“Great place for donuts obviously but last time I was there, the staff were acting unprofessional and were messing around with other staff members and weren’t being very serious in front of customers. Hopefully, this has already been addressed but this was my experience. Nevertheless, the food is quick and easy as well as a drive through that is very convenient.

Parking: The parking is open and easy to park in.

Kid-friendliness: Nothing out of the ordinary and simple.

Wheelchair accessibility: It’s on the first floor with little to none curb.“

“I loved my visit my cashier was Jena and she was amazing even with the huge line. The other two girls making the drinks were super quick and did really well with my drink. I didn’t have a bad experience with the Starbucks it was the fact that I couldn’t tip them for how good they were. I asked her where the tip jar and she politely told me they don’t accept them. I guess that’s kind of boo on Kroger though“

“Velocity’s iced lattes are a must-try! Each month they switch up the menu, offering several different flavors of house-made syrups. They clearly label vegan options & offer oat milk for drinks. They artfully take photos of each drink and post them on their Instagram page. The photos look like something out of a foodie blog or magazine. A few of my favorite specials have been the chocolate covered potato chip iced latte & the cherry cordial iced latte.“

“Super busy on a Sunday morning! Lots of kids running around. I imagine it'd be a more tranquil spot during the week. My chai was fine but not great. They have hot breakfast options as well as pastries from the case.

“I grew up on Long Island NY and now reside in the beautiful Smoky Mountains of East TN with my gf, so we know good coffee spots! This charming little place just so happened to be across the street! It was our check out day after I sang the National Anthem the night before for the Florence Y'all's. I had a capuchino, my gf had a latte. Both were very good! It is my understanding the owners are Taiwanese. Historic building with tons of board games and an upper level where you can sit on the floor traditionally like their Culture. Definitely make a point to stop here on your way to Covington KY or just passing through! -dmc-“

“My friend and I happened upon this gem while on a girls day in Latonia. From the minute we walked in, we were welcomed with open arms. The baristas answered our questions and whipped up the most delicious drinks. The owner introduced herself and showed us around, quickly becoming a friend. We sat for a while on the amazing pink velvet couch and fell in love with this quaint little shop. Before we left, the owner offered to loan out her personal shopping cart (which she decorated for us). It was a memorable day and we will definitely be back!“

“I love Left Bank! It's one of the first places my husband and I used to go when we first started dating, so lots of sweet coffee date memories! The family that owns and operates Left Bank is so kind and it has been a joy to see their business grow and evolve over the years.

I do miss the indoor dining, but luckily it was replaced with the cutest little gift shop ever—Maison! I have bought so many gifts and cards there. If you're ever in Covington, this place is a community treasure. They are located in the perfect little neighborhood so grab yourself a barber's brew and take a stroll through the historic riverside district.“

Not only is the staff ALWAYS nice and friendly when you go in, but they are always so helpful in giving wonderful and delicious recommendations that never fail to please !! “Pulled in here for coffee after dropping my son off at school. The coffee was great and the lady at the window was very friendly and polite. Service was quick. There was only one car ahead of me in line when I got there and they were gone quickly. Hardly any wait at all.“

“I have regularly visited Biggby Coffee on Monmouth in Newport KY since it opened and I always have a great experience. The staff is always polite and regularly goes above and beyond to exchange a few words with each customer and create a welcome atmosphere that is rare in quick service and unheard of in a drive through model. Well done Biggby and keep those BOGO coming.“

“I have been going to biggby for years and especially love their bragels. For some reason they have decided to start putting the cream cheese on the side for you to put on yourself? This has only happened 3 separate occasions and isn’t consistent so I’m not sure why they do it some days and other days don’t but it’s a real pain. I usually like to eat my bragel while I drive and that’s not possible when I have to put the cream cheese on it. It’s also rather difficult to spread cold cream cheese on a hot bagel that already has your meat and cheese on it. I hate to complain but it’s happened enough times that it is frustrating. Hoping they will stop doing it if I leave the suggestion!“

