I saw two customers come out so I went in to go ahead and try. Staff was very friendly and made me 2 delicious sandwiches to go. Good bagels, good sandwiches. I'll be back. And they have alfalfa sprouts! Absolutely the best sandwich addition.“

“Waitress stands around talking to other employee. You wave at her to come over and she stands and stares at you. You actually had to tell her to come over to table. Never came back to ask how it was. Told her we want nothing else just the bill. Waited and had to ask for bill again. Not impressed.“

“I saw an add for the Honey BBQ Nachos on Facebook and they looked so delicious I had to try them. Showed them to my husband and he agreed, so off we went. The portion size filled a full take home container. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the pork was. Wished that there was more of it on the nachos. Also wished I had thought to tell them to not include the olives. We ordered a kids sandwich for our toddler. Adam ate half his sandwich bb and pronounced it "Very good." As for my nachos, I wished they could increase the portion sizes because it was all so good.“

“Every time I’ve been in the guy who is there is the same and I forget to ask his name but he’s not only very friendly but knowledgeable and ready to make suggestions every time. It’s as if he knows how intimidating making all the decisions to get a sub made. He suggests things such as my bread choice for the turkey sub I ordered and he said he loves the rosemary with it and he was right! It was delicious. “Was on the hunt for decent bagels in the suburbs since going into the city for a bagel is not always ideal. I stumbled upon this place and am so happy I found it! No, the bagels are not a replica of a NYC bagel but for conveniently being in the suburbs, I'm not mad at it. I loved it actually. I am speaking of their bagels as an individual and not comparing it to others. With that in mind, I would give them an 8/10. Their staff is always so warm, welcoming and cheerful. They do have a drive thru which is great. Yes the wait may be long for a drive thru but keep in mind it's made to order so I don't really mind that. I've tried several bagels from here including blueberry, chocolate chip, cinnamon raisin (my fave), onion bagel with Lox cream cheese, everything bagel and a bacon egg and cheese on everything bagel. It hits every time and has yet to disappoint me. This place is easy and has become a new weekend morning go to for me.“

“This is an excellent place to stop for a fully loaded corned beef sandwich. It is juicy and has no fat on it. Seriously, really delicious. The Reuben was on bread that was baked like a panini and that made it extra tasty. Not to mention fresh coleslaw. The ladies that work there are very nice and friendly. They even gave me a huge loaf of rye since the food shelter was closed. It was such a nice lunch.“

“I wanted to send a shout out to manager Carlos Luna and his team at your Bartlett, IL location. This location is down the street from my office and I am there often enough that I suspect that they know my order when they see me coming. I had a complicated and large order to place yesterday and instead of doing it online, I decided to go in and place it in person. I had a print out of an Excel spreadsheet and Carlos sat down with me and his notepad to sort it out. I was impressed with this level of customer service as he was actively seeking to identify what my actual needs were. Through his questions, he discovered that the large order was for kids for a Friday night, after school tournament so that they would have dinner after a full day of school. He advised me of promotional pricing for a school order and provided me with his email address so that I could send my tax exempt form, as well. When I arrived to pick up my order after work, he had written all the names on thesandwiches and his staff immediately jumped up to carry the 40 odd sandwiches to my car in 12⁰ weather. I can't tell you how much I appreciated the effort he and his team took. I am always impressed by the professionalism, efficiency and kindness that his team brings to my general lunchtime interactions, but this was above and beyond at a time when I felt overwhelmed by this task. It is wonderful to know that a company that I know that I stand behind as one who preaches doing good in the world, actually puts it into practice, as well. “I've always love Jersey Mike's over all other sandwich spots. No real complaints just new staff learning there way. The new girl was very quiet and didn't ask what was wanted on my boyfriends sandwich. He spoke up and she accommodated his requests but still very quietly. Maybe she's just shy. Over all a good spot to grab a great sandwich.“

“Truck was at Greenwood Elementary in Woodstock. Parent/Teacher conferences so was a perfect opportunity for hard working teachers and staff (and parents!) to grab something on a busy night. During busy times in Wheaton, I recommend the free parking garage, it is centrally located and only minutes walk to any of the attractions. “What’s the story with the heat! Today 1/15/24. I planed to eat in but it was almost as cold inside as outside. I was forced to eat in my running car with the heat on like a ghetto rat. Even worse you had servers working in that cold all day? I should call the state labor policy & standards! Other than that I was generally happy with the food and service.“

Meat thick cut with nice crisp edges, lots of onion, tomato and a good tsatsiki. Tsatsiki good enough we wished there was a bit more on it, but be that as it may...it was a pretty darn good gyro. Tasty fries. A cheeseburger which totally satisfied us. Good meat with a good char around the edges. Very flavorful and juicy. In our view the place is a good bet and we'll definitely be back.“
