“Our family absolutely loves Bb's donuts! We do miss being able to go inside the donut shop. So many wonderful memories taking our little girl there to eat donuts and read a book or two. We have a little boy with Autism and it's not safe for him to sit in front by the busy street because he runs. Wish we could go inside to enjoy donuts & coffee knowing it's something our son would truly enjoy.“

“Wanted to finally try and we arrived before closing about a half hour prior. And it must be the owner a lady was at counter greeted us with a smile. We chose our donuts and she put in extra, we were like no it’s ok. So we left her a tip in her tip jar and she looked surprised and so grateful she Putin extra we were like no it’s ok that is for your service.
The donuts were fresh and delicious. Kids loved them as well.
If you want fresh donuts and I’m sure the earlier you go you will have a better selection. But they are delicious, give them a try.“

“Cute little coffee shop across from portage park! Decent street parking nearby & indoor / outdoor seating options. I got a seasonal oat nog latte & it was fantastic! I also got a vegan chocolate muffin which was great too, very moist & rich. They also had a vegan trail mix scone and sometimes have locally made cookies. Lots of fun drink choices that can be made vegan. Highly recommend!“

“Only tried the corndogs and they’re really good. If you’ve had KongDog don’t come here thinking you’ll get the exact same thing though. They don’t put sugar on the original one or drizzle sauce on top of the hot cheeto dog. Also, the potato one was just cut up wavy fries on the outside. They made the corndogs fresh though so all of them were nice and crisp but it took awhile for them to come out.“

“Came for breakfast. Greeted and sat at the table immediately upon arrival. There are sooo many options on the menu. Great selections. They also gave the small donuts which were so good! I had an omelette and fruit which was good. Food came out quickly. Nice size omelette. I recommend and would return.“

“I get decaf coffee almost every day and it's wonderful every morning. But at night forget it. Usually I thrown it out because you can't drink it's so bad. Even when I complain and give it back they don't make a new pot of decaf, they give me the same coffee diluted. Didn't they taste the coffee??? It is several hours old and it tastes bad. Good for day workers, Yuck for the evening workers. Tell them if decaf coffee sits for hours, make a new coffee.“

“Told the guy at the drive thru on 11/22 7:20pm I like creamy and milky drinks and to make it however he thinks is good and it was delicious thank you great employees very friendly. “My hubby normally goes to this place to buy my iced lattes and they never disappoint . Saturday night I was working and stopped by, but lattes weren’t available since the machine was being cleaned . The girl suggested iced coffee but I decided to go with the cookie butter cold brew . “I love this place . The staff and Management are always kind and helpful. I know with the incident that happened this pass week was an isolated incident and it will not stop me from going there . The person who did that was dealt with immediately you can not blame the whole staff for that one sick person .“

It was my own fault for getting too close and trying to peak inside the printer amidst a print job.“

“This is my Dunkin for sure. I always get my coffee extra extra and it always is perfect here no matter what size i get. I also LOVE my Charlie Drink and i am so THANKFUL this location also makes it perfect no matter the size.

For some reason other dunkins tend to miss the mark depending on the size and are not consistent with the flavor of the drink.

Staff is always friendly, this the cherry on top to get my morning started.

Parking: There are plenty of spots but if not in front of the the cafe, there is additional parking on the side of the building.

“I stopped by this Dunkin' while visiting my sister at West Suburban Medical Center in Oak Park. Even though we were just outside the city limits, you can't escape The Windy City! This location is super convenient for anyone visiting loved ones at the hospital.The staff here are always friendly, even when dealing with crazy Chicago weather or traffic on nearby I-290. They have the coffee and breakfast sandwiches down perfectly. I got an iced coffee to combat the snow and wind that Chicago is known for this time of year. It did the trick to warm me up!Nearby you'll find classic Oak Park homes and streets laid out in a grid like elsewhere in Chicagoland. After my visit, I took a stroll by Frank Lloyd Wright's Home and Studio, just a few blocks west. It's a great reminder of why Chicago is called The City in a Garden.Whether you're a visitor or local, this Dunkin' is a spot to refuel. The prices are reasonable for hospital coffee and food. “We arrived at this spot for a meeting. we heard about this spot from many people. Well, it was a winning. The staff members welcomed us with a smile and we had an excellent feeling. I wanted to mention what I assume is in issue, If I asked for my receipt it is not to come back an complain as I mentioned I am served well. But I have nothing to do with why other common customers come back to complain with receipts. At times I go out of my way to another Dunkin to not be questioned as to why I want my receipt. I try to be kind to the the staff as they do prepare my orders promptly.“
