“The staff at the Homer Glen Jersey Mike's is fantastic! They are always friendly and helpful. They are as fast as they can be. Their business model does mean the food takes a little longer than say, subway, but it is definitely worth the extra 1-2 minutes.“

“You have to fill your order out on a small paper bag when you walk in. I didn't realize that until it was my turn at the counter and had to go back and fill out a bag (I definitely wasn't the only one who did this). This was something that I guess tries to set them apart but is just more of a hassle.

The sandwich was great! I would reccomend getting th large size if you are looking for a comparable size sandwich to competitors, like JJ's and JM's. I would definitely go back.“

“So recently I visited the subway in Orland Hills, service I received here was absolutely phenomenal. The employees were patient kind understanding and very helpful while I was ordering my food typically when you go to most subway locations, and by the way, I’m not dissing them, the service isn’t as well, plain and simple. You’ll feel like they cheap out, and you feel like you’re being rushed. Unlike this location I received very good service and I am very, very happy with how clean the store looks. It doesn’t feel like I’m in another country getting food. It feels like I’m at Subway in itself. I believe this location represents the brand very well. “First time I came here and the service was great! So I came back few more times knowing they make it right. Now it’s my go to place. It’s hard finding places that make the food consistently! I rather travel a few more minutes knowing I’ll have a good experience!“

“Under normal circumstances, this location does a great job with the food and service. Please consider that customers should not be allowed to enter the store during standard lunch time and place an order for ten sandwiches. Large and/or catered orders should be forced to order ahead or on an app. The customer that was allowed to order ten sandwiches backed up the store line. He caused an additional twenty minute wait. Three people either walked in the store and immediately walked out or they were in line and left without ordering.“

“I order the largest Philly cheese steak with everything on it. My opinion of it was a solid 4.0/5, the meat lacked flavor imo, peppers weren't cooked long enough. However the sandwich overall was pretty tasty, far from the best, but for a nice change from the normal fast foods it hit nicely. Can't really judge anything else but the food since it's inside of Walmart. Employees were fine, and was quite clean. I'd recommend at least giving it a try if your already in Walmart, but probably not worth going into Walmart just for this food.“

I think my only complaint is that they are frequently out of certain kinds of cookies although that may be because I typically go here for a late-ish lunch.“

“Asked for "everything except no mayo" on my sandwich. Poor lady started by putting mayo on it (probably out of habit since most folks want mayo) before realizing her mistake - even before I did. She apologized profusely and had them remake me a sandwich. It was literally the most minor inconvenience in the world that cost me a whopping 2 minutes of added wait time, but they still snuck a free chocolate chip cookie in my bag. Completely unnecessary but much appreciated! Yay for people who actually care about their customers (even though, again, in this case, it barely even qualified as an inconvenience to me, lol). Also the sandwich was delicious!“
