“We don't get out to K & M often, but thoroughly enjoy it when we do. I had the combination dinner with brisket and turkey, with cole slaw and cottage cheese for my sides. Service is always fast and friendly, the decor cute and homey with a western feel. Great sauces, pork tenderloins, and onion rings, too! I generally don't need this much sauce, but I was really feeling the spicy sauce today, don't judge 😂.“

“The BEST Asian restaurant in the Northland! The food is absolutely amazing—every dish we’ve tried has been outstanding. The sushi is fresh and delicious, and the attention to detail is top-notch. You have to try the crab wontons—they’re a must! We just had the Tokyo crispy chicken, and it was so flavorful and perfectly cooked. Honestly, I haven’t had a single thing here that I didn’t love. Chris, the owner, always greets us with a warm smile, and he and his staff make you feel truly welcome every time. Exceptional food, outstanding service, and such a friendly atmosphere—Saki is hands down our favorite spot!“

“I think I saw an ad for Yafa Cafe on Facebook. We are always searching for good Mediterranean food, it's hard to find in Kansas City. Seeing Kibbeh on the menu automatically moved them to the top on the list. We really enjoyed our meals and appetizers! The kibbeh was good, the spanakopia was good. All of our meals were good. I really enjoyed the creamy chicken plate. The chicken shawarma was good. Everyone liked the kabobs (chicken and beef). We will definitely be back! The owner and employees were very nice and helpful. The restaurant was clean and looked great. The lady at the front was one of the most pleasant people we have ever met. She was very helpful, patient, and super sweet. “This was the first restaurant in Kansas we ate at on a trip from Illinois. And let me tell you…wow.

I thought we had superior breakfast in Illinois but after eating here, I was quickly humbled.

The chocolate chip pancakes were huge and had their own butter reservoir!

The cinnamon roll pancakes taste better than Cinnabon.

The peach palmer was perfect.

We had so many leftovers we could feed a small army.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was clean. Atmosphere is relaxed.

“We just moved to the area from Arizona. Originally born and Texas Boy. My daughter took us to this place. Tried the breakfast and lunch, this food took me back to TEXAS for sure. Great flavor authentic for sure. Lots of love goes into this small family owned joint like it should be. So two weeks later went back tried the barbacoa simply amazing. I said this gmail must have some ties to Texas. We met the owner Louise, great godly family man and fantastic food. Hopefully can collaborate soon as I’m bringing Texas Style BBQ to Kansas City! “My favorite Tex-Mex restaurant in Olathe. I have had an assortment of dishes here, and they were all delicious. Fajitas, Kansas Burrito, Carne Asada plate. The Chips and Dip is good, you can sometimes find a coupon for a free Queso Dip in one of the Valpak or other local flyers. There are only 2 draw backs when coming here. 1st, they are always very busy. Im not a big fan of crowds or being seated back to back against the next table and they try to pack those tables in there like sardines to service the most customers they can. 2nd is that the staff is not always friendly or even helpful when you have questions about a dish. But the food has always been excellent. Even on to go orders.“

“Working with Corey and Maddy was so easy, especially with our quick turnaround time. They arrived onsite right at 7 PM ready to serve guests at 7:30 PM. Their process to getting all 85 guests served in a timely manner was flawless and the food absolutely amazing (people are STILL talking about it)! Can't recommend them enough for any upcoming event you may have, they were timely, super affordable, and food was amazing. What more can you ask for?!“

“My family is obsessed with this place. We moved out of Gardner a few years ago but we find ourselves coming back for Fronteras!

Assuming you don't fill up on chips and salsa (and margaritas) there's a diverse menu full of bangers. Our server, Angello, said the cream cheese enchiladas was the most popular dish on the menu, and after eating them I can see why.

“My family has eaten here for 20 years. We started when my daughter was less than a year old. There are still a couple of servers there that greet us and remember our kids. They always ask about them if they’re not with us. The food has always been the best Buffet we have found. Always full and love the flavors and variety. “I have great experiences here. I do wish they would put small boxes and sauces in a bag. That's a lot to juggle going home. I've ordered a pizza, 2 sandwiches, chicken, bread, and dessert. Plus sauces and they just pile it on top of one another when bringing it out to curbside. A bag would be nice for the small boxes and sauces. Otherwise, no complaints.“

“Recently we have had very close friends/family go through difficult times, and I volunteered to get a good dinner meal for a fairly large group of people on short notice due to these circumstances. Obviously I selected J’s having no idea how everything would be except for looking very briefly through reviews. Everyone commented on how wonderful the food was. Most all of them (except me and my folks) live in the Olathe/Overland Park area, and every single family asked where I got the great BBQ. Of course, I let them know … J’s. Needless to say, they will very likely be back to enjoy J’s in the future.

“The food was good tasting and our orders were correct. We had a party of 9. Our server did not bring us fries or ask if we wanted fries right away. We're accustomed to them bringing fries out pretty quick after being seated. The fries were not hot when they were brought to us. Our server was okay, not super responsive. We had to ask multiple times for things sometimes. I ordered a mojito and it tasted like it did not have ny alcohol in it. The restrooms had a couple of the 3 stalls with no toilet paper.“

“This is a fun, laid back venue with a variety of yard games and yummy flatbreads. We went with friends for $5 Friday. It was busy but there was plenty of seating both inside and out. Dogs are only allowed on designated days, which was on the day we went. We don't have a dog but all were leashed and had to stay outside. There was music in the building but one side has huge doors that were open to the yard. The musicians were inside. There are some cute photo ops set up. Each of the 4 of us found a wine we liked. “80th Street location We usually go to the one on 151st but saw a review in a group and this one was so cute decided to try it. We went on Monday, had such an amazing dinner that we went back tonight (Tuesday). Our servers both nights were beyond friendly and knowledgeable. I forgot Mondays server name but tonight was Marcos and he was the absolute best! I had the tortilla soup both nights and I just want a gallon of it, the best I have ever had. The toppings added to it overall, and the fresh avocado was so tasty. Really, get it, you won't be the same after. Is getting it 3 days in a row excessive? Hmmmm Taco Tuesday tacos $1 each, ground beef or chicken. The ground beef is well seasoned, and delicious. The avocado salsa is another must try. This is a must and my new favorite place.“
