“I ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich with a small side of garlic fries.
Was warmly greeted by the staff as soon as I entered the restaurant.
The cheesesteak sandwich was good, tasty and worth ordering again but not amazing. While the onions and peppers were sautéed to perfection, some of the meat was a bit dry around the edges. The melted and creamy American cheese tied everything together nicely. The garlic fries were hot, fresh and crispy with the perfect amount of garlic.

The meal was fairly priced for the quantity of food given.“

“Idk why but this Jersey Mikes is so inconsistent and depends in whos making your sandwich for it to be good. Just moved around the corner and been here maybe 5-6 times now. If ordering in store, usually not too bad. But when ordering on the app, its like they rush the sandwich just to get it out if the way. Different amount if meat every tome vs in person. Barely any oil/vin vs in person. This may also be the slowest shop on Earth too sandwich makinf wise. Not sure id everyone is new but always a different person there making during lunch. Just a very inconsistent JM’s - wish i could frequent the New Lenox location more. They’re constantly putting out grade A subs“

I am in awe of the redeeming satisfactory I received from the manager of this location today after I had a mishap with my order and unfortunately didn’t notice until I had gotten home. I had given them a call and spoke with the manager directly regarding this concern and issue with my order. She went above and beyond!! Not only offering to add a credit for this but to deliver to me no questions. I originally order through the drive through, She also added an item we had ordered and didn't receive in our total at the restaurant. She kindly made her way out to where I live with no questions! You would never know what this kind gesture did to my heart on this day. 🩷 Thank you 🥹“

Just today, the youngest man in the drive thru window noticed the color of the coke was off and mentioned it to me to make sure it tasted okay before I left and when it didnt he made sure to get me fresh one. I know its a small thing but I can't tell you how many times its happened where I notice my soda taste off after I already left.“

The regular employees are always polite and easy to work with. The only thing holding me back from visiting more often is the ever-increasing prices, but otherwise a solid place to go when I've got nothing ready at home.“
