Everyone loved their cocktails. The pork chop was very tasty and perfectly cooked, loved the shrimp and grits… so flavorful! The salmon was also delicious! We had the cheese and hummus plate as a starter and I was not a fan. The hummus was gummy and had an odd flavor. The rest of our group didn’t mind it. I could have had the bruschetta as my meal… yum! For dessert we had the bread pudding and asked to have some bourbon to pour on top (so good!), the lava cake (wow) and the brûlée (coffee flavored and very nice). “Great experience yesterday at Copper & Kings with 6 of us! Visiting family here from Long Island, NY, we know about wine production, but nothing about Brandy/Bourbon. Our tour guide extraordinaire Ryan, taught us so much fascinating info to go along with the sampling of product! The sonic maturation process left us all amazed. The tastings, with unique chocolates, in a striking rooftop area looking at the Louisville skyline, was elevating, and now just bc we were on the roof!
Ryan was knowledgable, interesting to listen to, and a natural tour guide.

“I ordered the Barbecued Baby Back Ribs and a Caesar Salad. I knew I needed to order the ribs after walking past a table and my nose was greeted by the most pleasant whiff of Plum Creek BBQ sauce. They were delicious, fall-off-the-bone, perfectly brushed ribs. I'm not a big fan of shoestring fries, but if you like the style they're good here. The cole slaw is decent. I really like the Caesar dressing on the salad, and it's a hearty portion of salad. My friends had the Veggie Burger and the Mr. Jack's Crispy Chicken Platter, and I heard rave reviews about the burger and good things about the chicken.

“We went there for the first time. The wait at 1 pm was only about 10 minutes for 5 people. The crab Benedict was sooooooo good! Delicious! Also had the Mushroom Omelet , it was delicious. Tonight, we tried to just our fantasy football draft with them but our league failed to show. We’d planned on 15 but not even half showed up. But this team still honored their fantasy football draft party for us - gave us a TV to watch the game we wanted (and this went way beyond the call of service) and they still honored their discounts.

We had actually no idea they did these thing for fantasy football drafts, so if you are drafting soon. You need to go here! Last minute. Amazing management and waitress staff.

“Small eating area but that doesn’t matter to me. The food is delicious! I had the fresh crab cakes, fresh Brussels sprouts…omg amazing. I didn’t have room to eat the fresh asparagus and I ordered a California cobb salad with jumbo shrimp and fresh lobster claw meat with avocado which I will have for lunch tomorrow. I placed my order online late last night when I read about the fresh crab and scheduled to pick it up at 4 today. He cooked it all right there in front of me, everything fresh and tasty. I Like that they open your box or each boxed from your order to show you your food before they bag it and hand it off to you.
Plenty on seating. Plenty of parking. One single unisex restroom. There is wheelchair access.
Everything on their menu is not online so it is more realistic to call in your order or come inside instead of calling to add or make substitutions.

I love getting food from here this is like the church soul food that you make sure you have a ToGo plate from.
I order the wing and chicken breast dinner with two sides ( Yams & Greens ) I add Cornbread and a small cabbage (the menu doesn't saying there is sausage cooked and mixed with the cabbage) with pork sausage.
Their Ribs Are Pork.
They do have spaghetti for a side that is freaking delicious as well!
