“Don’t let the photos fool you, these are hands down the best donuts I’ve ever had in my life. I was a little upset when my half dozen rang up to $47 (my fault for not looking at prices ahead of time) but was SO incredibly surprised by the flavor and texture of these donuts. The bakers have managed to find a way to make yeast donuts perfectly flavorful with no greasy feeling- they are light as a fluffy pillow with the slightest crisp from being fried. Honestly, to die for. Were still amazing even hours later!!“

“This place is great but I had to stop going here. If I can't see a nutrition label or AT LEAST how many calories are in one of the donut I'll pass because what are we hiding here?? “My wife and I go to Dunk Donuts almost every morning. For less than the price of Starbucks we get a dozen donut holes and two of their blended Carmel latte drinks. 🍩 We love Dunk Donuts! The workers are so kind and thoughtful and the food is always delicious. They have the best donuts and iced coffee I’ve ever had! 😊“

“Listen this food is just too good. I hate meal prep (and cooking tbh) but wanted to eat better. I felt so lucky to find Bri and her team-- the food they make is magic and I swear to gods they trick me into eating more veggies all the time. And then the comfort food? The fried rice and the Mac n cheese and the jerk wings (even the vegan Mac n cheese, btw)? You don't even know. Last but not least- let me say that these folks are also so kind and thoughtful. Whether it's a heads up about something being out, bringing food to door when you aren't home, a cute note on the takeout bag, or offering a random extra juice one time when I picked up - they care about the food they are making and the community they are creating. Cannot say enough good things about this business 🙌💜“

“I grew up in Western Springs, in a house on the “other side of the tracks”. Almost every Sunday, my father and I would go to Kirschbaum’s for a dozen donuts. Those donuts were sooo good.“

“I had one of the most friendliest interactions I've ever had in a dunkin! The worker that was shcudled today at 7 pm had such a friendly attitude that I couldn't help but wish her the best! I ordered 2 green teas and she explained that it's going to come out hot because she barely made it. I however didn't mind because who doesn't love hot fresh tea! :) she then proceeded to tell how she takes pride in her work because of how well she does it, and it for sure shows! 200/10 experience would recommend going here for your daily dunkin runs ?‍♀️“

“Pretty good coffee served via a walk up window. Nothing wrong with it, just many places for good coffee in the area and not the best one.

Update: The owner asked whose coffee we preferred. We thought Pedestrian Coffee and Brew Brew were probably the best we had this trip.“

“Stopped by on a random chance, they serve coffee by Happy Monday Roasters, unfortunately they did not have any Whole Milk so no Cortado this trip. But did have an amazing stinky ( in a good way) everything Bagel. Staff was very friendly, I asked about all the little bears, he said was for their signature drink, Honey Lavender Latte, not ‘my’ thing but cool idea !“

“Our family absolutely loves Bb's donuts! We do miss being able to go inside the donut shop. So many wonderful memories taking our little girl there to eat donuts and read a book or two. We have a little boy with Autism and it's not safe for him to sit in front by the busy street because he runs. Wish we could go inside to enjoy donuts & coffee knowing it's something our son would truly enjoy.“

“I love this place. It is the only place I want to get Dunkin Donuts. Everywhere else is just pretending to serve coffee. Customer service is excellent. For the most part they don't have you pulling around to bring your order- because that's nonsense. For as long as they keep serving coffee and moving as fast as they do, I will be waiting in line!“

“Very pretty little cafe with outdoor seating space. We only tried the baked goods which were also very pretty and started at $4.50 a piece. The donuts are unconventional--imagine a slightly denser challah shaped like a donut. They're bready and sort of chewy, but it works as a pastry and would pair well with coffee. The staff was friendly and there was plenty of space--no line on a Saturday morning.“

“I’m giving this dunkin a 3 in food/service because I ordered a bagel on my way to work. I asked for a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese on it and the lady in the drive through confirmed. I take out my bagel while I drive and the cream cheese isn’t on it and it’s not veggie, they gave me plain. So you want me to spread my own cream cheese, cool. Now what about a knife to spread it? No knife in the bag. You can’t even call to express your frustration because their number doesn’t work.“

“My mom had a flat tire and we were in our way to fix it but we had to stop in the parking lot in dunkin we tried calling a tow truck nobody picking up so we went inside the dunkin’ and really nice and amazing person asked if our tire is flat and she offered to ask dominos to get the jack but we didn’t no how to so these to amazing pepole helped change the tire“

“I always go in the afternoon around 5:30pmish and this is genuinely the best and most consistent Dunkin I’ve been to. A lot of other locations you can only hope it taste remotely close but these baristas always make my drink taste absolutely spot on.“

“I’m not from this area, I actually live in NW Indiana but sometimes come out this way for work. This is by far the best DD I’ve been too, besides the location in Munster, IN. No matter how busy they are, the line always moves fast, my drinks are always made well, my food is always done fresh (I get the avocado toast) and the toast is crispy but not burnt. Anywhere else the avocado toast is usually soggy or cold. But not at this location. The employees are always so friendly and nice. Never had an issue ever. All I know is that the DD locations in NW Indiana need to take some lessons from the management/staff at the Alsip location because they’re doing something right. Wish I could get this type of service at the other locations. Good job! ?“

“It was my first time ever trying Dunkin Donuts coffee…yes I know it’s strange. I usually go into the Shell with The Dunkin Donuts with my pup to get a Red Bull. I usually go to Dark Matter or that other one rhyming with far ducks. I just saw a video on a drink that looked like everything I love, so I figured I’d give it a go. I can’t have dairy so I ordered the Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with Almond Milk. My pup was also offered a pup cup! First of all, the customer service was TOP NOTCH. The two woman that were working this morning will make me come back just for how wonderful & sincere they were. The drink was outta this world! I usually never finish all my coffee. I finished it on my walk AND wanted more! These ladies are what’s missing in customer service nowadays. They were personal, friendly, funny, respectful and caring. Thanks guys for making me
