A young man named Brendan walked up to my table and said "hi , how are you today ? " We proceeded to have a conversation about our days . This young man is such a bright light ! He absolutely made my day just shooting the breeze about nothing. He really deserves to be recognized for the positivity he brings to your company.“

I was doing the drive-through at Arby’s on Gage this afternoon, and as soon as I heard the voice asking for my order, I just felt welcomed. I guess the most striking thing about this is that I was really surprised. Apparently I don’t normally get that feeling at a drive-through! The young woman continued to be friendly and welcoming throughout the entire transaction. I wish I had her name so I could tell management that she needs to train the other employees! Well done, young lady!“

“We've had pretty amazing service when going inside! The fee times we went through the drive through our stuf was incorrect but they were quick to fix it. We always go inside to order now. And it's still decently quick!

“Hudson at 21st and Ashworth! This dude has brought me and my wife our order MULTIPLE times. He always asks how our day is going, if he can get us anything else, and is very conversational. He also makes eye contacts and smiles. He’s quick but he isn’t rushing to get out of an interaction with a customer. He said thank you for the tip today even though I just bought a Coke and tipped 95 cents. Amazing customer service experience every time. Hudson, if you see this, you have great things coming in your future. Customer service skills like that will get you your own Sonic franchise someday, or you can do many other careers working with people. You’re amazing brother. Keep it up. God bless!“

They’re always quick about getting the food to you and it tastes great for the efficiency and price!!
