“Truth be told, I've been eating here for a couple of years. I have to travel a bit due to my work, and genuinely, it's kind of surprising to find this level of Korean food in such a small town. I've eaten at considerably worse restaurant in dedicated Korea-towns. The workers are courteous and prompt and the restaurant is clean. I heartily recommend the Champong (if you're okay with spicy food) and perhaps the Omurice/Mackeral with miso soup (if you're not).

So long as I'm in Kokomo, I'll be eating at Mr. K BBQ. Thanks for the food, Mr. K.”

“😁Belated combined anniversary/Mother's Day lunch with my wife on a Tuesday. The company was exceptional, of course, but Red Lobster has no control over that. ;) Our host Nicholas not only seated us promptly but checked back at least twice to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Very pleasant man. Food was superb. I'm more of a steak guy, but like seafood for an occasional change of pace. I ordered a combined shrimp scampi/popcorn shrimp/flounder lunch special but, not being a fan of scampi, asked if I could substitute a double order of flounder. This was accomplished without incident. My wife ordered a broiled/fried shrimp combo. We were both very satisfied with both quality and quantity. Expertly prepared, and large portions provided leftovers that we are looking forward to attacking at a later time. And of course the biscuits are legendary! (The last time I ate there several years ago I was not impressed with the biscuits. As I recall they reminded me of hockey pucks! LOL 1000% better this time.) Our server Logan was one of the best we've had in a long time. Attentive but not intrusive. She supplied everything we wanted/needed promptly, yet allowed us to enjoy our special time together without unnecessary interuption. At one point I noticed that she had brought me a second drink without my even realizing she had done so. It just sort of magically materialized! It was a joy, not a burden, to leave a nice tip to reward such service. Thank you so much, Logan. An overall excellent experience with zero complaints. We'll definitely be back!”

“Fantastic food! We were in from Rhode Island for the races at Kokomo Speedway. We got a tip from the waitress at breakfast and she was right on. We got the brisket and sausage. Moist and smoky. The brisket had the flavor ring and cut with a fork. The portions were big and the prices reasonable. Only two guys work here and they were both very personable. We are experts in eating BBQ and this is some of the best we ever had.”

We order one to go because they are that good. We have been multiple times and I usually get Tempura Vegetables and it's always delicious! My husband likes most things and has never complained. Highly recommend!!! The atmosphere is great, quiet and relaxed.”

Very rarely do we get to eat out and she get to experience sauces and desserts as one without a gluten allergy. I personally love their milk teas, the Thai tea is my favorite, and the milk foam is divine! They always get my order right when I customize it. Seriously, I cannot recommend enough!”

“I cannot say enough good things about this place! My grandparents used to take me here when I was barely old enough to walk (this was mid 1980’s). We would come in the south entrance to sit… because it was the smoking section!! Their chicken and noodles are AMAZING! My grandmother claimed she “helped” them doctor up the recipe to taste and look better. Although both my grandparents are no longer living, and I live 1,000 miles away, I think of this place often. I plan on taking a trip next year to good ol’ Kokomo… and I will be bringing my husband and daughter for their very first taste of Breakfast House! Ice Cream isn't very sanitary, having the scoop in the same water laying there with all flavors in it. Hard to scoop also and dried up on top and edges of each flavor. The lady gathering plates at the tables is such a kind lady and does a wonderful job! She highlights the meal...makes it worth while to come.”

Also why is there NO sign on the building or at the road here. Have heard many say really? We have a Hardee’s? Where? But seriously breakfast served till noon! The food was hot and delicious and the portions were large. My three granddaughters, who can be a little picky, all loved the food and ate everything on their plates! I don’t know about their dine-in experience, but their take out is great! On the funny side, one of my granddaughter’s fortune in their cookie said, “Don’t be afraid to get professional help when you need it.” Not bad advice, but funny when a 7-year-old gets is! LOL”

French fries from my son's meal were delicious-- seasoned, hot, just the right amount of crunchiness. No one was there eating in during the time we were there. A few people picked up orders. I drank ice water. No choices for soft drinks that didn't have high fructose sweetener.”

“I can almost see this Rally's from my front door, so it's super-convenient for me. Probably TOO convenient, as I eat there often. I've been frequenting this location for 13 years now and not one time has my order been wrong, or an item forgotten, or the food not piping hot. It's absolutely stellar. “I moved out of Kokomo a couple of months ago and I can’t believe I never wrote a single review for this place when I lived close by. It has been a couple of months and I MISS the queso here. I constantly think about it and I wish I was joking. It doesn’t really compare to other places. It’s always fresh and it’s not liquidy- it’s such a great consistency and they always give you a big fat bag of homemade chips. Miss you guys 💔”

“I went through the drive thru and was asked if I was done ordering after every item I ordered so I cut my order short because that’s super annoying and I figured they didn’t want me to order any more if they kept asking. I ordered 2 items…instead of “that’s all for you?” in an annoyed tone, ask “what else can I get for you?” in any other tone but annoyed. I felt like I was bothering the person taking my order by ordering a bagel and soufflé.”
