Caterers near Westchester

“So, my Nana Marshbank had been bring us here over the years. However yesterday we attended her repast luncheon because she wanted us all together once she went on the be with Lord. Great location and service! Food was good with applied seasoning but great experience overall.“

“Very tasty, very good!“

“Best barbecue around and the price is reasonable. Highly recommend“

“This is one of my favorite vegan Mexican restaurants. Chef Patricia is so sweet. I almost always get the Carne Asada burrito but I’ve loved everything I have tried. The nachos & tacso are so good too. The peanut butter cookies are probably the best I’ve ever had. I love the chocolate mini Bundt cake.“

“Tried the express menu last weekend for the first time and was NOT disappointed. Vegan birria tacos (made with perfectly seasoned mushrooms) were excellent, though I have to admit the consomé wasn't, unfortunately. But the vegan soul plate was all good. The fried hearts of palm were tasty and crunchy, the mac and cheese was creamy and not too heavy, the sweet potatoes were Thanksgiving-y, and the greens did their job. And the hibiscus and ginger tea I ordered was delicious! I just wish it was less than a 40-minute drive for me, but what can you do?“

“If you are looking for a caterer for your wedding or event BOOK THEM!! The food was delicioussss! We received so many compliments from guests saying it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. Meghann was extremely helpful & accommodating during the planning process. Anything I needed she made sure it was taken care of. Our day of coordinator Luis was awesome as well as all of the staff there. Everyone was super friendly and always on top of everything. Immediately after the ceremony was over we had a drink in hand and apps in our bridal suite for us. We were blown away by the food and everything from start to finish. We hope to have an event in the future to use them and have their delicious food again!“

“Stopped in here for lunch for the first time and let me tell you I was blown away! Great prices great food! Definitely going to be the spot from now on!!“

“They have great attention to all the guest. They pay close attention to all they serve. I recommend them.“

“We had a party with 75 ppl. catering was delivered on time, hot, fresh, and packaged expertly. Everyone raved about the food! Fried Chicken, meatballs, and the jello were the favs. thank you!“

“Was driving past and saw a Jamaican flag in the window so I turned around. Thank God I did the food is so good ya'll I had the lamb, spinach and mashed potatoes. I'm still outside the restaurant in my car posting this cause the food is gone already!! An amazing Shout out to the owner miss tanya and her staff a wealth of knowledge a true blessing. Also thank you to Mario from Goebbarts farms for serenading me with live music while I waited!!“

“I have to give 5 ⭐️ to this amazing family owned restaurant! Tried the signature Pot Pie and my complements to the chef. Great food and even better people 😀“

“Last Saturday May 23 was my son’s katb Kitaab at Mecca Center Banquet Hall. We had an incredible evening! The catering service was fantastic!!! My guests enjoyed the food so much! The service was excellent and the whole staff were very professional and absolutely welcoming. A great evening and very delicious food!! Overall excellent service in all aspects!“

“Very professional and the food is amazing“

“We just hosted our 50th high school reunion the other evening John and his staff could not have been more accommodating to us. They cheerfully answered every question, made certain everything was perfect and served us delicious food. I honestly think this place is an absolute gem. If the occasion arises I will definitely be using it again thank you thank you thank you Joyce Zelazik“

“Gpay didn't work and I had no physical card. After trying the Gpay several times, I gave up. The manager asked for the drink I was drinking back, lol. I got in the car, saw my wallet in the seat and decided not to go back in. I drove out of my way to try this food, but this experience with being asked for the drink back was shocking. #theapartmentlady“

“We used SBR for our wedding, and could not be happier with choosing them to cater our event. From the beginning, Jacob and Lauren were incredible to work with, and answered all my questions throughout the entire year. We got so many compliments about the food through the whole night, and even texts about it afterward (especially about how delicious the Mac n' cheese was!). The whole team was so nice to me and all my guests that night, food was delicious, and I couldn't recommend their team enough!“

