“My husband and I decided to try Pavs for the first time. We tried the lemon rice soup and a club sandwich. The soup was absolutely amazing! Taste was perfect. The club sandwich was very delicious they don’t skimp on products. We will definitely be back again. Found a new favorite place.“

“It was our first time visiting the Viking Chili Bowl in Valpo. We called ahead for a table since we were a party of 6. Glad we did. Even though the place was packed, we had excellent, friendly service. I was impressed that our food arrived as soon as it did. The food was good. My husband absolutely loved the ham. Portions are big. My granddaughter barely got through a half on one of her pancakes. I had the fish sandwich with Onion rings. Sandwich was standard. I really enjoyed the rings. My husband and I ordered the chili to go for dinner. I have to say, I was disappointed. The only negative. The chili looked very processed. Like it came straight from a can. It was an unappealing brown color and it didn't taste good. Guess I had a sort of expectation from the restaurant's name. Again, everything else was pleasant and enjoyable outside of the Chili. We look forward to returning some time.“

“Great little diner with a good handful of diner classics to choose from. I tried their Chorizo Omlette special and it was cooked perfectly!

Staff was little unnatentive when we were there(could’ve just been understaffed that day by the way it looked) and a couple of the butter packets I was given turned bad(probably lack of refrigeration of the butter packets) but other than that, food was great.

I would love to see more Latin options on the menu!“

“We had dinner at Fahrenheit Two Twelve on Friday night. Excellent dinner. Definitely recommend the baked walleye. Our waitress, Mirabella, was amazing.“

“My wife and I had not been here in about a year. We would get AYCE lake perch, which they understandably don't offer anymore. However, the YELLOW Lake Perch dinner is absolutely the best in the area. The filets are perfectly breaded and pan fried. We also got a side of 2 walleye filets prepared the same way. Just as good with the distinctly walleye taste. We were both in the mood for coleslaw and fries. After we left, neither of us could figure out why it took so long to go back. We had a great, friendly server (Lindsey) who was new, but she was awesome. We also got to chat with Cindy (the owner) for a while. The place is not smokey at all and not very busy for a Friday night. My only complaint is their social media outreach. I like to look at menus before I visit a restaurant. But that's just me. We will be back to try other offerings, highly recommended.“

“First, the service was very good. The bartender was quick to pick up on whether we wanted a drink or we wanted a menu. The food was great, as always. I have to eat something when I come in here. I just can't pass it up.

Parking: There is a lot of parking, but you may have to walk.“

“The porter my partner had was quite good, but my Santa's Boot was only okay. I enjoyed my fried chicken sandwich quite a bit and the additional spice dusting on the bun added just the right amount of heat. Her chicken stromboli was very good, enough for leftovers later that evening. Second time we've been here and we'll likely come back.

Parking: It's almost easier to get here coming off of I-65 as opposed to coming off of US 30.

Kid-friendliness: Kids are restricted after 9 pm per a notice on the door.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair entry should not be a problem and the tables are spaced enough for good access.“

“Call it Dante’s, call it Gators. This place is a legacy to the area. The bartenders are experienced and their personalities are the best! Shout out to Cheryle and Wade. From the chicken family pack to the pizza, Gators food is excellent as well. If a band is playing on the weekend, this place will be busy and you are sure to have a fun time. 😁“

“Food is delicious !!! but post today said pulled pork sandwich $5 . Cashier stated no they are not they are $10 . Showed the ad. They didn’t care . Friday went in for the special x 2 - got over charged. We still purchased .. but after this time in less than a week .

“The Crown Point location is great. I prefer their food over any of their other locations. Not sure if it's because it's the newest site to open but I hope that the quality of the food and service does not change. A solid 4 stars!“

“We hadn’t been to Applebees in a while. We had a wonderful waitress, Kristi. She was very polite and friendly. She made helpful suggestions and kept stopping by the table to make sure we had everything we needed. I got the blackened salmon and it was amazing! “The place is great but unfortunately is deteriorating because of not being cleaned appropriately. The service was good 😊 but it's always the lack of staff that makes it harder for one waitress to serve and maintain clean. But overall, everything was good 😊. Thank you.“
