“This place is so unique and immaculate. Bravo Bakery is really amazing! I really love their neat service. Their staff are friendly, accommodating, cooperative, professional and patient which is a good thing since I would always ask for their opinion. they would also talk to you properly and help you with your food choices and even regarding about the place. I would always order cinnamon bread, chocolate cake, churros and pair those all with a delicious hot Choco or coffee. Definitely recommending those! Their size portion is also neat, their price deal is just perfect and every pastry they have is just so mouthwatering. Would definitely like to go here again if ever I had my free time. “We love Eli’s Cheesecake in Chicago and have been coming every year ( at least 10 years as of now) to pick up cheesecakes for the holidays. We usually buy 20+ cheesecakes for our friends and neighbors, and the service is always wonderful. Rosa, the store manager, was always especially kind and helpful during our visits. So and Bryan and the rest of the team this past holiday were friendly and helpful too.

I have ordered many cakes from them. All have been great.
Even if you order them ahead of time. They seem to make your orders, so they finish them at the agreed order date. Always very fresh.

Their chocolate Ganache cake is a fan favorite whenever I order that. I personally like their strawberry vanilla cream cake. T

heir donuts are also good if your looking for a morning or weekend treat.
Same with their huge variety of cookies.

“We went there for the first time yesterday. The staff is really helpful and friendly. I got the apple slice, oatmeal cranberry cookies and a raspberry kolaczki. The apple slice and the oatmeal cookies were some of the best I’ve had in a while. I haven’t gotten around to the kolaczki yet but I’m sure it’s delicious as well“

I ordered through Sweet C’s website for a birthday and I was behind on ordering due to my kids being sick. Celia was extremely kind despite it being a last minute order that was 100% my fault.

She had 2 dozen cupcakes for me and they were delicious. Everyone loved them - from the adults to the kids at the party. I always order extra cupcakes to bring home in case I can’t sit down at the party and enjoy a cupcake. I only have 2 left over and now have to share with the kids?! Not happy. Next time I’m giving myself a 6 cupcake buffer instead of 4.

Very easy to communicate with, is on time for pick up the cupcakes and you can still upload a design like she had in store. 10/10 recommend. We went with chocolate cupcakes and a vanilla buttercream. The cupcake will so soft and the buttercream was perfectly fluffy and just the right amount of sweetness. Very well balanced cupcake.

The customer service and the cupcakes were both outstanding. Placing my cupcake order for my birthday today with a 1/2 dozen cookie kit for Halloween.

After he passed away last summer, my sister and I decided to keep the tradition going and surprise them. They both had flavor preferences and I was unable to remember them. I received a response the next morning from Jeannie and she was able to find the past orders and told me the flavors he usually order them. She remembered my grandpa and had planned on calling to check-in with him, since she was expecting his order this year.
