“I’ve been to the Winfield Taco Bell before, and always have had great service. Today, I was pulling up to the window and the customer in the car ahead of me was being so nasty to the employee at the window that I could hear it through the closed window of my car. I rolled the window down to hear the woman yelling profanities at the young woman working. She asked for the manager, and instead of allowing them to remake the food (even though I’d bet money they didn’t mess it up in the first place - I’ve never gotten an order made wrong at this location), she took the bag and continued cussing out the employee and manager. The employees were doing the best they could to deal with this woman, who was being absolutely obscene. I’ll be honest, I honked to get her to stop yelling and out of the drive thru. Either she needed to go inside or call corporate if the issue was so serious.
When I got to the window, the employees were clearly shocked, but had handled the situation with grace. Not only was my food already ready and bagged even though this had been going on, they greeted me with warm smiles. For someone who worked in food service, I understand how they must have been feeling. But 10/10 ladies, I will always come back here after getting quality food, service, and seeing you handle the nasty people out there with such class!!“

During the busy lunch rush everyone was so kind, with smiles on their faces and kept the lines moving despite just how many people were inside and at the drive through. It’s always a pleasure visiting this location.“

“I could only finish half the regular sandwich and some fries because it was such a BIG combo! One of the best Steak Phillys I've had and left very satisfied. Not that I'm an expert, but it was GOOD with all the fixings! I'd go back just for the fries too! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 we were just passing through and stopped just after the lunch rush, the wait for food was reasonable. Would definitely return if in the area again.“

“Wonderful little burgers! Moved away with no WC so when we moved locally we bought WC hamburgers hoping they were the same as remembered. They were. We ordered 2 crave cases. The service was quick and efficient. Very good drive-thru experience.“

“Served us excellent BBQ dinner with high-quality, tasty meats (brisket, pulled pork, and turkey). Very unique tasting BBQ beans, Brussel sprouts were flavorful, and we even enjoyed the Cole slaw. We really enjoy SPICY BBQ sauce and both the Bombers (HOT) and ATOMIC (VERY HOT) did not disappoint. Good portion sizes and we even had meat leftover, which was still very tasty for the next morning's breakfast.

“This use to be a great Arby's, but lately they have been running out of things. Tonight I decided to stop and pick up some sandwiches at 11pm and they were already closed. They went from being 24/7 to closing at 12 am, but are closed before that now. I know the pandemic screwed things up, but to keep changing your time and closing earlier.“

“Go here often afterwork- overnight thru the drive thru as I did this morning. They're always more than courteous/respectful as if you're in a 5 star, sit down restaurant. Food is hot & fresh. AI taking orders is still a work in progress, but when it messes up, you get a live person pretty quickly to finish order. Best White castle overall I've ever been to.“

“I go here almost every week on my lunch break. Friendly workers, fast service, and my order always comes out fresh and accurate. I also prefer it over the local subway as they have guest wifi. I recommend the "meal deal," $7 for a meal and dessert.

“The BEST sub I've ever had in my life. I enjoyed the number 9. The only downfall I found was its very high in sodium. Please watch this is you have issues in that area. It was over 4,000 sodium intake. I'm currently pregnant and was very swollen days after eating the sub. Other than that it was-- to DIE FOR!“

“When we first moved to NWI, we first visited Pops when they were located closer to Jewel. At first, when we ordered our beef juicy, the beef was still dry. Over the years, they have gotten better. The beef is juicy, tender, and tasty. So juicey that now, they wrap your beef and then put your wrapped beef inside a plastic bag for take out orders. The beef here is much better than the overrated beef sandwich at Portillos. The large order of fries is enough to share.“

She was working by herself I don't know for how long but we went there at 2:38 p.m. she did not leave us at the speaker alone and we did finally pull up she did greet us with so much kindness. Although she was by herself making food taking orders and taking money. Good job Izzy 🙂.“

“It was no waiting upon arrival at the Merrillville location. Haven't been here in years, that you place your own order and seat yourself now. The restaurant is clean and organized. The music plays at a good volume where you can still have a conversation at the table. It was wonderful to be greeted by Tiffany and her son with smiles. To the young lady who frowns bringing the orders, hope she can find a smile. Our food was fresh and hot. The bathroom was smelly upon using to wash my hands before eating. Their was hair on the floor in the first stall. To the guy who sweeps the floor as soon as the customers are done, good job and keep it up. I didn't catch his name. Thank you to the entire team telling us to have a good night as the family left the restaurant.“

“I went there after a 12 hour shift last night , got a Big Mac Meal and a QTR Pounder w cheese meal, the patties on the Big Mac were small and both orders of fries were not only cold, but stale and hard too. It's like they didn't even care, how long do they let those fries sit there??? Seriously disappointed, but I was too tired to go back!!!“
