“I went to dinner here with friends last night. I used to live in The Glen, and since I still live only about ten minutes away, I have been coming here regularly for more than ten years.
Everything was great, but the ribeye I ordered medium came out well-done. I sent it back, and the manager, Kaitlyn, came over, apologized, and had it remade. Unfortunately, the second steak was also not cooked to the correct temperature. I honestly felt bad and was willing to just eat it, even though it was not my fault, but Kaitlyn insisted on having it made again correctly.
I was truly impressed by the service. Mistakes can happen, but what really matters is how a restaurant responds and makes an effort to take care of its guests. Kaitlyn handled the situation professionally and genuinely wanted to make sure I was satisfied.
A special thank-you to Kaitlyn and our server, Sara, for their outstanding service. I have been coming here for over ten years, but I do not think I have ever been this impressed by the level of care and hospitality. Truly excellent service.“

“First the food was actually really great. The Korean ribeye was what I’ve been missing being a California native that’s used to eating Polynesian and Asian food. Pizza, Spinach dip, and the Martinis was not the best but good fruit mixes. Despite a few mix ups my sisters and I enjoyed the place. BIG ovation to the manager on duty Monday evening that listened and addressed the issue promptly. The staff are very professional and I’m looking forward to another visit soon. Great job guys!!!“

“Its a nice place, has good ambiance and had a nice window seat. The tomato soup was excellent, had a sweet kick, wished there was maybe a spot of bread with it. Service was very active and server answered questions kindly. Food wasn’t really my type, a bit “fancy”, with lots of garnish, but obviously doesn’t deserve to lose an actual star because of that. “I had a fantastic experience at Kona Grill, and a big part of that was thanks to Ivan. From the moment we were seated, he was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel welcome. He was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and made sure everything came out perfectly.

Ivan went above and beyond to check in on us without ever being intrusive, and his positive attitude really elevated the whole dining experience. It’s rare to find service that feels this personal and professional at the same time.

“This is a gem that everyone should know about, but I'm thrilled there isn't a 30+ minute wait every time I go.
As someone who loves coffee, I still don't understand how their coffee tastes so good. Their plain, black coffee and Americanos taste out of this world. Some of the best coffee if not the best I've ever had. The food is always fresh, tastes/seems made to order, and again the coffee is amazing. A friend who doesn't drink caffeine loves their decaf, and as someone who doesn't drink decaf, even I like their decaf.“

“Don’t order the short rib mini sandwiches! They were 90 percent fat. When I informed the waitress she indicated that there is always fat on those sandwiches. My sandwich was mostly grizzle and fat. My friend had the same thing but hers at least had some meat.“

We even got a complimentary meal from the Executive Chef so he didn’t waste the plate after taking pictures of his new special. To say the food was amazing is an understatement. “My flight got canceled so it was the end of a long day when I finally made it to the Hilton Garden Inn, but the service at the hotel was great and the Cobb salad at the restaurant tasted like I had just picked everything fresh from the garden. Definitely stay here again!“

“My wife and I watched the bears vs packers game. Great atmosphere and fun time watching the game. However, BOTH bathrooms had issues and one urinal overflowed causing a mess. When the game was over and we left, we were blocked in by someone who made up a parking spot in the back of the lot. Multiple people made up spots all over the lot. When I addressed the issue with the front desk and spoke with the manager, they did nothing and said to call the police. It is not up to the customer to manage your property. I thought it was a joke of a response when a concern was raised.“

“This is the best place to eat in Chicago O’Hare T5. Their bowls and wraps are all healthy, full of protein and good ingredients, and taste delicious. Pricing is also a plus as the average price is around $13 or less which is less than a quarter pounder meal at Mc Donald’s. The staff are all knowledgeable and friendly and the whole interaction was a pleasure.“
