I was greeted through drive through properly as I used my rewards this employee went above and beyond as he was having a little difficulty with the system changing the drink from a small to a large but got it done I was happy because of his pleasantry’s that’s what makes this a 5 star review. He seemed very happy to provide good customer service apologizing stating he will fix it as he did he was very polite and I hope that the management team will find out what his name is and give him the kudos that he deserves. Also the guy who greeted me at the window to pay was really nice as well overall really happy with the customer service aspect that I received“

“This is my first time visiting this location.

I was amazed that at 9 AM (!) two days before Christmas (!!) and within 60 seconds (!!!) I was greeted by Sarah… who was super friendly and locked-in on making sure my drink order was accurate, that I felt welcome, and not at all rushed. Within minutes I was taking the first sips of my Black Mamba and ready to start the busy day.

I can tell whoever runs this location really cares about their team and guests’ experience. Will definitely make sure to stop in next time I’m in the area!“

“the coffee is so bad, absolutely disgusting and awful but the honey is amazing. the honey selection is fantastic and the prices are great. seriously please do not buy the coffee it taste like burnt battery fluid. but definitely buy the honey ! best honey in louisville !“

“the baristas here are so sweet and the food and drinks are always amazing because of them. i always try something new and they always gladly follow my lead! i recently got a new fav the nitro cold brew with sweet cold foam and oh my gosh the turkey bacon, cheddar and egg white sandwich all warmed up with their siracha!! to die for seriously their siracha is the best. they always make everything so fast and efficiently.“

“Parking: This Starbucks is located directly inside Target to the immediate left of the front entrance. There is plenty of parking for this reason in the Target parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: Friendly & professional workers. Have witnessed them be very accommodating to kids, being patient in answering questions and making recommendations. Will even make drinks from the "secret" menu, just make sure you come prepared with the drink ingredients/recipe in case they are not immediately aware of that offering. The restaurant is also a Pokestop in the Pokemon-Go game.

“its 2025, with the price of gas & inflation it says a lot that I drive over an hour at least once a week to visit this location. Melanie & the girls are all kind & friendly & really care about everyone who walks in the door! Everything on the menu is delicious & cant go wront with any choice you make, but I love coming in for a Donut & Gusher tea for a pick-me up! Stop in for good conversation, a friendly face or a great start to your day!“

“Had to update this review. This place is good. Still fast food type quality. Miss more of a selection of donuts. But understand why.
Clean bathroom. Hope the kids don't destroy it. They try to limit them hanging out.
Still think places should cook more of their food. But speed always wins.

“I just wanted to say my children and I drive out of our way to come to this location when we could go to one closer. We come to this location because of the amazing customer service from your employee Liam. He knows my voice and remembers 3 drinks that we order(and they all are made differently than usual). He goes out of his way to talk to us, is so nice...and he makes sure everything is perfect. My son has autism and every time he hears Liam’s voice or sees him he always says “I know my drink is going to be extra good today.” Too many times customers talk about the negative. Not this time. There are a lot of other great employees at this location as well! They ALL are what keeps us coming back!“
