“I came here on a Sunday morning and was pleased with the service and food! My friend and I got seated within 10 mins and decided to split a savory and sweet option. The portobello mushroom focaccia was cooked very well and the portobello itself was very tender and paired well with the peppers and balsamic vinaigrette inside. My favorite item personally is the nutty Nutella waffle, but you should def come in with a sweet tooth if you plan on ordering it:)“

“Cozy place also can get flavored coffees.  We shared a House crepe and the four of us had combos.  I only tasted the Mexican combo and I will try it next time.  Lots of fresh fruit came with the crepes, waffle and french toast. Savory crepes are tempting to try as well.  I tried nice BBQ crepe in Vermont last year and liked it.  Savory crepes are good for lunch and dinner.  Managers were very friendly.“

“This is a such lovely little cafe in Green Trails. This was the first time I’ve eaten here & all three of us had an amazing meal! I had the power chicken wrap. The flavor was phenomenal. Any reservations I had about a gluten free wrap were immediately gone after I took the first bite. The woman serving us was very lovely. She thanked us for coming in & genuinely said she prepared our lunch for her. It was a lovely way to end our lunch. I can’t wait for this to be a new favorite spot for me.“

“Stopped for a coffee with a friend on a weekday morning. It was very busy and all seats were taken but we managed to eventually snag a spot at the coffee bar. I went with a decaf caramel latte with oat milk. It was delicious and smooth with a nice strong espresso flavor and just the right amount of sweetness. They actually give a real cup of you dine in as well. The pastries looked great and they also serve a selection of sandwiches- I will have to try next time!“

“We came here to warm up and get a midday snack since we were in the area. We came an hour before closing and there were still plenty of baked goods available. There was also plenty of seating and it was clean inside. I had a blackberry brownie and a blueberry basil matcha latte. I typically dislike sweet drinks so I was hesitant to order the latte. However, it wasn't overly sweet and the flavor was interesting (in a good way). The blackberry brownie was rich and also delicious. My child had a big chocolate chip cookie and devoured it instantly. I wish we came for lunch since there were intriguing menu items but we will be back if we are in the area!“

“I'm a big fan of Rustic Knead, as a pescatarian its hard to find good hearty veggie sandwiches for lunch especially in the suburbs but not here. My sister lives in Lemont and every time I go visit I try to make it in for the caprese sandwich on their delicious bread which is made in-store. Staff are always friendly & quick & they have great tea, bakery, chip options too. Awesome for any GF folks as they have GF sandwiches & even some GF cookies from a local bakery a few stores down. It's a bit on the $$ side but you are paying for the great quality & freshness. They are also very consistent, we have never had a bad sandwich nor experience which I definitely appreciated especially dining with GF people!“

“The four stars is for the restaurant itself. This review is regarding a waitress they have working there, Kate. She was a horrible waitress. I asked for a Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi, whichever they have and she told me they have "Mexican Coke" what the hell is that?! I said, you don't have Diet Pepsi, she said yeah we do, I was like well that's what I asked for.She was not attentive and literally forgot about us sitting in the back. I had to get up and go ask someone if she was still there! The guy I asked said she was still there and he would send her back and even then she took a bit to come back to the table. The place wasn't even crowded. Anyway, Kate finally comes and takes our to go order, since we wanted to take some food home too. Comes back with the to go food and checks, there were three of us and she brought three separate checks, great! Well we tipped according to what we felt she deserved (even then, she actually got more than what she deserved). Also by the way, anytime we go out to eat, we are VERY generous tippers, but do tip accordingly.I go to the washroom and come back and she was at the table talking to my sister and when I walked up, I heard her saying, she left me 10% and you left me 18% and she left me 15% and I just wanna know why? Was there something wrong with my service? She was legit upset! I said to her wait, you're actually questioning your tip? She kept saying that she wanted to know if there was something wrong with the service, but she knows what she was doing. I honestly never in my life have ever had anyone do something like this, I was shocked! Not to mention there were other people sitting around and she was pointing at each of us telling us what we gave her for a tip! It was the most absurd thing! The audacity!So she finally walks away and I go ask for the manager, who happened to be the guy that I asked if she was still there. His name was Sam and he was very nice and very apologetic, he said he was embarrassed and that he would let the owner know. I sure hope he did because employees like this (speaking of employees like that, there were a couple of them behind the deli counter giving us some of the hardest looks, they must be friends!) are going to drive away customers! But I do have to say, the food is amazing and it is a great place!“

“Nice cafe with lots of drinks.Service was slow as there was only 1 person managing the whole store.Coffee was really good.They have a lot of Boba tea options if you are interested.Not much to eat here.Not much seating and lounging space. They have 3 high tables and chairs some benches and a couch.Not exactly a cozy place to hangout. It was also very cold there. Had to leave after a few minutes.“

“My husband and I had a late breakfast/early lunch there today and we were "wowed!" Our server Liz was so pleasant and attentive, and our food was great! My breakfast quesadilla was very flavorful and ample in size (plus it came with sides of sour cream, guac and salsa). Half of it came home with me. My husband's sandwich (Glen Forest) was grilled chicken with bacon, cheddar cheese and bbq sauce on sourdough bread. It came with a cup of soup and he opted for the chicken noodle which was hearty and delicious. The fries were fantastic (the double fried kind) and he had leftovers as well. We would both HIGHLY recommend this restaurant!!“

“These days I'm not sure a bakery can really deliver everything one'd hope for in the past. Lezza has a great variety of bakery products, and you'll find some of them to be very reasonably priced. I love the lemon knot cookies and the Italian ice, and you'll find traditional cookies here too as well as danishes and donuts. There are very few independently owned places anymore with variety and low-cost options for treats and coffee, but this is one of them!“

“Been here twice now, both times the food has been amazing!!! Everything on their menu looks and sounds delicious, and everyone I came with all loved their food as well. I've ordered two of their hot drinks, the chai latte and the mocha latte, both were so delicious. Only downside to the place is that they're very popular so both times I've been there it was absolutely packed and the parking lot was a bit tricky to get in and out of because of the high traffic there. Both times I've gone though it's been on Sunday afternoons so I'm guessing that's their busiest day. Definitely will go again and I highly recommend it!!“

“After driving past Elijah's in the mornings for the last few months I finally decided to stop in and give it a try (you should always try to support local). I ordered a large Black Coffee with a shot of espresso, I even mentioned to the guy making my coffee that it was my first time here and he was polite and said Welcome. (When was the last time you heard someone say welcome?) The girl behind the counter asked if I wanted anything else and I asked If they made there Scones fresh and she said yes we bake daily. I bought a variety to bring to the gig for the crew this morning. My Coffee was made exactly the way I make it at home and the Scones were still warm and made me feel like I was on Arthur Avenue at Morrone's pastry in the Bronx waiting in line for them to come out of the oven fresh. I must give Elijah's Coffee 5 stars today and recommend it to everybody and I will now be a customer. “My husband and I have been a loyal patron of Jam & Jelly breakfast restaurant for the past 10 years, and it never fails to impress. Teddy, the owner, ensures we are always well taken care of. The food arrives promptly and is incredibly delicious—those pancakes are simply fire! The chorizo omelette is a personal favorite, and the stuffed French toast is to die for. Service is great, breakfast and dinner are always made fresh to the order, it's great quality, unique, and nicely presented. The location is obviously convenient for the hotel guests and has a nice open view on the top floor. The bar also serves great selection of cocktails and beer. Really enjoy it.“
