“We have ordered for team lunches here MANY times, they are one of our go-to spots. We typically have +15 different sandwiches, bowls, etc. The team takes the time to make sure each one is labeled with the name provided. They always have everything ready on time, usually still warm upon pick up (for the warm entrees). It is a great bonus that are able to order online ahead of time, there has never been an issue. The team is great at verifying everything over the phone as well.
Would definitely recommend this for large groups or team meetings!“

“The best sandwich in Kenosha. But you're gonna get treated like how you treat them. I believe everyone has there merits, and I love eating here. Act like it's just a Subway and that's exactly what you'll get. Just thank them for there time and you'll get a bomb sandwich. Hang out for a minute and you'll understand why it's truly the best Subway in Kenosha. Sandwich artisan commercial wasn't lying lmao, the man is amazing. Just act right and you'll know“

“Had a decent lunch, sub was pretty typical of the chain with no surprises except I thought it was little on proteins - maybe. Facility is clean with plenty of parking. I did buy a meal wanting tea for my drink, I even said it. But then no tea in the containers which sucked - guess I’ll look next time.“

“I have stopped going to Subway over the course of the last couple years because they could never get my sandwich order right. My visit to this Subway changed my mind on this. I ALWAYS get a foot long steak and cheese with pepper jack on Italian bread. I always put extra green pepper and onion, and a small amount of Chipotle sauce and garlic aioli followed by Salt, pepper and oregano. This man that made my order today made my order PERFECTLY! No complaints here. I only wish I would have asked for his name so I could name him in my review. He did a great job and was very polite. He definitely deserves a raise.“

“I started at the Greenbay location. Where the food was made wrong, due to a language barrier unfortunately. However moot point since I didn't take said food with me becuse of technology issues. Had a digital gift card, QR code wouldnt scan, no way to manually enter the information on their end and Help Desk was less than helpful. I was told to print out the QR code.
I go to the 75th location. Food was made correctly, yay. Once again I find myself unable to pay with the digital QR gift card. I add the gift card to my subway account. Manager can't bring up the gift card on their end when I enter my account information, the app does not produce any information other than the card exist in my account. Manager tells me to print it out and then they can try to scan it again or they can then enter the numbers manually; said numbers are already under the digital QR code but they apparently can't enter those numbers. I'm once again told to print it im also told to call customer support. Beyond frustrated at this point I ask for a discount for the inconvenience. I'm told no becuse none of this is their fault because the app and the gift cards are a third party system. I pay with my debit card and leave becuse I've now dealt with this for an hour and a half.
Once home I go online to find a customer support phone number. That does not exist, I didn't however find an email but I have this feeling that that will also be useless. In hindsight I should have also tried using it as an NFC but my efforts have been fruitless thus far.
In-between all of this I also tried using the app to order. They do not allow split tender on the app. I would have to add more money to the digital gift card in order to pay with the gift card at all; which I've already been having issues paying with so I opted to avoid adding more money to it.
I will update this review to see how the email situation pans out.
Update: tried using the gift card on an order the next day at the 75th location along with an in app coupon, got a call saying they don't honor the coupon at their location and that they canceled my order. No where on the app/coupon does it state its subject to location (photo).
Re ordered from the Greenbay location, they took the coupon. Food was made correctly, super friendly staff over there.
Moral of the story Subways gift card system blows, and the location on 75th is trash, avoid it at all costs. Go to the Greenbay location.“

“Always knew about the location on the south end of the mall but not sure when this location opened and when The Great Steak & Potato Co. folded but Charley's delivers a decent tasting cheesesteak.My father who was born & raised in Eastern PA from time to time will stop in at Charley's for a cheesesteak when going for his daily walk in the mall. He's very picky about his cheesesteaks but claims this place has a decent taste if not a bit pricy.I appreciate a cheesesteak here from time to time especially The Old School cheesesteak w/ Old School Philly fries, MMMM!! Since it is a chain, you'll commonly hear/read that they're not authentic or the meat's bland compared to a real Philly cheesesteak.It really is "you like what you like" and if the customer service is consistently good like any other location I've been to then it's a go-to spot.“

“The guys that run this Subway are great! The location is always very clean and the staff friendly. I go there maybe once a month and they always remember my usual order. I wouldn't go to another subway because this one is close to the house and I don't think you could find a better one. Highly recommend them!!!“

“I've always liked their sandwiches because they taste very good and use fresh ingredients. There is a great variety of types to choose from, too. Like their advertising says they are freakishly fast. Your sandwich is always ready before you even finish getting your soda.
Vegetarian options: They primarily focus on sandwich meats.
Parking: There's never been so many people that I couldn't find a parking space.
Wheelchair accessibility: It isn't the greatest, but you can access this store if you persevere.“

“Wanted to point something out for this location. Your app is costing you $$$. For about the pat 2 wks, every time I tried to use it at my this location, every option was "unavailable." So I'd go elsewhere. Today, same thing. But I decided to stop by and see. They had everything and didn't know why the app would say that. Obviously if it says that, I can't order. So if it's not an isolated issue then that's a lot of $.“