“We had a great experience working with Biagio for our daughter’s quinceañera. Specially with Blanca she is dedicated, honest and always willing to go the extra mile for us. The appetizers, diner, deserts, gelato cart, hot dog cart, delicious! We had all great reviews from our guests. We were able to have an outside organizer decorate the hall for us and they worked very well together which made it possible for us to relax and enjoy the process. All of the vendors were able to communicate effectively with Blanca which helped to make the night very special for our daughter. Unforgettable memories were made that night and we have nothing but gratitude with Blanca and her team at the Biagio. 👏🏼“

“Ashyanna Banquets is a great venue. The staff were super helpful and very friendly. It’s a beautiful space for any type of event. Thank you to the staff that helped us transport our equipment after the event!“

“I took one bite of the coconut rice and was instantly transported to another dimension. The bitterleaf soup, efo riro, and puff puff were on point.
Talk about professionalism, Onielbites is an embodiment. The food is delicious, the catering service even more so. I'd do business again with Onielbites in a heartbeat!“

“I had her food when she was on 87th East of Ashland and it was Good then. This past Sunday I ate it again for Soul Food Sundays and it was as even Better. I had the Perch Fish with Red beans and Rice and Mac and Cheese and My Brother had the Fried Lamb Chops with yams and Red beans and Rice. 💯 Everything thing was Good. Thank you Shawanda“

“If you ever get invited to an event at The Mayfield on Archer in Chicago, do yourself a favor and go. Immediately.

We were there for a huge social club banquet, and the place was absolutely buzzing. The room was packed, the energy was high, the bartenders were clearly having a great time behind the bar, and the Shirley Temples were flowing like someone accidentally leaned on the soda gun for three straight hours.

Now before I even get into our night, I need to acknowledge another reviewer who once said this place is “2 Legit 2 Quit.”

After spending the evening there, I can confirm that statement is scientifically accurate. Atmosphere? Legit. Staff? Legit. Food? Legit. Hallways? Surprisingly legit. Carpets? Still legit. Bathrooms? Also holding strong in the legit department. Whoever wrote that review clearly did a full building inspection tour, and honestly I respect the thoroughness.

But the real MVP of the night was Kevin John, our table server.

Kevin John might be the quietest hardest-working server in the Midwest. No big announcements, no dramatic entrances — just pure efficiency. The man worked like a hospitality ninja.

Every time we looked down, more food plates had magically appeared on the table. No one asked. No one waved him down. Kevin John had already taken care of it. Plates cleared, new plates delivered, everything running like a perfectly organized banquet machine.

At one point we all realized something incredible: we had never once needed to ask for anything all night. Kevin John had already handled it before the thought even finished forming in our heads.

The man wasn’t just serving the table — he was quietly running a one-man food distribution operation while making it look effortless.

Between the fun crowd, the lively bartenders, the endless Shirley Temples, the legit carpets apparently approved by previous reviewers, and Kevin John making sure our table stayed well fed all night long, the entire event was fantastic.

If you’re hosting a banquet, party, or celebration, The Mayfield absolutely knows how to do it right.

And if you’re lucky enough to have Kevin John working your table, just sit back and enjoy the night — because that guy is making sure everything runs perfectly without ever needing the spotlight.

And to the reviewer who confirmed the hallways and carpets were legit… you were absolutely correct. 2 legit. Still not quitting.“

“The best tacos al pastor are at this place. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the prices are unbeatable. You must try their tacos!“

“I had my wedding and reception here in 2021. I also had a bday party in 2022. Both events were excellent. Great food Great service. Overall great experience!!!“

“The food is outstanding!!“

“Once again TriCafe does not disappoint. Their food is amazing, all of it from the appetizers to the desserts. American Airlines Cargo have used them everytime for our Cargo Cup celebrations. Thank you again Bob and team for making our celebrations a huge success!“

“The best catering company I have worked with, I use them for every event or client luncheon. They are amazing from the food to the service you cannot get better than La Vida!“

“Solid food every time! Had great risotto last night, their pastas are always good & great cocktails. Take home family meals are delicious and a lot of food for the money. Recommend!“

“This is one of Elmhurst's best kept secrets.Next to the Normandy room, inside the postIs the bar/ restaurant ~Although limited by lunch hours of 11-2The blue ? plate special is always changing & a great value.Multiple pub grub sandwiches adourn the menu, with daily soups and sandwiches.Portions are large, not too fancy and with homecooked flair (taste). The Normandy room offers weekly entertainment of a varietyPrices are below standard (a good value) in my opinion.Service was excellent !“

“My husband and I planned our wedding at Allegra and they truly went above and beyond! Everything was set up to perfection and food was excellent! Tony, Monica, and the rest of the staff were extremely accommodating and made sure everything went as planned! We couldn’t have asked for a better reception venue!“

“Honest Foods is a fantastic, well-priced catering company!

