“This location is good most days. I have placed maybe five mobile orders here, and only one of them was messed up. Sometimes the workers seem like they have an attitude when you do an online order instead of ordering up the window. With having social anxiety, I hate talking for extended periods of time and will stumble over my words if I have to read a menu and list off items I want and what other people in the car want. Ordering online has made it so much easier just to go to the drive-thru and say that I'm picking up for whoever's name then thank you when leaving. It is pretty upsetting that some will cop attitude when they hear "mobile order".“

“This is the I only McDonalds I stop at anymore on Wednesday mornings for a large coffee on the way to a repeating visit for work. People here are very friendly and the coffee is always great. I wish their food wasn't so expensive, I could get a much better breakfast at a sit down restaurant at the same price.“

My husband and I stop on our way to every XC meet in the fall and randomly on weekend mornings, my son’s gf and I love spending time there chatting over drinks, and I love coming here to catch up on work. Everyone is so friendly, the atmosphere is super cozy, and I’ve never had a drink there I didn’t like.“

“Stopped in for the first time and was immediately greeted. Food was yummy and I ordered the fall drink as a frappe. They have a book shelf with books for all ages, and crayons and coloring books for littles. 10/10 recommend“

“I stopped at the gas station here in hopes of finding a winter edition redbull, but the manager here at biggby reeled me in by offering me a free coffee! It was absolutely delicious, and I also got a cup of donut holes which were also delicious! Highly recommend!“

“This has been my favorite coffee spot since it was Gloria Jeans. The chillers are so good and I haven't found a place that makes something similar to it. My only complaint is that the guy who was working the drive thru window was rude. I asked for a peppermint mocha chiller. When I was handed my drink, it said mint chocolate bomb on it. These are 2 different drinks. When I said something, he said "peppermint means mint and mocha means chocolate. That's the same thing" his tone was very condescending. In the end the drink was incorrect and didn't taste the same as what I ordered so it ended up in the trash. Their drinks are not cheap so this was disappointing.“

“We Love the Munchkins and the Donuts, but especially the Munchkins! Hahahaha! The Coffee is so much better than that other place... The Service at this particular Dunkin was great! I would highly recommend trying this one out, even if You have to travel a little farther.“

“Thank you to this gentleman at Dunkin on Broadway in Crown Point. I thought I put it on the mobile order but when I got here I didn’t, and he made sure I was taken care of.  It was a large order and they jumped right on it. “

“I am obsessed with Dunkin' Donuts. I truly rely on their coffee to stay at my best. When I don't have it, I don't feel fully engaged. My taste is straightforward; I prefer my coffee simple and don't need it overwhelmed with fancy extras. A medium black coffee with one packet of sugar is the key to a successful day. I highly recommend it!“

“Mornings are rough for obvious reasons. There's almost always a wait, but they are thorough and rarely make mistakes, so that helps! No one likes to wait for 10 mins to get the wrong order. But this is to be expected with DD, I don't think I ever have visited a DD in the morning without waiting. Friendly staff!

“The sandwich and drink I ordered was delicious. After the bill was paid, we sat to lookover some work, but the waitress never came back to ask if we would like another drink or anything. We stayed maybe 45 minutes after the bill was paid, so it was quite a while.“
