We get to the window and she said “we dont have those ones you ordered, so here’s a random assortment hope that’s ok” and she gave them to us and insisted they were free. Thank you Dunkin“

“I was at an event last evening that served a wonderful variety of treats from Sugar and Rhyme Coffeehouse—croissants, biscottis, Italian meringues, scones and several other delicious treats. Everyone there was impressed and commented on how tasty everything was. I will definitely stop at Sugar and Rhyme when I’m in the area.“

“Incredible, I got a hot chocolate with their seasonal pumpkin in it and it's truly warmed my soul. If you stay they will serve it in a nice mug too. Highly recommend to anyone, support local! There seating downstairs but also lots upstairs perfect to come get some work done.“

“Tried this for the first time today and was very impressed. Had one of the breakfast bagels, a breakfast croissant, a latte and a cold brew coffee. The portion size of the sandwiches was generous and everything tasted fresh. I will definitely return to try more items.“

“I highly recommend Kid’s World & Cafe for your kid’s next birthday party! We had our daughter’s second birthday here and it exceeded my expectations! Inna and Cristi did the set up, adorable themed decor, and were so helpful on the day of the party with welcoming guests and taking gifts. It was the most stress free party I have had. All the kids had an absolute blast. They were aged 9 months - 8 years old. The adults were able to have conversations since the kids were kept busy. It was perfect. Guests were able to purchase their yummy coffee drinks too!“

This DD is also light speed ahead of the one in pingree Grove up the street and it's actually faster to drive past the other one and go to this one in order to get our food. “Marketing department really needs to upload more photos. People need to see the mural! This place is really nice and cozy. I wanted to dine-in, but there weren't any other customers, so I felt awkward being the only one there each time. Maybe it was cause I went past the morning coffee rush. I'm always looking for a place that does a good strong coffee without it being too bitter. I think this is my favorite place now. First time there, the barista suggested a hot oat milk Maple Brown Sugar Latte with an extra shot of espresso to fit my dietary needs and taste preference. It's super delicious. I also got a cup of tea, and she let use two different tea flavors in one cup, the way I usually do it at home. I appreciated that. The second time I got a hot Salted Caramel Fudge Latte and Turkey Avocado Wrap. I forgot to ask for an alt milk, and the chips were a smidge stale. I totally forgot to ask for oat milk. I usually have lactase pills for such times, but not this one. Yikes. My boyfriend liked the chips, so it's ok. The wrap was really good though, it's HUGE, and they toast it! They also have packets of ketchup and Cholula hot sauce. Today, I returned for that delicious hot oat milk Maple Brown Sugar Latte + espresso, and a chamomile tea with lime. I'm pretty content.“

“We were there Saturday with 4 adults and 7 children. The owner was a very kind a patient individual. The ice cream was Some of the best ice cream we have had. We enjoyed great conversation with the owner and everyone had an awesome time.

“This is by far the best Starbucks in the area bar none . Everyone from the top management to the baristas are kind, friendly, caring and efficient. I’ve never had an attitude from any of them no matter how complicated my beverage order is. They keep the place clean and safe also. Unfortunately, the Starbucks in Algonquin by the movie theater, and also the one on Randall by Kohl’s has some of the rudest employees. In fact, the one by Kohl’s mopped the floors without squeezing out the mop and there were large puddles of soapy water all over, and I almost fell, even though I was walking extremely slowly. Putting a sign down does not excuse them from liability, but they didn’t seem to care at all about me, or anyone for that matter , and when I expressed my concern that someone can fall, they just rolled their eyes up at me. I am grateful that the Starbucks closest to my home on Algonquin Road and Ryan is Friendly professional and efficient unlike the other ones.“

“I went today and this was by far the best experience I’ve had at a Dunkin! The gentlemen working was very kind and worked quickly. He made the best oat milk shaken espresso I’ve had and filled it with a very appropriate amount of ice which I really appreciate (other Dunkins always fill it to the brim with ice, leaving very little room for the actual drink). “I like your coffee. And it is the nearest Starbucks to my job. Before job I wanted to buy cappuccino, came 20 min to 7:00 pm. Barista said with machine done can make espresso and any hot drinks. It is easy to wash the pitcher and steamer. I went out without coffee.“

But I felt inclined to write a review today because I was so charmed by something that happened this morning. A family came in shortly after I had and it was one of the little girl's birthday. “TJ and his staff here are unmatched compared to anywhere else that I have been to. I drive past 4 other locations on my way to work to see the staff here to get a drink that I could get anywhere else. The atmosphere and energy they bring is only matched by their customer service and ability to make any guest feel as they are the most important person, not just someone in line. The staff here is always on point with a friendly hello and a warm smile to make any day a good one and that is customer service that you just can't teach. If I could I would give them 7 out of 5 stars!“

“Staff is rude and insulting. Poorest customer service. Accept no responsibility for their behavior and mistakes. Instead of apologizing for making your drink wrong and requiring you to drive back there, they tell you well it wasn’t like it was on purpose. Then proceeded to lecture you. Amber especially is rude and slams the window shut in your face at the drive-through. Says if we get your drinks so often, go to a different Starbucks. I wasn’t even pissed off until I left after the return .“
