“Great place for donuts obviously but last time I was there, the staff were acting unprofessional and were messing around with other staff members and weren’t being very serious in front of customers. Hopefully, this has already been addressed but this was my experience. Nevertheless, the food is quick and easy as well as a drive through that is very convenient.

Parking: The parking is open and easy to park in.

Kid-friendliness: Nothing out of the ordinary and simple.

Wheelchair accessibility: It’s on the first floor with little to none curb.“

“I loved my visit my cashier was Jena and she was amazing even with the huge line. The other two girls making the drinks were super quick and did really well with my drink. I didn’t have a bad experience with the Starbucks it was the fact that I couldn’t tip them for how good they were. I asked her where the tip jar and she politely told me they don’t accept them. I guess that’s kind of boo on Kroger though“

“Velocity’s iced lattes are a must-try! Each month they switch up the menu, offering several different flavors of house-made syrups. They clearly label vegan options & offer oat milk for drinks. They artfully take photos of each drink and post them on their Instagram page. The photos look like something out of a foodie blog or magazine. A few of my favorite specials have been the chocolate covered potato chip iced latte & the cherry cordial iced latte.“

“I grew up on Long Island NY and now reside in the beautiful Smoky Mountains of East TN with my gf, so we know good coffee spots! This charming little place just so happened to be across the street! It was our check out day after I sang the National Anthem the night before for the Florence Y'all's. I had a capuchino, my gf had a latte. Both were very good! It is my understanding the owners are Taiwanese. Historic building with tons of board games and an upper level where you can sit on the floor traditionally like their Culture. “My friend and I happened upon this gem while on a girls day in Latonia. From the minute we walked in, we were welcomed with open arms. The baristas answered our questions and whipped up the most delicious drinks. The owner introduced herself and showed us around, quickly becoming a friend. We sat for a while on the amazing pink velvet couch and fell in love with this quaint little shop. Before we left, the owner offered to loan out her personal shopping cart (which she decorated for us). It was a memorable day and we will definitely be back!“

“My husband, 2 year old daughter and I stopped in for breakfast at their Williamstown location and we were so amazed with the service and food! As soon as we walked in we were met with a cheerful staff member, she also gave my daughter paper and crayons to occupy her while we ate. It was so sweet! They are seriously the best! “I love Left Bank! It's one of the first places my husband and I used to go when we first started dating, so lots of sweet coffee date memories! The family that owns and operates Left Bank is so kind and it has been a joy to see their business grow and evolve over the years.

I do miss the indoor dining, but luckily it was replaced with the cutest little gift shop ever—Maison! I have bought so many gifts and cards there. If you're ever in Covington, this place is a community treasure. They are located in the perfect little neighborhood so grab yourself a barber's brew and take a stroll through the historic riverside district.“

“Pulled in here for coffee after dropping my son off at school. The coffee was great and the lady at the window was very friendly and polite. Service was quick. There was only one car ahead of me in line when I got there and they were gone quickly. Hardly any wait at all.“

“I have been going to biggby for years and especially love their bragels. For some reason they have decided to start putting the cream cheese on the side for you to put on yourself? This has only happened 3 separate occasions and isn’t consistent so I’m not sure why they do it some days and other days don’t but it’s a real pain. I usually like to eat my bragel while I drive and that’s not possible when I have to put the cream cheese on it. It’s also rather difficult to spread cold cream cheese on a hot bagel that already has your meat and cheese on it. I hate to complain but it’s happened enough times that it is frustrating. Hoping they will stop doing it if I leave the suggestion!“

“Usually DD from this location, it’s always great! Today, I was at Kroger pharmacy and decided to go to Starbucks after a really rough doctors appt. Starbucks was so rude for no reason to the point I cancelled my order and decided to go to biggby in person down the road. Upon entering, every single lady in the joint “screams HEEELLO!” With a smile, they were all laughing and having fun which immediately made me feel better! They were so nice and accommodating when I asked questions about a drink. And even drew a little “Russian snoopy” in caramel for me 😭 I wanted to cry in the parking lot bc they really made me feel so much better after such a sad/rough morning! Thank you to everyone here, you guys are great through DD and even better in person 🥹🥹🥹❤️❤️❤️“

“While I like this location I was disappointed in how we were treated today during power outage. Em put us out in the rain. Asked if we could wait until it stopped raining, Em said no that we had to leave now and they had to leave in the rain too. They did not leave when we did. She seemed eager to get people out so she could lock up and leave. Not thinking of customers. We had been there about 30-40 minutes with about 6 other people. Debbie and I felt Em could have provided better customer service waited the extra 2-3 minutes for the rain to stop before making us leave. Debbie and I still love this Starbucks. Interior is clean and neat but spartan. Seating for 8 at low tops, 4 at high top counter. Reasonable for a 10min sit down, after that it's very uncomfortable.“

“We get iced coffee's with vanilla and cream. We also get a bacon egg and cheese bagel. The bagel is hot and delicious every time.

We go often enough where the drive thru person knows what we get and just confirms it.

If you want it done right (Example; large iced coffee with 4 cream and 5 vanilla with whipped cream.) they do it right and are consistent through all shifts!“

Parking: The parking was just fine it was in a Starbucks is in the plaza and there's plenty of parking and then there's off streets where you can park as well very close in the handicap spots were just excellent as well

Kid-friendliness: Very good friend because the workers and the staff and management they always make you feel at home so every time we come in that's what it is great place to be

Wheelchair accessibility: My grandmother is in a wheelchair and the convenience of the accessibility to the handicap spot in front of the door is excellent for accommodating our daily needs“

“I seldom go to Starbucks, since their coffee is outrageously expensive and even the larges are not worth $5+. However, the reason I give this franchise five stars is because the restaurant is always clean when I go in. It is a very comforting atmosphere and the staff are always very nice and knowledgeable of the menu. When I do go for their coffee, at least I can say they are better than the other big competitors like Dunkin Donuts.“
