“I cannot state this with enough enthusiasm. This place is INCREDIBLE. The food is outstanding, unlike any other restaurant in the area. As for this place being RACIST?!? That reviewer either clearly did not go into the restaurant or they just want to cause controversy, as they have people of all races WORKING THERE and the staff is treated very well, like they are all family! That comment is clearly insane and looking for attention. Back to my review. The spaghetti with sausage is so authentic and delicious, the tomato bisque soup is clearly homemade and delicious! The mediteranean salad is mindblowing. This is truly authentic, homemade food and all seasoned PERFECTLY. We are always loyal customers of Lauretta's and will definitely be back!!!“

“We were warmly welcomed. The rich wood interior and fireplace make for a relaxing atmosphere. The service was excellent. We were greeted at the table with water and place settings. “If I can give this bakery 10 stars I would. We ordered two birthday cakes/pastries here for my daughter's birthday. My sister in law loves ordering here for her party and that was when I tried their cakes and oh my goodness, It was one of the best cake I have ever had. Its a little pricey but Its so worth it. My whole family enjoyed it when I served the cake for my daughter's birthday. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend this bakery for quality and taste.“

“Dalton's makes some of the best gluten free desserts I've ever had. I ask for their lemon bars for every birthday! They are so accommodating to all allergies and intolerances as well. I've tried a lot of their pastries and there hasn't been one I don't love. I got my first real paczki in 14 years there and it was amazing!! The owners are the kindest, funniest, most welcoming people ever. You don't even have to be gluten free to love their products! They're incredible!“

“Just visited for the first time and it will not be the last. I was not sure what to get and our server, Bella, recommended the Snow Day. It is a soft serve and slushy mixed together---Delishous. My husband got a traditional sugar cone, his was also excellent. It was great that the had vegan options. Service was excellent and the store was clean.“

“Our son, Parker has worked at Nekter for almost a year now. He actually loves working there, and that’s all you can ask from your 18-year-old son. Loren and Brandon, the owners, really care about these kids and the same with the quality of food they make fresh every day. Having a son who works at Nekter has also afforded us the opportunity to try virtually everything on the menu. Yes, we are real customers but mostly we just love healthy food that tastes really good. If you’ve ever had a smoothie from a chain place, you’ll instantly know the difference. Our favorite things are their Chia pudding w pumpkin and a Popeyes Açaí are ridiculous. You know when your teenager makes homemade cashew milk at home… reminds you that you live in Barrington but also that the universe is working!“

“Organic Rootz is such a piece of sunshine in Barrington! Delicious smoothies and bowls, i've yet to try their food items but i will be sure to try them soon. Lots of local organic brands, an herb wall for all the herbalist out there, vitamins and oils, and great customer service. they're always friendly and go the extra mile during service.“

“We started going here a little less than a year ago and have adored it ever since. The cakes are so flavorful and the sponge is so light it's like eating a delicious dream every time. The cookies, pies and bread are amazing as well and believe me we have tried it all. Definitely the best bakery in the area in my opinion! “The environment around the bakery is small but cozy. The workers here are so kind, and their Bundt cakes are even better. I really love their cream cheese frosting it is so tasty and addicting. “My husband and I went there for a special anniversary celebration in September 2023 and loved it. Hadn't been there in a while and they did not disappoint. The weather was nice enough to sit on their patio - just a few sprinkles, but we had an umbrella over the table. Beautiful view of the golf course. Our server (Ally) was excellent and the food was delicious. My husband had the "porterhouse" pork chop - huge and perfectly cooked! I had one of the best petite filets I've had in a long time - so tender and flavorful. They gave us a free dessert for our anniversary - amazing limoncello shortbread cake with blueberry chambord sauce. Wow!“

“It's a sports bar with good and we are not into bars or sports...so the atmosphere isn't our preferred space- but the food (especially chicken limone) is fantastic.We prefer the onion rings over the toasted ravioli. Not because the latter is bad, we just prefer the rings. Since we're not bar folks and don't drink alcohol, sometimes it feels like service pays too little attention, but not always. That depends on the night and the server's.“

“I came here to visit a friend on a Wednesday. We got seated right away. I've been to other Egg Harbor locations, but not this one. It has the same decor and vibes as the other locations. I got the San Antonio Skillet, which was great, but I wasn't super full afterward. Also, our server did not come to pick up our check after a while, so we had to go to the front and pay. Overall not a bad experience.“

“I had Chicken Piccata. It was exactly how I love to have it prepared (no breading). The lemony sauce was so perfect, I almost asked for a straw to get it all! (I didn't). Service was timely and made us comfortable. From the the Server to the busers. (Sp?) The space is quite compact. No one was jostled but it was a bit noisy for us. First I was greeted by a young man named Mathew he was nothing but helpful and was also very charming. After he took my order another young man named randy made my pizza lickady split. “I walked in to noodles and company on a very sad day for me. Typically when I walk in, I am not greeted by Aiden. But this day, kind employees named AJ Andy and Aaron greet me with happiness. They were so kind and lifted my day back up. Aj was so helpful on the register and my order was 100% accurate. When my food arrived, Aaron called out “it’s noodle time” and everyone had a smile on their face. I’m so happy I had a wonderful time at noodles and company“

“Moretti's is always solid. The Fox Lake location is one of their older restaurants, could probably use to be updated but the food and the drinks are good. I had the brick chicken which is one of their specialties, and other members of our party had The Rustic penne pasta. Overall the meal was very good.“
