“We had the roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, glazed carrots. It was amazing. Then we had pineapple upside down cake. It was moist, great flavor and the carmel pineapple glaze was so tasty. “First time eating there today and I don't know how it stayed off my radar for so long! Service was prompt and friendly. Food was fresh and delicious with plump roast beef and fresh cooked bacon. Sides are as good as a pot luck and don't taste mass produced. Cookies were tastier and cheaper than specialty shops around town. 100% recommend!“

“We were looking for a sports bar to watch March Madness. I’m so glad that we decided on Walk-On’s. Ralph went above and beyond to make sure that we were well taken care of. He was bringing us a refill of soda before we even needed to ask. The waffle cheese fries were amazing! The Black Jack Chicken Sandwich was recommended by our waiter, Ralph. This big sandwich comes with two pieces of chicken, grilled and juicy. We will definitely be coming back to Walk-On’s!“
“They’re usually pretty tasty! I mostly get breakfast because I go only every so often and their breakfast is delicious! I usually get pancakes or waffles with sausage links and scrambled eggs and I’ve been going since I was little and I can only think of twice that it wasn’t delicious. However, even those non delicious times, the food was still yummy.They also are wonderful for drinks because they’re like an old fashioned diner and so they have cherry limeade, floats, etc. I personally adore getting the limeade with soda water because it keeps it decently tart since they make it fresh! They also have delicious desserts if you’re not too full afterwards! ?Parking: There’s always spaces open because it has three sides of it with parking spots and there’s more parking in the shopping strip mall.Kid-friendliness: I’m pretty sure they have a kids menu, but even if they don’t, they have such a wide variety that there’s something for everyone, even the pickiest of eaters.Wheelchair accessibility: It is ADA compliant and so it’s pretty easy to get around.“

Got a flight of in house brews to try we liked most of them but the blueberry was are favorite. Git a six pack to go have to go back and try some of the other foods the hamburgers we seen looked great. “I'm a sucker for a good steak at a reasonable value. LHS delivers on both! The steamed broccoli is awesome and the steaks always come out as ordered. This is my go-to for Wichita.Update 4/6/24: Still a decent place to get a good Steak in Wichita. On busy nights like Saturdays, parking can get a bit packed. Save some hassle and go park just East of the building.“
“This is one of our favorite restaurants in Wichita. Love the food, vibe and service. Normally we get one of the fresh fish specials or the amazing George Banks Scallops but tonight we went with small plates.The crab cakes are so good and we added the seared steak and it had amazing flavor. Of course we started with some fresh oysters as always, very good. Sydney was our server for the second time and she is one of the best we have had at any restaurant. She is very attentive and it is obvious she wants the dining experience to be a memorable one.“

“This Old Chicago restaurant was really good. I got the make your own Calzone, which was really good. The wife got the Meatball sandwich which she didn't like, but I thought was ok. We also ordered chicken strips for the kid, but ended up with a chicken tender sandwich. The server corrected the order and even removed it from our bill. Overall, really happy we stopped.“
“We popped in for a late lunch. The place it's self reminds me of an old Irish pub, dim lights, and seems like a fun place to come hang with friends after work. The food and service were great. Fish and chips, chicken tenders with fries is what we had - we would eat both again. The only downside is that it smelled a little like cigar smoke - not the whole time but enough to notice it. It wouldn't keep us from coming back though.Parking: Walt's is tucked into a corner on the back side of a business center with an apartment complex on the other side. It's not hard to find, but you have to be looking for it.“
“Jerry’s is an iconic local bar in Wichita. With live music every weekend, it attracts a predominantly older crowd, with cheap drinks to get your night started or to enjoy a night of dancing to mostly older songs. It’s great to grab a table with a group of friends to sing and dance the night away on the west side of town. Been here multiple times and I’ve never not felt safe there. The majority of the people that come here are really looking to have a good time. Try it out!Parking: Plenty of parking in front, sides, and in the back. And if that’s not enough, there is street parking that never fills up.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps to get in and easily can get around inside and to the restroom.“
“We attended a dinner with two dozen attendees celebrating a special West Point event. The cash bar, wait staff, private room, food quality, and atmosphere were all top notch. Aaron took care of our beverage needs and kept superb track of the individual checks so settling up at the end of the evening (four hours!) was a snap. The wait staff were all very attentive and friendly, and coincidentally great videographers helping us with memorializing the event. Food was excellent and very timely. Working with the marketing staff to organize the dinner, create a menu, and set up the private room was a snap. They were very accommodating, and we will certainly return for another event. If they'll have us, of course ... we were a bit rowdy and stayed longer than we anticipated!“

“My family & I enjoyed lunch at Freddy’s recently and it was a great experience! Fast and friendly service. High chairs were available. The atmosphere didn’t feel super rushed. Towards the end our meal, one of our children spilt their remaining fries. One of the Freddy’s team members offered to get us fresh fries which was really considerate. Thanks Freddy’s!“

“in from texas visiting family. my brother recommended this place for everyone to meet and grab a bite. all i can say is, don’t judge this book by its cover. pulling up to the location, i questioned if we were in the right place based on my brothers comments about the food and atmosphere. we had a wonderful experience with everything. family friendly too. food and service was really great. we all ordered different appetizers and shared. it was nice to sample so many dishes.“
