion of steak and cheese on it, all served on this fresh seeded bread that had a delicious garlic bread taste. The buffalo wings were great too. Everything was cooked fresh but the star was that dill ranch. I put it on everything and it just amplified the flavors. Definitely going to be visiting again, highly recommended.“

“Very good food, we opted to try this place instead of taking the kids to somewhere like mcdonalds and paying almost the same prices. Fries were delicious! The kids meals came with a slider cheeseburger, chicken bites, fries and juice so they got to try a little bit of everything. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommend for a quick bite to eat.“

“GrubHub left me hanging and cancelled my order without any meaningful explanation. Since I was still hungry and wanted dinner, I called the store directly. Boy am I glad I did! The manager took my call and commiserated with me a bit and suggested that I place my order directly with them via their website. Since I am just across the parking lot and can't leave my location (I was running out of time for my lunch), he graciously offered to run my order to me personally. JC showed up a matter of minutes later with my extremely tasty food and a smile!. I love their Lobster Bisque soup and mine was still nice and hot. Bonus... While on the website, I registered for the Cafe Zupas loyalty program and got a Free beverage! And, even though I have a discount on GH from my Amazon Prime account, my bill was nearly $8 cheaper! Overall, my experience today with Cafe Zupas Schaumburg has been stellar and I'll be ordering from them (directly, no more GrubHub) frequently and encouraging my coworkers and clients to do the same. Now where is that chocolate covered strawberry for my dessert. Yummy!“

“Excellent smash burgers. My husband had the spicy triple and I had the original double smash burger. My husband also wanted to try the chopped cheese which was also excellent. Nice and spicy. The bread was very good as well on both, it did not overwhelm the meat. My only critique would be a touch more salt(but maybe that's just me), other than that I can't complain. Maybe they will offer flying Dutchman style burgers in the future? We both agreed we would be back again when we're in the area.“

“Kong Dog in Vernon Hills was SO good!! I got the Hot Cheeto Kong Dog with the chicken sausage and it was seriously amazing 🔥🙌🏼 The perfect amount of crunch and flavor and everything tasted super fresh!

“I absolutely love having this boba shop so close to our home! I’ve been here a couple of times now, and Beck and Asem have always been so kind, genuine, and welcoming. You can really tell that they care about their customers and genuinely want you to enjoy your drink. They even take the time to ask if you like it and make sure you’re happy with it, which I really appreciate.

It’s also so nice to have a small, friendly local place within walking distance. I’ve really enjoyed my visits here, and the people who work here make the experience even better. They’re both such lovely people, and I’m happy to support them. Highly recommend stopping by! 🧋❤“

“Love their food but some improvement is needed with ordering. I’ve had 2 issues which I wasn’t going to mention the first one but after today I decided to write about it so maybe Managment can see and tweak things a bit. First issue a while ago (I think about 5-7 months ago) I ordered a plain cheeseburger with fries and bottled water. Drive away from the drive-through and as I get ready to eat my food 10 min later I realize they didn’t put cheese on it. So I drove back and said I asked for a plain cheeseburger and you guys forgot to put the cheese on. Girl says ok and gets me a new one. Drive away and I park in front of the store to just take a peak and guess what. Again no cheese. Burgers have no cheese. Cheeseburgers have cheese. A plain cheeseburger gets nothing else except for cheese. A plain burger is just a bun and the burger patty. I just wanted to eat so I moved on and ate my plain burger. Today I ordered a Buffalo ranch chicken salad but I asked if I can have the chicken grilled instead of the breaded one and they gave me chicken without Buffalo sauce. If they weren’t sure they could have asked but this wasn’t for me. And this was not their first time ordering this item but they’ve never had an issue so somehow this message was confusing either to the kitchen or how it was rung in. This was ordered at 5:04:50 PM on 2/10/2022 receipt DT98. Order Id: AAANPKMJAQAH at the 861 E. Rand Rd. My. Prospect location. We didn’t have the energy to drive back and get the right chicken. “Better quality for the price than Canes. A variety of sauces to choose from and lots of options for sides. Dining area is clean and the free ice cream cones is a fun touch.

Chicken tenders are large, very tender, and have a very thin breading for those that prefer that. Will be back to try their other offerings.“

It’s usually not busy which I like because we can order and get our food quickly. This is our daughter’s favorite sandwich place (she’s 4 but knows what she likes lol).“

“I don't even know where to start. We went after graduation with our sailor. It wasn't crowded and everyone was so nice and so helpful. We ordered individual meals and an additional deep dish pizza (which was DELICIOUS) and it wasn't too expensive at all. “Kooker’s is my favorite lunch time spot when I’m at the office for the day. They make their own natural cut fries that I love cooked well done. They have daily specials that are great deals, although all of their prices are fair. They have limited seating, but you can call ahead and pick up an order and I think they do delivery. When there, make sure you look at the specialty board that is to the right of the register. There you will find items that are not on the regular menu. Today I had the poutine with pulled pork—amazing. I highly recommend this locally-owned burger (and a lot more) joint.“

“I normally don’t visit zupas due to a bad experience in this past at a different location but I decided to try it again the other day and this very sweet girl at the front greeted and helped me decide what i wanted, her name was lilly and she made me feel welcome. Not only that but i proceeded to order the turkey bacon avacado sandwich and it was great. Definitely Remedied my last experience.“
