“Recently I’ve had the privilege of not only meeting the owner of this establishment but also trying their meatball sandwiches, which is one of their top sellers. First bite, you can tell immediately that this was made with a lot of love and care. It legit felt like a hug from my grandmother every bite. Every part of this sandwich, from the bread to the sauce, and even the meatballs, you can tell that no shortcuts were taken. It’s clearly an artisanal sandwich. By far one of the best meatball sandwiches I’ve had. Even talking with the owner you can tell that he’s proud of his product. His food speaks for itself. Can’t wait to try what else this place has to offer. Keep it up guys!“

“Our family and friends enjoyed the Sunday dinner (30 guests) after christening. The tables were set up very elegant . Food was great,very tasty and fresh. “GrubHub left me hanging and cancelled my order without any meaningful explanation. Since I was still hungry and wanted dinner, I called the store directly. Boy am I glad I did! The manager took my call and commiserated with me a bit and suggested that I place my order directly with them via their website. Since I am just across the parking lot and can't leave my location (I was running out of time for my lunch), he graciously offered to run my order to me personally. JC showed up a matter of minutes later with my extremely tasty food and a smile!. I love their Lobster Bisque soup and mine was still nice and hot. Bonus... While on the website, I registered for the Cafe Zupas loyalty program and got a Free beverage! And, even though I have a discount on GH from my Amazon Prime account, my bill was nearly $8 cheaper! Overall, my experience today with Cafe Zupas Schaumburg has been stellar and I'll be ordering from them (directly, no more GrubHub) frequently and encouraging my coworkers and clients to do the same. Now where is that chocolate covered strawberry for my dessert. Yummy!“

“The service was friendly and the food was tasty, but not incredible. The place was quite expensive with 2 bowls costing over $35 at lunch time. The seating in the restaurant is quite basic, but roomy and comfortable. No metal utensils even for dine-in customers“

My only complaint is the waffle fries are always served kind of cool as they naturally cool off quick because of their design, and there never seems to be any salt on them. The Chicken tenders are warm and tender. The Chicken Soup is my favorite thing here.“

“Just reading the rude comments makes me sick to my stomach. I come here frequently because it’s the only pizza that doesn’t bother my 96 year old grandma. She loves it here and she loves the staff they are always patient and very nice to her. Trust me my grandma can be picky. Not once have they been rude to her. I can say different for some customers I’ve been in line while customers are just shouting at these kids. I will continue to come here thanks guys“
