I had a mix up with my order, and they gave me an extra donut and I barely noticed the extra time it took.

“I'm lovin it at this McDonalds. Their new Shake Machine is reliable and the ice cream actually looks soft served rather than something that was molded with concrete. Further, late night treatment was hot fries. Great place to get food on the go. Expectation and appetite satisfied.“

“We love Old Dog! My husband and I stop on our way to every XC meet in the fall and randomly on weekend mornings, my son’s gf and I love spending time there chatting over drinks, and I love coming here to catch up on work. Everyone is so friendly, the atmosphere is super cozy, and I’ve never had a drink there I didn’t like.“

“Happened upon this delightful coffee shop today while visiting a nearby business. Tucked away behind Hearts in Motion on 41 it was a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed the Pistachiomallow Latte which was delicious. It is worth the effort to drive past a few other coffee establishments to get to Twin Beans Coffee. I will be back.“

“Bodega has the best coffee in Northwest Indiana. I always order on the app and my order is always correct and delicious. I never have a long wait and staff is friendly. The manager Joslihn always makes my drink perfect because I have special modifications to the drinks they make. Bodega is out of my way but I make a special detour to go here. Fave coffee, fave baristas, great food and fast service.“
“Smugglers Coffee is hands down one of the best coffees around. A huge variety of flavors and blends. The owner takes his coffee to the next level and has a deep passion for it. They are a massive hit at every gaming convention and they have exploded from there. We always get several bags when we are in need of coffee.“

This is by far my very favorite Biggby as they do such a fantastic job--other neighboring Biggbys can't even seem to get the Chai Latte done correctly, sadly. Please, Dan, look to Lowell next--I need a well-run Biggby near work!“

“The whole staff here is fantastic. They greeted every customer that walked in, knew most of them by name and also said goodbye when they left. A member of the staff came around and asked how we were going and if we needed anything. I used to work in customer service and this store is a perfect example of how customer service should be everywhere. I live in Indiana and will come out of my way to visit this store.“
“The wife and I LOVE these coffees. We particularly love the blended coffees (like the cinnamon brown sugar, and carmelicious) because even if you were to forget about your coffee for a few minutes and it melts a little, it still tastes like COFFEE, not watered down coffee. They just have this great taste to them, not so sweet it's over powering. I've seen some comments where people complain about the drinks not being sweet enough? I couldn't disagree more, I mean I get, to each his own but if you wanna be put in a diabetic coma first thing in the morning just say that.“

I recently had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to the barista, Alexis, at this Starbucks location. With my kids constantly changing their minds, ordering can be chaotic, but Alexis was incredibly friendly and patient, never once rushing me. That level of calm and kindness made our visit totally stress-free.
What truly sets Alexis apart, though, is her amazing attention to detail. While I was waiting, I watched her interact with other customers, and she provided fantastic service for everyone. Best of all, she caught an error on my own order: she noticed I didn't get the foam on my protein drink and immediately made sure it was added. She then double-checked that I had every item in my bag before handing it over.
Alexis embodies everything I remember and love about Starbucks baristas. The coffee tasted like it was genuinely made with love, and the service was the best I've had anywhere. We love Starbucks, and employees like Alexis (and the fun messages on the cups!) are exactly why we keep coming back. Thank you, Alexis, for making our morning!“
