“A lovely downtown sandwich shop. We got an Avocado BLT, Shrimp and Crab Roll, Turkey Club, and a Cubano. Everyone loved their sandwich and enjoyed the ice cream dessert too. Staff was very helpful and I loved the style of the restaurant. Our only critical comment was the turkey club could have used more bacon (which was delicious). We can't wait to come back!“

“This Mr.Sub that’s in Berwyn off of 26th street just so everyone knows these are new owners of this Mr sub they took over a while ago and I will tell you the new owners and there food at this Mr sub is amazing the food is amazing and so good and so fresh!!! The employees that work at this Mr.sub are so nice and friendly and always give great excellent service! My daughter and I come here a lot and since we been coming here and moved to the neighborhood the food is amazing and I’ve always liked Mr.sub great food!!!!!!! “I ordered the regular Philly cheesesteak combo with a peach lemonade. Everything was delicious. The restaurant is clean and atmosphere peaceful.

Cheesesteak: Tasty. Sufficient amount of food for the price. I would order again. Now, keep in mind, I am not reviewing its authenticity but taste. There are varying schools of thought on what ingredients should be included on a Philly cheesesteak.

Fries: Fresh and delicious. They literally make perfect fries. I got mine salt-free. Yum.

Lemonade: simply delicious. I usually skip the beverage when ordering a take-out meal. After reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try. So glad I did. I don’t care for much sugar and this one was just sublime.

I highly recommend trying this Charley’s. This was my first time and I will certainly be back!“

“Recently I’ve had the privilege of not only meeting the owner of this establishment but also trying their meatball sandwiches, which is one of their top sellers. First bite, you can tell immediately that this was made with a lot of love and care. It legit felt like a hug from my grandmother every bite. Every part of this sandwich, from the bread to the sauce, and even the meatballs, you can tell that no shortcuts were taken. It’s clearly an artisanal sandwich. By far one of the best meatball sandwiches I’ve had. Even talking with the owner you can tell that he’s proud of his product. His food speaks for itself. “A longtime gem. Under newer ownership, the food is just as good as the original. Check out the freezer filled with an assortment of their amazing soups! Service isn't the fastest, but food is prepared as ordered. Decor is fun (Star Trek!), although starting to show its age (the poster of Mr Spock in the ladies room is getting ragged). Parking is a bear, many of the nearby spots must be paid online.“

I ordered one and it was mediocre at best: basically just shredded iceberg with a handful of black olives, a few pickles, and some cucumbers. For nearly $8, it felt like a rip-off considering I could’ve bought a whole bag of shredded iceberg at Juul for about a dollar. Iceberg doesn’t have flavor (it’s basically water), and while their vinaigrettes are delicious, they’d be much better served over a spring mix or microgreens. Bottom line: go here for the subs—the meatballs especially are phenomenal, I’d eat a whole bowl of them with gravy. But skip the salad, it’s not worth it.“

“Good place all around. If you're looking for a quick bite, this is a good place to stop. There's a big variety in sandwiches and salads to try, and of course there's pizza and panzaroti made in the word fire oven.

We had a sandwich and a salad the first time we went and they were very good. As were the cookies, and lots to choose from. Will have to go back and check their other offerings. It also has a deli counter with cheese and meats.“

“Ive been to almost alll Submmarines but this one takes it for the win! They were so welcoming and friendly and super clean for a small sandwich shop. Not only do they have a wide variety for subs and add ons but they also sell hot dogs , italian beefs , burgers and pizza puffs as well as so many side options from fries to mac n cheese bites! Give it a try and you wont regret it! Super clean , very nice family people 10/10And at the end the nice gentleman gave my daughter a free lollipop! It was literally the most minor inconvenience in the world that cost me a whopping 2 minutes of added wait time, but they still snuck a free chocolate chip cookie in my bag.
