“This place is so unique and immaculate. Bravo Bakery is really amazing! I really love their neat service. Their staff are friendly, accommodating, cooperative, professional and patient which is a good thing since I would always ask for their opinion. they would also talk to you properly and help you with your food choices and even regarding about the place. I would always order cinnamon bread, chocolate cake, churros and pair those all with a delicious hot Choco or coffee. Definitely recommending those! Their size portion is also neat, their price deal is just perfect and every pastry they have is just so mouthwatering. Would definitely like to go here again if ever I had my free time. The girl who helped me was so sweet, super patient, and explained everything perfectly. You can really tell they care about the customer experience and make sure you feel comfortable and taken care of. Now let’s talk about the lemonades—WOW. Infused and delicious, it was honestly one of the best lemonades I’ve ever had. And the baked goods? Incredible. Soft, flavorful, and just the right amount of kick. “We were pleasantly surprised! However, on the website it says some locations have Semi-sweet chocolate chip cookies on Thursdays…if this location had those I’d be here every day. The milk chocolate was just okay, not the best because milk chocolate doesn’t balance out the cookie. That’s why crumbl chocolate chip is bad. Semi-sweet chips are always the better choice! Please bring them to Mt. Prospect! (Not sure why they wouldn’t just be on the menu in the first place and every day, not just Thursdays?) Thank you!“

“We love Eli’s Cheesecake in Chicago and have been coming every year ( at least 10 years as of now) to pick up cheesecakes for the holidays. We usually buy 20+ cheesecakes for our friends and neighbors, and the service is always wonderful. Rosa, the store manager, was always especially kind and helpful during our visits. So and Bryan and the rest of the team this past holiday were friendly and helpful too.

“Delicious! I grew up in des plaines near this bakery and always drove by it but never noticed. My fiance did when we came to visit my family. After a few visits, we finally decided to stop by. I’m glad we did! The place is cozy, almost feels like a cute European cafe. We bought a variety of tiramisu flavors, and the honey cake. They were all so good and fresh tasting. The person who helped us was also very sweet and recommended a few items.“

“I had such a wonderful experience at this bakery! I tried four different cake slices: mango, red velvet, chocolate, and tiramisu, and every single one was delicious. The mango slice was fresh and flavorful, the red velvet was soft and perfectly sweet, the chocolate cake was rich and decadent, and the tiramisu was absolutely amazing.

The lovely lady at the counter was very kind, friendly, and helpful, which made the experience even better. The bakery itself was very clean, cozy, and welcoming.

I ordered through Sweet C’s website for a birthday and I was behind on ordering due to my kids being sick. Celia was extremely kind despite it being a last minute order that was 100% my fault.

She had 2 dozen cupcakes for me and they were delicious. Everyone loved them - from the adults to the kids at the party. I always order extra cupcakes to bring home in case I can’t sit down at the party and enjoy a cupcake. I only have 2 left over and now have to share with the kids?! Not happy. Next time I’m giving myself a 6 cupcake buffer instead of 4.

Very easy to communicate with, is on time for pick up the cupcakes and you can still upload a design like she had in store. 10/10 recommend. We went with chocolate cupcakes and a vanilla buttercream. The cupcake will so soft and the buttercream was perfectly fluffy and just the right amount of sweetness. Very well balanced cupcake.

The customer service and the cupcakes were both outstanding. Placing my cupcake order for my birthday today with a 1/2 dozen cookie kit for Halloween.

Dietary restrictions: Able to have some accommodations for dietary restrictions but like many bakeries, cross contamination can happen. She has an info section on this on her website.

“My grandpa ordered cookies from The Cookie Garden for my grandma and mom every Valentine’s day for as long as I can remember. After he passed away last summer, my sister and I decided to keep the tradition going and surprise them. They both had flavor preferences and I was unable to remember them. I emailed them to see if they’d be able to look up his past orders. I received a response the next morning from Jeannie and she was able to find the past orders and told me the flavors he usually order them. She remembered my grandpa and had planned on calling to check-in with him, since she was expecting his order this year. The shipping was fast and the cookies arrived on the day I requested, they were also able to accommodate to their flavor preferences.
