“Excellent food, was here for the first time. Had to taste everything: Italian sub, Sicilian pizza, cream of celery soup, and chopped salad. Everything was excellent. Can’t wait to go back and try more. The Sicilian pizza had a light crust and delicious sauce with sausage and roasted peppers, Yum! Very clean and friendly staff too.“

“Had no idea this gem existed until today! Looking for somewhere to get a quick sandwich, specifically wanted a panini, and this did not disappoint! My husband got the Cuban which he really enjoyed. I had a build your own. Everything was really fresh and delicious! Great staff! Will definitely be back!“

“Everything tasted like home and natural. No artificial flavor. Except their portions are quite small. A 15$ dinuguan in a small metal bowl seemed unfair. Their lechon kawali came in 6 pieces at most. And the garlic rice was supposed to be shareable but probably only fed 2. The food itself tasted great.“

“Had ordered two entrees, one of them was vegan for pickup. Without me even asking, the manager gentleman told me that they purposely prepared it outside of the other foods. Not only do they cook delicious veggie friendly meals, they also go the extra. Simply excellent.“

“went for my step-mom’s birthday and had an excellent time! Cody was our server and he was very on top of it all, no good lagged coming out or was incorrect at all and we all had delicious meals. Cody was very attentive and social, overall a great server! Loved everything about this visit. My step-mom got a free dessert for her birthday and was even sang to by the staff! Will definitely be coming back!!!!“

“GrubHub left me hanging and cancelled my order without any meaningful explanation. Since I was still hungry and wanted dinner, I called the store directly. Boy am I glad I did! The manager took my call and commiserated with me a bit and suggested that I place my order directly with them via their website. Since I am just across the parking lot and can't leave my location (I was running out of time for my lunch), he graciously offered to run my order to me personally. JC showed up a matter of minutes later with my extremely tasty food and a smile!. I love their Lobster Bisque soup and mine was still nice and hot. Bonus... While on the website, I registered for the Cafe Zupas loyalty program and got a Free beverage! And, even though I have a discount on GH from my Amazon Prime account, my bill was nearly $8 cheaper! Overall, my experience today with Cafe Zupas Schaumburg has been stellar and I'll be ordering from them (directly, no more GrubHub) frequently and encouraging my coworkers and clients to do the same. Now where is that chocolate covered strawberry for my dessert. Yummy!“

“Excellent food, atmosphere and service. Tried for a first time birria and loved it. Street tacos with lettuce, and fajita were awesome too.
Just a small sidenote - it was really difficult to wash my hands in the banos. Sensors not working well, small space to really wash hands and not just make them wet.
Will come again for sure. 5 star experience“

“The General Manager in Hoffman Estates Panera is one of the best I have ever seen. His name is Brian. He is constantly on the go, working the register, making drinks, cleaning tables, helping people as needed. Very approachable. We frequent this store regularly. Kudos Brian!“

“Happened upon this place and decided to give it a try. I'm thoroughly impressed! From the service (I'm so sorry that I didn't get his name, but he was a younger guy, working at 7:30 on 6/18 and it was his mom's birthday....if that helps up identify which worker)....he was super nice and super helpful! Please pass along how great he is!! But besides the service, the food was AMAZING! I've been in search of a new place, and I'm beyond happy that I happened to be getting ice cream, next door, and happened to see their menu in the window. I kept it simple, this time, but I will definitely be back. Both because of the food, and because of the genuinely pleasant nature of the worker.“

“5�s, Panera! I ordered a panini and quinoa bowl for dinner / lunch tomorrow. Got to the car and found she thought I wanted a U pick 2 and only got a 1/2 panini �. Went back in and asked her and manager over heard. I said ok, if I didn’t pay for it then that’s ok. Manager Insisted on making me the other half and he threw in a bag of chips. Now that’s customer service. Thank you!!! �“

“No comment on service because there was zero human contact. You order through a kiosk, then someone just yells your number & you go and grab your food from the counter. A worker came out and looked at us and then quickly ran back. lmao Place was nice. Food was good.
