“We were a group of 9; 6 adults & 3 children looking for a more sit-down place to eat when the owner talked us into staying telling us we would not be disappointed, and we were not. Their menu had a huge variety of food to choose from, and all of us thought the food was great! I had French toast, hash browns & sausage. My husband had an awesome shrimp omlette that had more shrimp on it than anywhere else we have ever eaten that put shrimp in its breakfast. And even thought it was all packagesd as take out, there were three tables available to sit and eat. It worked for us! Great job S&G! It's a well-earned 5 star review!“

“I saw video on tik tok, so I went. I got the shrimp and the perch just like the guy on tik tok. The shrimp were really good, not a lot of heavy batter, but that perch had no seasoning at all. I was highly disappointed with the perch. Will I drive to Gary again for it,probably not. You go and get those shrimp. Service is good and the sitting area is clean, and you dont wait long for your food.“

“I ordered the lobster tail, crab legs and shrimp combo (steamed not fried) and it was fantastic. It came with two corn and one potato. I believe it was seasoned with old bay and the garlic butter was great. The hush puppies are perfect. Crispy on the outside and soft and flavorful on the inside.“

“I’ve been a couple times and their fried fish and okra are always fresh and tasty! The atmosphere is inviting and I feel a good presence when I walk in. Today as a surprise to me they were giving out free Quran and I snatched one… Im big on the energy where I consume my food. “It's not in the best location but it is one of the better options for fried chicken wings and HUGE chicken tenders!! The inside of the building is older but it is always clean inside. It's very convenient because if I need to go to Aldi across the street while my order is being prepared I can. I will go out of my way for Good Fresh Food. Do not forget the lemon pepper 😉!!“

“The staff was excellent. One in particular over me talking about the long john Silver sauce and went in yhe back to make us some. Very clean and fast.

“Great fast food, especially for an area with very few options. They're always fast and usually very fresh. Definitely ask for their lemon pepper, especially on the fries! It's not the regular spice, and it's really delicious on fried stuff.

Parking: Only a few spots directly in front, but they basically share a parking lot with a grocery store, so there's plenty of parking close enough.“
