“Was in the neighborhood and I stopped by. Italian beef sandwich is amazing. Loaded with beef. Only thing that happened was that I ordered an Italian combo and I got just a regular Italian beef. Giardiniera was not spicy at all and I do like spicy. Otherwise, will probably be back.Parking: There is a parking lot on the side of the building.“

“I be doing doordash n uber eats, I've been getting orders from there for a while, today I decided to order me some food got me the steak jibarito that comes with arroz con gandules and some sauce on the side n let me sayyy it was delicious, I even got me the chicken empanada n I used the sauce from the jibarito on it n omgggg sooo good. I even got a Pina colada n omg heaven. And the service was awesome everyone so nice and also lots of things to look at while u wait they have a lil boutique. Totally recommend will be coming back“

“I went here for the first time last week and I plan on going back today! I wanted to bring my auntie some good Arabic food and when I found out this place had mensaf in a cup, I was sold. First let me say how nice the gentlemen at the counter were. Very nice and friendly! Next up, the food was AMAZING! They made my order EXACTLY how I asked and loaded the shawarma with chicken! They gave me a few extra pieces of falafel and wow, so fresh, so hot, and sooo good! I live in Indiana but this will be my new go to spot when I’m craving yummy middle eastern food. “The fish and food is soooo good! I live in Atlanta but was able to pull up when I was in Chicago last year. I love that they are opened late for those late night cravings. “A really great little place. My go-to for grilled burgers. If I had to say anything negative, maybe the sides of feta are a little small for the price. But I can always get that at the grocery store.It's somewhat greasy, good food when you have a taste for it.Dietary restrictions: I have a fish allergy, and I've never had a reaction from any of the food. So they do a good job keeping the fish/shrimp separate.“

“I loved my meal so much that I had to immediately sit down and write this place a review. I had the crispy steak crispy mix with fries and and drink, and it was worth every single penny. It was around $15, which, when places like McDonald's want $13 for a Big Mac meal, there's really no point in NOT paying the extra $2 for something that tastes this amazing. The person (i'm assuming owner) who took my order was kind and friendly, I felt welcome. You'd be surprised how many places fail at that. “The family treats us like family. It was great to bring my mom in today 4-19-2022!!!!8-29-2023 egg salad and strawberry shake for mom, dad had Italian sausage and I had the gyro. “Great place for great food. Arguably the best mom and pop shop around. I've gotten to try at least a quarter of the menu and everything Is tasty. They even serve soft serve ice cream! The one thing you can always expect is hot food fresh of the grill or out the fryer!Aside from great food. They also have great service. I once had an issue with an order and it was handled professionally. I have no complaints, just love for this gem of a restaurant!Will definitely keep coming back!“

“I have been trying to find a good gyro place since Alexander's on southwest highway closed. Most of the places sell something that looks like it came from Sam's Club family pack gyros kit. Mickey's is one of the best places I have come across in my travels throughout the U.S.“

So far since then I haven't seen much hostility toward the employees unless it's from impatient customers who struggle to comprehend that they're not the only people waiting.Anyways, I've received exceptional service lately. Mainly from a very kind tall man with a beard and slightly longer hair. I wish I would've asked for his name.There's also another taller man who has a little stubble and glasses, he always greets me and calls me sir, which is cool because I'm actually transgender and I get a confidence boost each time I see him. Thank you. :)The food has improved as well, and their speed is top notch. I will admit Friday night was very busy BUT the employees handled it very well and professionally.Thank you for your hard work, guys. Anyone who says "fast food isn't hard work" is SO wrong. They have a good dining area and bathroom available. They do not deliver, but you can order through Uber Eats or Grub hub for delivery.Vegetarian options: They just have salads and French fries for vegetarians.“

“It was a little after 9:00pm on a Saturday, when I spotted this J & J Restaurant. I went inside to place my order and was immediately impressed by its cleanliness. The floor, tables/seats, counters and the food preparation area...all very clean.The young woman that took my order was friendly and courteous. There was only one person ahead of me, however, some people had phoned in their orders, so there was a waiting period. I didn't mind because the time went so quickly. Also, unlike other J & J's, this one has a drive-thru.I ordered 3 dinners to go; a small jack salmon, a small ocean perch and a 6 pc. chicken wing dinner. Extras included an order of fried okra, hush puppies and a corn on the cob (a full size ear). Each dinner included:French fries, a very small cup of coleslaw and 2 slices of white bread in addition to the mild and hot sauce they provide.The fish was fried to perfection, light and crispy, not greasy. The chicken was also fried to perfection, crispy and not hard or greasy. All the side dishes were well prepared. Since none of us eats coleslaw or white bread, I can't speak about them.As for being different, in addition to its drive-thru, this J & J offers a variety of foods that I've never seen offered in any of the others; tacos, spaghetti, and a selection of salads, just to name a few.“

A guy was talking crazy to the cashier and another yelling about his food time even though he just came in . You must be aware when visiting this places. It say be careful at all time. “Their ingredients and burgers are always fresh. Customer service is off the charts. I love eating the Culver's deluxe with a side of onion rings. And for free dessert I fill out a survey and get a scoop of custard (usually flavor of the day). Delish!“

“This is a Chicago style restaurant. You go in you order at the counter and then wait for your number to be called to pick up your food. They have a very large menu with a little something for everyone. The prices are fair and the food is tasty. They offer bottled beers as well as some Mexican drinks. There is usually some sort of sport game playing on the large TV. They also have a separate gambling room. I have been here numerous times and try something different to eat each time. Overall, it's a nice place to stop and grab a quick bite to eat. The atmosphere is just a place to eat with customers ranging from people of all backgrounds. If you are in the area and need a quick bite this is a good place to go eat.“

“Very impressed! I had a business lunch and tried to order from door dash and was not successful so I called the restaurant to see if I could order direct from them. The girl that answered was kind and helpful. I called at 10:15am and needed the food delivered by 11ish. They pulled it all together for me. The manager then called to let me know he was heading out to deliver the food himself. This is what service looks like!!! I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this location.“

“It's my first time coming here, and at first it doesn't look appealing but I gotta say I much rather come here than a McDonald's. Their double cheeseburger special for under 11$ is a pretty good price it definitely beats the big mac from McDonald's. On a nice day drive over and grab a meal my favorite is the gyro meal and it can be 2 for 1. You will always be left with food for later.Parking: Parking all around the location. “A very good beef and sausage! Prices have increased $3 to $5 higher in the last two years. I doubt if they ever get lowered. Service is fast but no place to eat inside unless you want to stand at a counter. Outside seating is available but only 4 tables. It is purely takeout place. For a family of 4 your going to spend $45 to 50 for 4 regular beefs and 2 large fries.“

“I have been to Culver's several times, but my last visit was the first time I tried the bacon burger. Now I see why my children love this place. I regret only purchasing one.I had two sundaes. I actually called myself purchasing one, but the cashier did not understand what I wanted or I did not understand what she was saying. “Let's start with the superb service. When you walk in you are warmly greeted, by one associate, not every associate you walk by. All of the staff treats you with respect and were genuinely helpful. The food is top quality. We had a mushroom Swiss burger and a North Atlantic Cod sandwich, along with an order of fries. Everything came out hot and was delicious. Culver's is definitely a step above when it comes to fast food.“
