“Food is really good, I've ordered many times from them but my last order included an $8.25 fee for carry out supplies. They charge a percent of the entire bill. No where in the check out process do they tell you this. This seems excessive for 6 utensil packs and 5 takeout containers. Many other BBQ places with similar price points do not charge this fee. If you are going to charge extra fees be up front about it.“

“It was our first time to this restaurant. I actually had the wrong day for our reservation but they were so nice and could accommodate us. The ambience was very nice with the beautiful limestone walls. The menu was varied and we ended up sharing everything with the table. There was something for everyone and everything was excellent with the exception to the steak which was a tad overdone for medium rare. The service was very hands on with the owner coming by several times to check on things. We will definitely come back.“

“We had such a great experience at the LS Pegah’s tonight. Our kids were tired from homecoming festivities and whiny, making them harder to maintain. Our waitress and the entire staff were nothing but amazing to us coming over talking to the kids and making sure we had everything we needed. There was a slight mishap with our one of our dishes and our server (Emma I think) felt so bad and went above and beyond to make it right. We will definitely be back- our food was amazing!!“

“I stopped in here after visiting with a friend. I’m so glad I stopped in. To drink, I got the Royal Lemonade—well balanced. For food, I got the mozzarella sticks and ginger burger (I was super hungry, but had to take home some of my burger). To be honest, the burger is not something I would normally order, but it was recommended and I’m glad I went for it. I would definitely eat it again. The atmosphere here is nice. It’s clean and comfortable. The regulars here are nice and the staff is friendly. You never know when you walk into a bar “that’s not yours” how you’ll be treated. I told my partner that if we lived down here that I could see us coming here often. You should give them a try.“

“Always a great time at Bar West! It’s a great neighborhood spot. Devon, Meghan, Alex, Barbie, and Whitney are always so welcoming. Food is great! I love the tots and country fried steak. The green beans are fresh and phenomenal! Wish they didn’t have to use jiggers for every drink. It kinda slows things down and drinks can be weak, but other than that… Bar West is AWESOME!“

I've been in the service industry for over 30 years, and I've hired and trained many, many servers, and she's a keeper. I just lament the fact that I can't recall her name, though I do remember its unique. Great food is always made better when coupled with great service. “This is definitely the best bar in the Kc area! I’m not even a huge drinker, but I love the atmosphere here. Best bartenders in town! That’s my fave part after the wings! Yes the wings here are the best in town!! The drink selection is fantastic! Once again the bartenders are THE BEST!!! Pool tables, darts, music, live music, open mic, big TVs, what more could you ask for!!! THE BEST!!“

“We ate there Saturday afternoon and they weren't overly busy. Two of us got the shrimp platter with fries and onion rings. Unfortunately, the shrimp and hush puppies were burnt. They were so overcooked they weren't moist at all, dry as can be. The waitress forgot to bring the malt vinegar for our friends fish platter. Then she ordered a mule beer and the waitress never did return with that either. Food used to be great. Hopefully this was just a bad day. We'll give them another chance.“

“Very quick turnaround from order to pick-up and the orders have been accurate all for times I've ordered on the app. That's one issue though, the app interface looks good but it's not user friendly and I never can tell if the discounts or code of the day has been applied properly but the order is spot on so it is what it is.
Oh and the all American cheeseburger is phenomenal“

“Strongly recommend that you check it out. We were out for drinks and karaoke (Saturday night) and we had a great time! KJ did great! Music was great! Some good singers in there. We did not eat, but the food looked great! Prices are very reasonable. Staff was outgoing and friendly which really helps patrons have a great time too. 5 out of 5 stars“

“We recently visited here and really enjoyed it! When we arrived, there was no wait, partly due to the fact that it was 4:45 in the afternoon. The police was your typical restaurant bar set up and I assume because of the time there wasn’t a lot of servers, but would likely change later in the evening. The bartender actually became our server and was extremely pleasant, and we loved her. The food was excellent, and the beer was cheap. Overall we would definitely go back.“