I ordered catering for 30 friends and family members celebrating my daughter’s baptism. Their menu is extensive; I chose ciabatta sandwiches, pasta salad, and a green salad. Everything was absolutely delicious. In fact, I had several family members tell me “this is the best salad I’ve ever had.”

Tad, the owner, is a wonderful person too— very easy to work with. He was nice enough to send one of his staff to my house to drop off serving utensils, as I had forgot them during pick up.

Will definitely use Honest Foods again!“

“My husband and I can't say enough good things about Marie's Catering. From the very beginning, Amanda was very helpful in answering our questions, being responsive, and working with us to create a menu that we wanted. We were astonished by how much food was provided at our tasting, all super yummy, and so we eagerly booked them for our reception. We opted for family style so each guest could enjoy all the dishes, and boy are we glad we did! We had DOZENS of guests come up to us that night, and since, RAVING about every dish. Everything being so delicious and cooked perfectly was even more impressive when you consider they served over 100 people. The servers were great and very attentive and even boxed up my husband and my leftovers, which was such a treat we were not expecting. I honestly don't think you could find better quality food, bar package, and service for the price. Highly recommend!“

“When you need an good location, great food worth the cost, and down home atmosphere. You have our word that the customers come first... Be ready to check out an amazing yet simple place The five stars represent the direction the team [staff] is going in“

“Excellent food and reasonably priced.“

“The D’Absolute team made my Son’s wedding simply awesome! Special thanks to Chris for his creativity, positive vibe and “we can make this amazing” approach. The food was beyond amazing - we had a Louisiana themed menu. He truly made the entire experience amazing! So happy!“

“Such a treasure! We were drawn to the thoughtfully created menus - rotations of unique menus that tell a story via the tastes of places; as well as the dietary options (vegan, gluten free, etc) that make it accessible and tasty for all. The tea and food were amazing, the shop is so cute, and the staff were so kind. A great experience all around!“

“Great sandwiches , great home made soups, brick oven pizzas, Gelato, Italian cookies and imported lunch meat. place is fantastic. today I got the pork bracciole on garlic bread with hot giardinaria and provolone. that just might have been thee best sandwich I ever had.“

“The best! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰😍“

“My 4-year old wanted a last minute bday party so I needed food for 40 with less than a weeks heads up. We loved Sabroso last year and hoped to reorder. I was having issues with the app/website and used the chat. Moe was so quick to respond and offered to call me when we were both able to walk through the order together. Easy to order, quick confirmation, and everthing was smooth sailing! (Food was fabulous and even delivered early day of party!) Repeat customer!“

“Fabulous food, presentation and service!“

“Ya probé la de Barbacoa!! Que delicia. Las recomiendo.“

“From the moment we booked Ashton Place, we knew we were in great hands. Puneet, the General Manager, was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire planning process. He was incredibly responsive, easy to communicate with, and truly wanted to bring our vision to life.

We had multiple meetings/email exchanges leading up to the wedding to make sure every detail was exactly how we envisioned it. As wedding planning goes, our timeline changed several times, and the Ashton Place team was always flexible, accommodating, and willing to work with us. That level of customer service made such a difference and gave us so much peace of mind.

The venue itself is absolutely stunning. The draping, lighting, beautiful stage, and Chiavari chairs created such an elegant atmosphere for our ceremony. We hosted both our ceremony and appetizer hour there, and the space accommodated all 300 of our guests comfortably while still feeling beautiful and welcoming.

The food was AMAZING! We received so many compliments from our guests about how delicious everything was during appetizer hour. The servers were also wonderful, friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the event.

