“This is my husband’s and my favorite breakfast stop while traveling from Illinois to Tennessee. Why can’t other McDonald’s be just as good? We always have freshly baked breakfast sandwiches with efficient and friendly service. Real clean too. Look forward to another visit on our next trip.“

“Stopped by this cafe around 5 pm after work and ended up staying almost two hours. The iced latte was smooth without tasting too sweet, and the garlic chicken sandwich came out fresh and hot. One of the staff noticed my phone battery was dying and quietly offered a charger. Small gesture, but it made the place feel welcoming.“

“They always serve fresh items & is spotlessly clean. The team is friendly, helpful, & impressively fast & efficient. My son didn’t like the icing on his cinnamon roll that was priced @ $3.75, so I asked to exchange it for blueberry muffins priced @ $3.25 & told them to keep the $0.50 difference or keep .50 cents. Even though exchanges aren’t their policy, the staff kindly obliged & gave us blueberry muffins. Great service & thoughtful team!“

I stopped in for a simple black coffee once and it was great. It is very modern on the inside and the coffee is expensive for what I got, but good staff and short wait time. The study area has a good view of the road so you can take a short break from your work and enjoy the atmosphere.“

“every time I stop at this Scooters location, what I get with my order of coffee is smile, happiness and good vibes. I love this location and what happened yesterday was a cherry on a cake. I did my order on the app, I ordered coffee which wasn't available anymore, I didn't notice time frames and the app allowed me to buy this drink, when I got to pick up window, the girl which works there, very friendly and wonderful young woman apologized so much explaining that they don't have this coffee at that time no more and gave me 3 donuts for that. “Love having a Starbucks in Lake Forest. So convenient. Also love some of the workers there. Daniel and Jay to name a couple. I just wish they would get the free refill program correct for gold card members. I get the snarky face from the manager and a couple others when asking for my free refill. They keep telling me I need to buy a regular coffee to get a refill when in fact Starbucks web site says get a free refill regardless of the original beverage.“
