“So excited to have found this Korean restaurant! The lunch specials are a great value—flavorful and well-portioned. We had the bulgogi and spicy pork, both full of bold, authentic flavors. The bibimbap was also a highlight. The banchan was fresh and truly authentic. We were also served a complimentary Sujeonggwa, a traditional Korean cinnamon and ginger tea. It had a wonderful spicy-sweet flavor. Such a nice way to end the meal. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. This spot is a hidden gem for anyone craving delicious Korean food. We’ll definitely be back!”

“😁Belated combined anniversary/Mother's Day lunch with my wife on a Tuesday. The company was exceptional, of course, but Red Lobster has no control over that. ;) Our host Nicholas not only seated us promptly but checked back at least twice to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Very pleasant man. Food was superb. I'm more of a steak guy, but like seafood for an occasional change of pace. I ordered a combined shrimp scampi/popcorn shrimp/flounder lunch special but, not being a fan of scampi, asked if I could substitute a double order of flounder. This was accomplished without incident. My wife ordered a broiled/fried shrimp combo. We were both very satisfied with both quality and quantity. Expertly prepared, and large portions provided leftovers that we are looking forward to attacking at a later time. And of course the biscuits are legendary! (The last time I ate there several years ago I was not impressed with the biscuits. As I recall they reminded me of hockey pucks! LOL 1000% better this time.) Our server Logan was one of the best we've had in a long time. Attentive but not intrusive. She supplied everything we wanted/needed promptly, yet allowed us to enjoy our special time together without unnecessary interuption. At one point I noticed that she had brought me a second drink without my even realizing she had done so. It just sort of magically materialized! It was a joy, not a burden, to leave a nice tip to reward such service. Thank you so much, Logan. An overall excellent experience with zero complaints. We'll definitely be back!”

“Fantastic food! We were in from Rhode Island for the races at Kokomo Speedway. We got a tip from the waitress at breakfast and she was right on. We got the brisket and sausage. Moist and smoky. The brisket had the flavor ring and cut with a fork. The portions were big and the prices reasonable. Only two guys work here and they were both very personable. We are experts in eating BBQ and this is some of the best we ever had.”

“Only a few food items can be good enough to put a place on the map. In Kokomo those items are the breaded tenderloin and the other is Louie’s baked hamburgers. I moved to Kentucky 32 years ago and I have a standing food order for my friends and family when they come visit. You best bring an ample supply of bakes when you come. Louie’s will pack 20 of the meaty bakes into a bowl and cover them with sauce sprinkled with onion then frozen till I thaw them. The buns are still in a bag by themselves. Then of course when I do drive back I stop by for fresh bakes and fries. Look, I can produce my own breaded tenderloin that rivals the best, but as far as bakes are concerned, I’ll leave them to those that have the secret recipe. Thank you Louie’s for one of the best and unique foods on the planet.”

“Last night was our first time getting take out from Southern Smackerz and we'll definitely be back! We got catfish dinners. They came with 2 sides each. We got greens, sweet potatoes, mac and cheese and okra. It was all delicious. And they were having a special where you got an extra piece of fish with the meal you ordered. Pay for 2 pcs get 3, pay for 3 get 4. It was SO much food. The people were really friendly and the service was fast. I highly recommend. We can't wait to try more of their menu.”

Every morning we stop there and we get the same thing a chi latte two orders of bread sticks no cheese and normally a coney dog , she always remembers our order always gets it right and never forgets our sons candy ! She is by far your stores all around BEST employee!!!!! The sweet girl that works her shift with her is so helpful as well ! They are a great team and have really made our experience ! We are so disappointed every time we go to the other location we get burnt food drinks made wrong or a hassle ! I dumped two drinks made at the other store the other day ! Make Amy a manager or give her a raise she is unbeatable !”

We would come in the south entrance to sit… because it was the smoking section!! Their chicken and noodles are AMAZING! My grandmother claimed she “helped” them doctor up the recipe to taste and look better. Although both my grandparents are no longer living, and I live 1,000 miles away, I think of this place often. I plan on taking a trip next year to good ol’ Kokomo… and I will be bringing my husband and daughter for their very first taste of Breakfast House! “Our oldest son and his family invited my wife and I to their house for dinner. They brought home Chinese takeout from China King and it was amazing! The food was hot and delicious and the portions were large. My three granddaughters, who can be a little picky, all loved the food and ate everything on their plates! I don’t know about their dine-in experience, but their take out is great! On the funny side, one of my granddaughter’s fortune in their cookie said, “Don’t be afraid to get professional help when you need it.” Not bad advice, but funny when a 7-year-old gets is! LOL”

Ends up being a little expensive and only comes in a 10” but is perfect for two. The deep dish crust was once my favorite. “Stopped by the Panera in Kokomo and was impressed by the size of the location. It’s not surrounded by a lot of busy businesses, which makes it easy to access with a drive-thru and plenty of parking (spacious parking spots too). The store was fairly clean during my visit, and the restrooms were also well maintained. I ordered bagels and was glad they came out just right and not burnt. Staff were friendly enough, though the service wasn’t anything extraordinary. I did notice they didn’t have a self-ordering tablet available, which could have made things a little smoother. Overall, a convenient stop with solid basics handled well.
