“We've not been there since 2017 due to relocation but have nothing but fond memories of Dover Straits. When we bought our house in Grayslake in 1995, our realtor took us there to celebrate. We continued going, mainly for birthdays, anniversaries or impress out of towners, and were never disappointed. We have immediate access to super fresh seafood in Florida but miss the ambiance and supper club vibe Dover Straits provided. Loved that the owners always greeted us like we were worth a million bucks.“

“JAMES HYDRICK recently brought my fiancee back to my life, after we have been composed for 9years. We have stayed living favorably without any delinquent. I always converse about matrimony with her but she replies me with, And promise me that we will soon get married. I was shock on a faithful day when she called me and told me that she is no longer interested in the relationship, because she met another guy, and they were almost getting married. I was stunned and dizzy after hearing that from her. I was so drained and tried to get back to myself because deprived of her it was dreadful because I truly love her with the whole of my emotion. “I recently visited here while traveling from Sydney, Australia, and had an amazing experience! Our server Aruuke was one of the best servers I have ever had - kind, courteous, attentive, and incredibly patient. As it was my first time dining there she took the time to explain everything and made the meal even more enjoyable.
The food was absolutely delicious. The lobster and shrimp were cooked to perfection! The location was lovely, the environment was very welcoming, and the ambiance was relaxed and inviting.
I highly recommend Lobster House to anyone looking for a fantastic meal and outstanding service. Thanks again to Aruuke for making it such a memorable visit!“

“Even though it was a slow Sunday lunch, the service was slow and the order was messed up. The food was good. Some dishes, such as smoked chicken, ribs, rib tips, wings, and curds were great. The burnt ends were super fatty. Our order of French fries came out not fully ready. The server took care of that right away. The Cole slaw was ehhh, nothing to brag about, but the corn bread was delicious. All in all a good experience.“

“Great dinner tonight. Mexican Indian Fusion. The seasoned chips were served hot and Salsas were flavorful. Portions were plentiful and the prices were family friendly. You can choose 3 different street tacos with rice and beans for $15! The staff was very attentive as we were outside dining. And the waiter left us a pitcher of water for the table. It was most appreciated. We definitely will return.“

“Asian Bistro is hands down one of the best Asian restaurants I’ve been to in Illinois.
The food was packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and incredibly satisfying, every bite left me wanting more. The chicken with chili peppers was easily the standout and one of the best dishes I’ve ever had.
The service was excellent. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and checked in often while also offering great recommendations.
The ambiance was just as impressive. The setting matched the quality of the food, with a clean, vibrant atmosphere and well-thought-out décor.
Overall, I’ll definitely be coming back, this place is a standout.“

“It was a late night dinner and we were looking for someplace good and luckily Jameson's was still open. Coffee was good and we were very happy w the pork chops, chicken philly and chicken club sandwiches. That being said my salad lacked tomatoes and cucumbers. My chops were advertised to be center cut loin and I got one loin and one rib chop.“

“I’ve been going to Tokio Sake for last 10 years. The food is amazing and the variety of Sake to choose from, the Chefs are creative and consistent . Not many places carry bluefin tuna but Tokio Sake does. Sashimi is fresh and kitchen entrees are outstanding.“
