“I have visited Lucky Wok twice since my first review...once for take-out and once for dine in. The food has been delicious every time, still 5 stars. The service is still poor. Don't get me wrong, the employees are super nice and try, but the overall service is poor and without flow. Both times that we have dined in our orders have came out separately. One person's meal is brought out and the next person's dish comes out 5-10 minutes later. I find it rude to eat when others are still waiting to receive their food but I also do not like to eat cold food because I waited. This really needs to be addressed by management.

“My family has eaten here for 20 years. We started when my daughter was less than a year old. There are still a couple of servers there that greet us and remember our kids. They always ask about them if they’re not with us. The food has always been the best Buffet we have found. Always full and love the flavors and variety. We’ve tried other places and nothing compares for the price. Very reasonable and trying to feed a family while eating out.“

He quoted the food would be ready in 15 minutes, which seemed a bit long. But it was actually ready in about 10 minutes. The food was phenomenal. I ordered Mongolian beef and Kung Pao chicken. Atmosphere is only a half-notch above your typical strip mall fare, but service is always great, and the food is consistently good.