If you’re looking for a venue with a beautiful space, incredible food, and a team that truly cares about making your vision come to life, I highly recommend Ashton Place. Thank you to Puneet and the entire staff for helping make our wedding day so special!“

“What a great reception and selections! First visit and definitely be back. When I got home to warm and construct the beef sandwiches the moment I took the lid off the succulent scents took me over. The best I’ve ever had!🤤“

“We have been lucky to attend this hall on multiple occasions from a production company standpoint. The hall is not the best for sound reinforcement as you will need a separate rig pointed to where the main entrance is to ensure you will have even coverage for all patrons. However, it is a minor detail that with the right professional shouldn't be a problem. The catering was very good and the space looked very nice. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a nice event space.“

“Inspired Catering and Events catered our wedding at the Columbus Park Refectory a couple of weeks ago and we’re still incredibly blown away by Liz and her team. From the start, Liz stood out as incredibly receptive and accommodating. This continued throughout the process and culminated in their incredible service on our big day. We truly could not have pulled off our wedding day without her expertise and dedicated work ethic— even more so when we pushed up our wedding by almost a year. Thanks to Liz and her incredible staff, we had the day we had always imagined, put together in two months. We were even able to salvage our outdoor ceremony after an unseasonable cold snap, thanks to an eleventh hour heater acquisition. Our intimate group thoroughly enjoyed their meals and everyone was well taken care of, including two vegans in a crowd of meat-lovers. Inspired’s quinoa enchiladas will forever change how my husband and I see quinoa— it was that good. However, we’re still dreaming about the short rib and potato au gratin we had on our wedding night. That alone should be all the convincing you need to hire them for your next event. Truly, none of us have never been to a wedding where we loved the food so, so much. From two families who love food, thank you.“

“Tonight we had another really great meal prepared for us by New Rose! After a few weeks of being hunkered down due to the COVID crisis we thought to treat ourselves to a meal. It’s been so nice to taste things we don’t usually think to cook- Coconut lime curry tilapia, chicken paprika shrimp pasta primavera! The food is delicious, the portions generous, and reasonably priced. Thanks New Rose for giving us something g to look forward to!“

“If we could give more than 5 stars we would. I've been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years. I was super nervous about handing the whole day to someone else on such an important day. Every single detail was handled perfectly. From the ceremony set up, the dinner, service, the bar. Paul and Angie are amazing and so easy to work with. The staff they brought were just as wonderful. Even better... The food was AMAZING!! Ourguests can't stop talking about it, we were so impressed.“

“SBR Event Catering is absolute perfection! We used them for our May 2026 wedding at Lincoln Farmstead, and they exceeded every expectation while remaining incredibly reasonable in price. I worked closely with Meghann Streicher to build our entire wedding day plan. She helped coordinate our timeline, cocktail hour, drinks, dinner, and dessert. Throughout months of planning, Meghann and her team were responsive, encouraging, and full of great ideas—without ever being pushy when we were indecisive. On the big day, our event director, Nate, was an absolute superstar. His calm presence instantly put us at ease. He is a true professional who kept everything running flawlessly. I loved that his staff quietly visited each table to dismiss guests for the buffet. This kept the atmosphere intimate and didn't interrupt the dinner music from our DJ (Windy City Sound). The food was spectacular—delicious, perfectly cooked, and served at the ideal temperature. Our guests raved about it! SBR was incredibly thoughtful with the details. They provided kids' meals with fruit cut into cute shapes, and they even reminded us to order vendor meals (which I had totally forgotten). One guest required a dairy-free meal and told us it was one of the best meals she had ever eaten, gushing over how attentive the staff was. As a full-service company, they truly handle everything. At the end of the night, they teamed up with the venue staff to box up leftovers, clear tables, and clean. I expected to help, but they had it completely covered and sent us on our way. Save yourself the stress and hire SBR!“

“On Sundays, I love eating there after the church service when enjoyed eating different salads, pizzas and pastas..... especially drinking one of canned beers. I'm totally satisfied with one of Billy Bricks locations. Today, I had Baked Mostaccioli pasta and a can of Chicago Common beer.“
