“Took a minute to get the sandwich made but the girl made sure it was made right. The bread was baked perfectly and the meat tasted very fresh. As a trucker I rarely find good subways and this one was great.

Parking: Limited semi truck parking, it’s $15 a night. If you park for an hour during the day they usually don’t complain“

“Walleye Quality Issues: breading: tastes fishy & rancid, fishbones.

My friend insisted we go to Culver's to get the walleye; which is seasonal. I love the mild flavor of Walleye; have caught & eaten it often.

She and her husband got the dinner. I got the sandwich. My first bite was awful; had a rancid/fishy taste. I split the fillet in two and took a bite of just the fish (no breading); the fish itself was good. As I was removing all of the breading from the fillet and bun, my friend said her fish tasted terrible. I suggested she remove the breading from all of the fillets; hers & her husband's.
As we were eating the naked fillets, we noticed her husband's plate had fishbones and started searching for and removing bones from his plate (hoping he hadn't ingested any) Neither her, nor my, fillets had bones in them.

We usually enjoy our Culver's visits but this time, it appears:
#1. Someone didn't clean the frying oil before reusing it.
#2. Someone didn't store the oil properly after it was used.
Recommend:
Staff: training on frying oil use and storage.
Supervisors: confirm proper follow-through.
Customers: vigilantly search for fishbones.“

“Was at Chic fil A by Oak Park Mall this week. Waited on by a gentleman named Cesar. He was so polite and kind. Stood out because of his Customer service plus attitude. After eating and still talking with my friend, he came over and offered to take out trash. Again, over the top customer service! As we exited he thanked us for coming in! In a world where fast food restaurants cannot keep enough staff, this man shines like a gem! I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! He IS what brings customers back! Great job Cesar!! Attention management…you have something very special in this gentleman! Take note and reward this treatment of customers!!!“

“If you were on the highway heading north, you seen a sign saying chick-fil-a but no building, I heard new store open and first ones you get a year of chix sandwich meal, COVID hit and nobody knew what will happen, I work overnight and drove fast to get in line and I got one of the lucky card, staff was super friendly with long lines of cars and at the window too, then carry out, Drew was the cashier, we talked and that was the first time for me to talk to head guy, I’ll see them at the door and say hi but that’s all, this was the first location to dine in, I’m a red card member been to Salina to Springfield and never had staff come ask if I wanted a refill or how is everything, I meet Sabrina who comes by your table how is everything wanting a refill outgoing lady, who should be employee of the month“

“I had thought about leaving a review after my experience today, but figured it wouldn’t be as impactful if I didn’t have a picture, but THEN I remembered that I took a picture to make a joke about people that like coleslaw so much that they would replace fries and toast with coleslaw being untrustworthy.

So here it is. I wanted to leave this review because I historically LOVE Cains. I eat it all the time to treat myself. This is almost always the Cains I go to and so I’m positive that it’s an objective assertion that the chicken has gotten worse in the last several weeks to months. I’m not sure if it’s just this location as I’ve not tried others lately, but at least the last 3-5 times I’ve gone the chicken has either been overcooked to the point that it’s dried out or they changed the chicken supplier and it’s gristly. I can’t tell which it is yet.

Also, their app doesn’t import passwords from password managers, which is incredibly irritating. I’ve “Forgot My Password” every time I’ve used the app. I understand that this is user error and that I could make this work in way less time than the time I’ve spent resetting passwords over time, but it’s almost 2026. Just import my thoughts into the internet and export chicken to my mouth. We don’t need all the middle man stuff.“

“It is usually busy here when it comes to the evening, but the staff is always helpful and try to be as quick as possible. We normally come up for dipped cones, but occasionally we do grab a chicken basket or take advantage of they're $7 meal deals. Parking may be a little difficult depending
depending on the time of day, but still a great place to stop in for a quick cheap bite or even an ice cream. Dont forget to check out their ice cream cakes or snag a box of dilly bars on your way out.“

“my daughter and went to Taco Via tonight to eat drove from Leavenworth down there. it's 70 miles round trip for us. and got there at 836 and the doors were locked I couldn't even go in and order some food to go. this is so tragic I will never darken the doors of Taco via again. sad part is I usually get four cups of water because I like their cups to drink out of at home. so I pay a fortune for the water. and usually the bill ends up being 46 to $50. and I also leave the person that Waits on me at the register but $20 tip.“

Food was HOT and fresh. I think Wendy’s has the best spicy chicken sandwich and it sure hit the spot. Also picked up some Halloween coupon books for gifts, which are a great deal.
