“We came to Carmine's Rosemont since we were at the Rosebud Deerfield and it was amazing. Carmine's is a step above. The service is amazing. The food is the very best. The care each person who comes to the table to do something is very thoughtful and caring. The genuineness of our server Samantha J. was perfect. She took care of us from appetizes to dessert with amazing care and confidence. She was able to answer any question we had on the menu. The servers here are classically trained to remember what you ordered without ever writing anything down. I am always impressed with this type of service, since it is rare today in dining. The food came out exactly at the same time, perfect temperature, and to die for. The veal dishes were Absolutely Incredible! Pasta so fresh you would think you were in Italy. Drinks were excellent and dessert was scrumptious!“

“Price isn't bad for the buffet considering the other options in the connected buildings. The food was very fresh! Salad was delicious but the "fajita chicken" was dry as hell :(Seasoning was weak too, but I suppose that's unavoidable with a buffet.Overall, solid 3.5/5. Would eat here again for the salad bar at least lol

“Try the "Soon to be famous" wines! They do NOT disappoint! Our Server and Service was phenomenal! Food, is .....so amazingly fresh, the options, the add ons, the small shareable bites. Every season the freshness makes you feel full with out feeling FULL. Artichoke and Hummus is so yum!!“

“First the food was actually really great. The Korean ribeye was what I’ve been missing being a California native that’s used to eating Polynesian and Asian food. Pizza, Spinach dip, and the Martinis was not the best but good fruit mixes. Despite a few mix ups my sisters and I enjoyed the place. BIG ovation to the manager on duty Monday evening that listened and addressed the issue promptly. The staff are very professional and I’m looking forward to another visit soon. Great job guys!!!“
