“We had three (3) appetizers, calamari, shrimp and meat board - all were delicious. Then one had the blue crab cakes, filet medallions, 8oz filet mignon, and white cheese Bacon burger. We will return as the wait staff were excellent and provided enough service that we were impressed. Fished the meal off with cream Brule, carrot cake and chocolate something. Needless to say, they had to roll us outa the restaurant.”

“We visit all the local Mexican spots frequently and were burnt out on the regular places. Stumbled across this place and were blown away. It’s everything we like in a Mexican restaurant. Great house margs, authentic dishes, thin crispy chips, cold salsa, large dollop of sour cream. Just checked all the boxes for us.

Our server was great, food came out quick and was hot and so flavorful. I got the Quesadilla à la diabla, and my partner got the carnitas tacos.

We will definitely be back. Lots of other items on the menu we wanted to try.”

“My son’s favorite restaurant is Olive Garden. We have been to a lot of them and this one was the best. The service was great and the food was phenomenal. Everything tasted fresh like it was just cooked. they didn’t skimp on the bread sticks and gave us plenty. The salad had ample amount of toppings. The service was friendly and attentive. The place was clean. Would say we will definitely be back but unfortunately we aren’t from around here.”

“Peppers Smoke Wings in Greenwood was okay. I called ahead and still had to wait while multiple patrons were served before me. The wings were smoky and decent, but they didn’t seem fresh or hot. Nothing really stood out or was worth raving about. Most of the crowd was at the bar. Also, they have plenty of pool tables and karaoke. No military discount, but they did thank me for my service, which I appreciated. Overall, it was just okay, and I probably wouldn’t return.”

“Sometimes when you pay $30 for a pizza you get something disappointing. Less cheese than you’d expect, fewer toppings than you’d like, crust that’s both too dense but somehow not substantial. However, this place gives you great bang for your buck! We got our pizza overflowing with cheese, generous portions of Italian beef layered underneath, and plenty of spicy peppers. But beware - this is a SPICY pizza and I’m someone who regularly uses hot sauce. I had to keep wiping my nose! It was delightful. We got half without hot peppers for the kids. We still have 1/3 of the pizza left and it was for 5 people. 10/10 would go back again!”

“This locations is FANTASTIC! We reserved their party room this afternoon for my 3 year old’s birthday party. I was able to decorate how I wanted, and the manager on duty asked if I needed help with any of it. Our party was a bit bigger than the room and we ended up spreading out to another good half of the restaurant, and they didn’t mind. The food came out hot, they provided all the plates and silverware, and ice. They said not to worry about trash, that they would come and get everything but we wanted to take care of it ourselves so they rolled a trash can over for us to use, told us to help ourselves to the ice dispenser and whatever else we needed they helped with. We weren’t charged to use the room and the bill was extremely budget-friendly even! They were incredibly patient, kind, and accommodating and I could not thank them enough, they earned every penny of their tips and more. This location and its employees are wonderful!”

“I didn't know this place existed! It's right next to Dollar General on Madison, in Greenwood. It's a quiet atmosphere, jazz music playing, a calm vibe. I got the steak, shrimp. And chicken Pho with veggies! It was actually pretty good. The broth was also nice and hot, very good! I also ordered the mango smoothie which was delicious as well. It's only the owner so he was the one who prepared the food. Did not take long either. Bean sprouts and mint came in the pho as well. Nice, small shop when you don't want too much noise.”

“I had not eaten at a Waffle House in 12+ years and my son asked to try it. We had breakfast for dinner and everything tasted amazing. I had the pecan waffle, scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns and toast. Delicious! The waffle was crisp on the outside and fluffy inside. You could taste the vanilla too.”

“The customer service was excellent, and the food was good. However, the wing sizes were very small for the price. You can even watch them make the wings from scratch. I had to wait 20 minutes for my food, but overall, I’m satisfied with the quality of the ingredients, the freshly made food, and the excellent customer service. The bathrooms were clean, and you could sit down and eat with your family.”

She was very attentive to the booth behind us but ignored us every time we spoke up to ask to go ahead and order before our coworker arrived but she ignored us every time. Once our third party arrived and she brought his drink and he immediately asked to order she walked away saying just a minute.

“We got the Mago Skillet with pancakes and the T-bone steak and eggs. Portions were great! Steak and eggs were cooked perfectly, and the steak had excellent flavor. Home fries were cooked perfectly, they just need a little bit of salt. But I would prefer not enough salt instead of too much salt. The pancakes had a slight metallic aftertaste, so I think that might be the batter. But the texture was nice and fluffy and good portions. We also ordered 10 pork and chicken tamales to go. The tamales were phenomenal. Great portion, plenty of filling, and just needed a little pinch of salt on top to make it perfect. We reheated them at home and ate them over the next few days. They were great. My family is from Mexico, and my dad said these reminded him of the tamales he had growing up. They are the best he’s had in the U.S. The prices were great. We got to speak to some of the people that work there, and they are all family. It was really cool to see them all working together. Portions, flavors, price, and service were great!”

I was pleasantly surprised seeing the "Captain" from the Thompson store come out and welcome me. This establishment is all the same, the pizza was delicious with generous portions of the toppings. The staff was so friendly, and the store is very clean. I told them I will be back at least once a week. HAPPY customer.”

“Typical chain restaurant atmosphere. We went to an early dinner so it wasn't crowded or loud. I had the top sirloin, broccoli and cole slaw. The slaw was light and crunchy. Usually, I don't like the slaw at most places because it is typically soggy with too much dressing. This was very well prepared. The broccoli was done well, slightly crunchy with a tad too much salt. It was very good and not left in the pot too long. The sirloin tasted good. However it was too fatty and had a piece of gristle so I wasn't overly happy. However, it tastes fine and I didn't have to smother it with sauce. So, it was better than most meals I eat with a little room for improvement in the food selection process. I suppose it is corporate cutting back on food quality to increase shareholder value, but that may simply be me overstating it.”