“I love Pixi sweets! They are amazing! I am gluten free out of medical necessity and they are SO SO great about their gluten free/vegan options! Every one of their regular cupcake flavors are available gf/vegan. Every month almost all (if not all) of their monthly special cupcake flavors are gluten free. Whenever I go in and they don't have a cupcake flavor available gluten free due to ingredients they are so helpful and help create a close alternate for me. (For example every March Irish carbomb is not typically gluten free because of beer in the cupcake batter, so they dress up a gf chocolate cupcake for me with the baileys buttercream and I am in heaven!) highly recommend them for all your gf cupcake needs!“

“Usually DD from this location, it’s always great! Today, I was at Kroger pharmacy and decided to go to Starbucks after a really rough doctors appt. Starbucks was so rude for no reason to the point I cancelled my order and decided to go to biggby in person down the road. Upon entering, every single lady in the joint “screams HEEELLO!” With a smile, they were all laughing and having fun which immediately made me feel better! They were so nice and accommodating when I asked questions about a drink. And even drew a little “Russian snoopy” in caramel for me 😭 I wanted to cry in the parking lot bc they really made me feel so much better after such a sad/rough morning! “we've been fans of biggby for almost a decade now. This location has quickly become our fav. The drinks are always perfect and the staff are all so friendly and kind.“

“While I like this location I was disappointed in how we were treated today during power outage. Em put us out in the rain. Asked if we could wait until it stopped raining, Em said no that we had to leave now and they had to leave in the rain too. They did not leave when we did. She seemed eager to get people out so she could lock up and leave. Not thinking of customers. We had been there about 30-40 minutes with about 6 other people. Debbie and I felt Em could have provided better customer service waited the extra 2-3 minutes for the rain to stop before making us leave. Debbie and I still love this Starbucks. Parking and drive through are difficult to navigate based on the constraints of the property.

Often lacks limited or promotional offerings (donuts in particular).

Interior is clean and neat but spartan. Seating for 8 at low tops, 4 at high top counter. Reasonable for a 10min sit down, after that it's very uncomfortable.“

“We get iced coffee's with vanilla and cream. We also get a bacon egg and cheese bagel. The bagel is hot and delicious every time.

We go often enough where the drive thru person knows what we get and just confirms it.

If you want it done right (Example; large iced coffee with 4 cream and 5 vanilla with whipped cream.) they do it right and are consistent through all shifts!“

Parking: The parking was just fine it was in a Starbucks is in the plaza and there's plenty of parking and then there's off streets where you can park as well very close in the handicap spots were just excellent as well

Kid-friendliness: Very good friend because the workers and the staff and management they always make you feel at home so every time we come in that's what it is great place to be

Wheelchair accessibility: My grandmother is in a wheelchair and the convenience of the accessibility to the handicap spot in front of the door is excellent for accommodating our daily needs“

“The food is reliably similar to any Dunkin you have ever visited, which is a positive. This location however is a nightmare to get in and out of. Location aside this site is reliably fresh and politely served. Avoid Dixie HWY at all costs, people are auditioning for the next Mad Max movie and it shows.“

“Second time here and there will be a third, I promise you that. The customer service is above and beyond, like nothing you’ve ever seen before, they are super friendly and treat you like you’re a guest in their home. They have a question of the day you answer it and the answer and table number is called out and that’s when you know your order is ready. They make it fun! Their cinnamon biscuits are out of this world. I’m from NJ so biscuits to me are not my thing until I had these and the Manager Mike is super cool, humble and awesome! You can tell he treats his employees with the utmost respect because every single employee was amazing, friendly, down to earth it was a wonderful start of our day!“

“I seldom go to Starbucks, since their coffee is outrageously expensive and even the larges are not worth $5+. However, the reason I give this franchise five stars is because the restaurant is always clean when I go in. It is a very comforting atmosphere and the staff are always very nice and knowledgeable of the menu. When I do go for their coffee, at least I can say they are better than the other big competitors like Dunkin Donuts.“

“I come here every single day and I love it so much. I love all the employees, most of them even know my order before I pull up. My only negative is I wish for the love of God you would please keep your whipped cream in the refrigerator! I get whipped topping on my coffee everyday, it's my sweet little treat to myself. But 90% of the time I can tell that the whipped cream can has been sitting on the counter for the majority of the day and it starts to separate and it gets an oily taste and starts to look like cottage cheese. Please fix this if anyone sees this! I absolutely love coming there. But I cannot stand when the whipped cream is like that. It is awful.“
