“My wife and I went to this restaurant today, after a great recommendation from one of my employees. This place is absolutely amazing! The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the service is completely top notch! Literally better service than I have received probably ever, and we go to A LOT of restaurants. Literally, my wife’s napkin fell to the ground and after I picked it up, the lady who was the host to us seen it and brought her a new one. Drinks did not run dry, and every single member of the staff was helping out and conversing with us. The owner and chef even came out to shake my hand. What an absolute gem in Cincinnati. This is a place NOT to miss out on. And don’t forget to order the cornbread! Hands down the best I have ever tasted. We left and wished we were hungry again and could turn around and go back inside.“

“BFG is my favorite seafood restaurant around! They always have the freshest and best fish, shrimp, crab, and steak dishes rotating on the menu year round. You simply cannot beat their Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer. Their service is fantastic, personal, fast and friendly. The atmosphere inside is so relaxing in the dining room or bar area. I've been eating here for years and have never had a bad dish. I love this place and they certainly make ya feel special. Always a winner and highly recommend it to everyone. “Great experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent — everyone was very welcoming, professional, and polite. As a first-time customer in the Cincinnati area, I was greeted warmly and treated with great hospitality.
The food came out hot, the seasoning and spice were on point, and the drinks were amazing. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying.
I would definitely recommend this place to everyone, especially my fellow Caribbean truckers. If you're in the Cincinnati area and having a hard time finding good Caribbean food while you're on the road, this is definitely a place you should check out!“

“The fried fish was so yummy and mouth watering, just an out of this world experience for me. We brought fried catfish and they were just excellent. I fell in love with the fried fish burger with tomatoes, onions. The only downside was that the fries were quite soft not the traditional crispy ones we would expect but I don't have that much to say against it. “My mom and I had dinner here just before the kitchen closed, so it wasn’t super busy. Our server, Johnathan, took amazing care of us and was knowledgeable on gluten free items. We ordered the artichokes and beet salad which were delicious, and they even had gluten free bread for our hummus appetizer. There was a kitchen error with the add on of beef tenderloin to my salad but our server took excellent care in correcting it and the manager even came by to ensure we were happy with the service. We finished the dinner with gluten free shot glass desserts and will definitely go back!“

“I found a delicious place for fish. It's carry-out only and so worth it. The pricing was reasonable and the quality and quantity of food is great. Ordered the tilapia. It was deliciously seasoned and cooked. I have enough for another meal. It was still steamy by the time I returned home. Employees were friendly, including the other waiting customer. “I’ve been there many times and anytime I have out of state guests we always take them there! And when guests return, the first thing they ask is “Can we go to that Knotty place on the hill to eat”. Now we call it the Naughty Place on The Hill because every meal is amazing, crab boil and the naughty Bloody Mary is well amazing and Naughty! Staff is amazing as well!“

“I went in for lunch on August 15th and was very impressed by the service. Quinn was on top of everything and even though I just ordered a salad and fries, he treated me as if I had ordered the most expensive entree and bottle of wine. He kept refilling my drinks and made my lunch very enjoyable. I used to wait tables and can recognize great service when I receive it. Thank you to Quinn and J Alexander's.“

“We ate at Prime tonight and it was over the top. The filet was the best steak I’ve ever tasted. The Half Baked Cookie à la mode was delicious and worth every calorie. The service was impeccable. Even the ladies room had layers of unexpected extra offerings that let you know the leadership of Prime is dedicated to making sure customers are very well cared for. We will definitely be back.“
