“Folks, this is the real deal. All the food was great. I'm pretty sure the chef is Japanese. I say so because they have authentic items like Nira Tama and Kampyou Maki (both fabulous, by the way) that you won't see on the menu at other places. They also had Iichiko (wheat shouchu (think vodka)), and they were happy to make me an oolong wari. Loved it!“

“I’ve been here twice for lunch and dinner. Both times the fish was perfect. Nigiri and Sashimi that is top of its class (fresh, large portions, perfectly prepared). This is one of the best sushi spots in Chicago and the prices are more reasonable than everywhere else (local or in the city). The Nigiri/Sashimi lunch is only $16 and very large. I had 12 different cuts of fish for dinner. I will definitely be back. Great food, great service, well done! Highly recommended.“

Wheelchair accessibility: The two sets of doors into the restaurant are not automatic, but the restaurant is very wheelchair accessible otherwise, and parking in the garage below, you're able to take an elevator up easily.“

“We started with the vegetable tempura. The veggies were fresh, lightly battered and perfectly cooked. We ordered three different types of rolls, Boston, Sweet potato and shrimp tempura, all were fresh and had excellent flavor. We also had the steak ramen, spectacular! “The food is amazing! Love the all you can eat setup where they bring you your broth, meat and seafood then you go to the buffet tables and get all the veggies, noodles, and sauces you want. This way you don't have to commit to a large quantity of just a few vegetables. I like it because I don't like mushrooms but my partner loves them so he can get a many as he wants and I can get extra lotus root instead. This is our new favorite place to get hotpot and we will definitely be back to try all the different broths, meats and seafood.“

“I love this sushi spot. i order their sushi rolls at least twice a month. i normally order through ubereats but since it’s saturday i guess it’s busy. which i can totally understand they’re sushi is GREAT. so instead i called for delivery. i told them i wanted spicy mayo added and they forgot. i waited 20 mins a side of spicy mayo when the restaurant is a 6min drive from my house. i hated that i resulted to this but honestly w the offer they made and considering how much i order food with them i expected more.“

“First time trying Nobori, and I must say the Sushi was amazing. The owner Nobori was kind, friendly, and attentive. To start, we ordered edamame, and miso soup. One of the best miso soups I've had. Edamame was streaming hot, and yummy. We ordered Ramen miso soup, which was really tasty. For sushi we ordered, the Patrick roll, Galapagos roll, and sushi/sashimi combo that comes with spicy tuna rolls. For dessert we ordered green tea ice cream. All the rolls were phenomenal. We will def be back.“

“First of all, I hope this restaurant stays in Chicago for a long time. I tried the braised cutlassfish, and it was incredibly delicious. I never thought I would find such tasty cutlassfish in Chicago. Having lived near the ocean in Korea before moving to this landlocked city, I've had a hard time finding food that reminds me of home. But I think I've finally found the right place. May this restaurant prosper for a long time??

First of all, I hope this house stays in Chicago for a long time!! I had braised cutlassfish and salted fish, and the braised cutlassfish was particularly delicious. The altang was delicious too! I never expected to eat such delicious cutlassfish in Chicago... Thank you so much! I used to live near the ocean in Korea, but when I moved to Chicago, which is on the mainland, I had a hard time because the food didn't suit my taste, but I think I've finally found the right home. Miso Ramen and Taiwan Ramen are fantastic, but beware that single pepper icon, because it’s no joke! (And I say this as someone who grew up eating spicy food 🙂) Delicious, but intense! I would LOVE to see a milder version of the Taiwan Ramen (or at least a way to adjust the heat, like the Spicy Miso), because the flavor was truly amazing and addictive.“

“Royce chocolate and cookies is located inside of mitsuwa along with several high end vendors and shops. Royce doesn't disappoint. Paris was extremely helpful and went over all of the offerings that Royce had. I ended up getting the variety pack because I couldn't make up mind. Great gifts for the adventurous tongue and even for someone with a sweet tooth. The have adorable pink gift bags to make it for a quick pick up. I absolutely recommend the fromage blanc chips, they are delicious and daring at the same time!“

“The widest selection of Sushi grade seafood Ive seen on a menu in a Long time- all very fresh and very generously portioned! Octopus and salmon Sashimi were the dessert orders from our kids 😂 We will definetly be returning, and highly recommend. Servers, Host, Owner, entire staff was extremely attentive- and to top it all they were happily and safely able to accomodate my childs severe dairy and peanut allergies (first sushi experience for him, and we Love seafood, so huge win for the whole family 🙌🏼)“
