“I had to speak to the manager, Yvone, due to thinking both sandwiches being made incorrectly. Turns out only 1 sandwich was missing the bacon n I ordered the other incorrectly. My own mistake. She did hear me say I don't eat pork, so she offered to remake both sandwiches for me, keep the sandwich missing bacon, n give back the ham, n get the sandwich I intended to pick up! She so didn't have to remake my sandwich since it was totally my mistake, but was so considerate n did. Thank you Yvonne, I will definitely be returning!!“

“I really like coming to this location but my only problem is whenever I can't make it to this location because of car problems I would call this location to place an order for delivery. But when I would call the number displayed on the Google search results, I would get about about a half a dozen rings and then I would either get hung up on with no greeting or maybe the phone system for this location is designed to hang on a potential customer automatically after a half a dozen rings. Yes I could order through the app but however I am not proficient with any app when it comes to ordering anything.“

This afternoon I went through the drive through with my two daughters and purchased our lunch. Brian was the gentleman who helped us. When I drove up to pay I noticed that I had misplaced my credit card and began to panic- I asked him if he could hold my food so that I could run home and grab cash and be right back to pick it up. He said that he trusted me (a stranger) and insisted to go home to feed the kids and come back to pay when I could. I of course ran right back- but just having someone like that trust in a complete stranger was incredible. What could have been an extremely stressful situation instead turned into an experience that made me remember that people can be good and kind. Thank you Brian at the Plainfield potbelly. I had given them a call and spoke with the manager directly regarding this concern and issue with my order. She went above and beyond!! Not only offering to add a credit for this but to deliver to me no questions. I originally order through the drive through, She also added an item we had ordered and didn't receive in our total at the restaurant. She kindly made her way out to where I live with no questions!
