“My son loved his icecream cake! (Oreo icecream) Ive never had a problem at dairy queen with an order, or a rude employee! I usually don't go to fast food joints much anymore BUT gotta stop in at dq once in awhile! In fact, I've been craving a banana split like nobody's business, so I'll probably be stopping in soon! You should too! :-)

Dietary restrictions: I DO have some gastric issues that prevent me from eating much fast food these days due to the grease and fat content and such..most things upset my belly..when my son wanted dq for his bday I wanted so.ething but noticed there was no "grilled chicken" options so I asked and the lady recommended "rotisserie chicken bites". There weren't many in an order but I would've happily ordered an extra if I would've known I'd like them as much as I did and surprisingly they didn't irritate my stomach too bad. Win for me! I recommend the rotisserie chicken bites if you can't have have much fried stuff.“

“The ice cream is very good, but...don't plan on any "naughty" flavors at the Edwardsville store, probably ever. That aspect is very disappointing. Service is great, atmosphere good. The owners should be up-front and post "no boozy flavors" on the Edwardsville website, not just a sign inside (after you're already inside the store). The ice cream was very tasty, but I was craving something "special".“

“All the food we have had here has been delicious. The atmosphere is nice and clean, with friendly service. The ice cream rolls are amazing, but they take a long time to make. Order them when you order your dinner or you might have a long wait for dessert. The Oreo cracker flavor is to die for!“

“This was my third time at Bobby’s Frozen Custard, and I’m officially hooked! I’ve tried the Hard Rock Cashew and a couple of other flavors absolutely amazing every time. The custard is rich, creamy, and just melts in your mouth.

The atmosphere is fun and welcoming. It’s no surprise why people from all over Edwardsville and the surrounding area love this place it really is something special.

If you haven’t been to Bobby’s yet, do yourself a favor and go. You won’t regret it!“

“My brother is terminally ill. One of two things on his bucket list were to 1) go deep sea fishing - which can’t happen, and 2) try Gooey Buttercake Ice Cream. After running everywhere yesterday to try to find it, with no luck, as a last ditch effort I went in to Annie’s. They did not have it on the menu but Emily (the owner) was so considerate when she heard what was happening that she decided to attempt to make it on her own for me to pick up today. She told me everyone said it was delicious who tried it. Unfortunately, my brother will likely not be able to taste it as he is relatively unresponsive within a very short 24 hour period. The service, the support, them going above and beyond from what I could have ever dreamed of is absolutely beyond words. I’m sure Tom would have loved it. Thank you, Emily! “I hear people talking a lot about how good Weather Vane is, so I gave them a shot. The pumpkin pie concrete, with an extra slice was exceptional. There was a ton of pie mixed in, and the full slice on top was a great addition. I can say the exact same about the pecan pie concrete. No, it wasn't the same visit.lol. We got our goodies quickly, and the price was fair. Will 100% be going back.“

I got a oreo concrete for my younger brother, it was so thick and full of cookie pieces that it almost snapped his spoon. The Hawaiian sunday my sister-in-law loved and I got a tigers blood slushy and it was absolutely 💯 on point! They have a drive thru or walk up window. We decided to try them again tonight, and everything was great. The food was cooked perfectly, the staff was nice, and my kids got to play a board game. “It’s a really good Dairy Queen for the area. The Buffalo chicken strip basket was pretty good and I’d recommend it. The drive thru lines can usually be fairly busy here which can be a drawback. They definitely need to fix up their parking lot due to the pot holes, so drive slow. Keep up the consistency for food and service to maintain quality. I’d recommend this Dairy Queen a visit instead of all the other fast food options in the area. 9.3/10 I’d recommend.“

This particular day, however, I had time to kill, & a little voice kept saying, "Do something for YOU."I had just stopped in at a grocery store nearby to see if they had something my parents enjoy but can't get at the location near where they live - but it's apparently been discontinued altogether.I got out to my vehicle, feeling disappointed, and still had 45 minutes until I was due to arrive at another appointment 6 to 8 minutes away. And it was HEAVENLY!When I finished, I was then feeling guilty for treating myself, and since I happened to have a cooler with dry ice in my vehicle, I bought my hubby a box of Cherry Dilly Bars. He's only been talking about them for YEARS. ? The young lady who rang them up for me was every bit as nice as the first, and I left there incredibly happy. It did kick up my reflux, & I knew it would going into it... cinnamon. ??‍♀️ The temporary burning in my chest was SO worth it, though!
