“I ordered a small veggie fried rice. It was good but the container is SUPER small and the price is a bit high $10.50. I know groceries prices are outrageous but rice, 🥕 and 🍄 are still pretty cheap. Green peppers are on the expensive side if not on sale but there wasn't enough peppers to justify the cost. Thats my opinion.“

“This is my most favorite restaurant. The food is ALWAYS delicious. The owners are ALWAYS pleasant and welcoming. The restaurant is ALWAYS clean, and that is a big plus. “Service is still great … but when closed then reopened, the quality of the food is now NOTICEABLY DIFFERENT (worse). Different chef, perhaps? Not sure what I mentioned it because I always order the same thing chicken with black bean and garlic sauce. The last two times I ordered it after they reopened they used dark meat and it was always always always white meat chicken. Also, the sauce is different. Something’s changed, but I’m just not sure what. It’s still my favorite Chinese restaurant in the south suburbs but they can do better. I say that because they’ve been better.“

“Some of the best Chinese food in the South Suburbs. Prices are comparable to other places. Portion sizes are good. Only small complaint is sometimes their inconsistent with how they prepare something. For example the broccoli and garlic sauce - I've had it before where the sauce is very thick and the broccoli broccoli was a little mushy but for the most part they always get it right. I pretty much always order it through a delivery app and the food still comes hot. Egg rolls are good and crisp. Sesame chicken is nice, slight sweetness with a little heat. Fried rice is flavorful.“

“I always enjoy ordering from Grand Chinese. Workers are always courteous and the food is always delicious. I used to go to Hoe Toy on Stony Island but the original owners sold it I believe and the food wasn't the same. I found out about Grand Chinese and now they are my go to spot for Chinese food.“

I started working a new job a few doors down from this restaurant when I realized they were actually opened. I went into this location because I needed something to eat fast and much to my surprise it was a very good. The vegetable egg rolls were top-tier and the fried rice was fresh and tasty. “I've ordered twice from Uber eats so the food comes lukewarm.. Not sure if it's Uber or the store. The food portion is worth the price.
