“i follow a blogger on youtube that travels the world. he is visiting Ethiopia and through watching it learned that Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee. So i googled Ethiopian coffee shops in Louisville and found Abol cafe. visited today and had some pour over coffee, it was the best coffe i've ever had, and i have tried coffee everywhere!!!! believe me when I say this place has the best Coffee around. This place more than exceeded my expectations of Ethiooian Coffee!!!! I will be visiting this place alot more.“

“I have become a regular of the Bardstown Road location in Louisville. The coffee and the food is always consistently good but It is the constant, great customer service that keeps bringing me back. I wish I could send this with all of the staff names that treat me so great but unfortunately, I do not know all of their names. Jess is one that truly stands out. Even if she is not working the window, if she hears my order over the speaker she makes it a point to say, hey. It is obvious that she is sincere about making sure the customers have a great experience.“

They work at the Fern Creek location and really helped turn my bad day around today!! they went out of their way to make sure that i was okay and even gave me a free drink when they didn’t need to. this location is so far out of the way for me but because of their service and warm personalities i will be back!! please somebody make sure they see this“
“Really nice selection of whole beans for home coffee enthusiasts. The baristas are well-trained and consistently pull good espresso shots. They even pour pretty latte art for steamed milk drinks which is a great sign that the baristas know their craft. I love their The Alchemist latte with its bit of cayenne to add just a little heat; perfect for cold weather!“

“When I think of how a coffee shop should run, I think of Greg and the gang. I have gone there at 5:00 am everyday for the past year. (I have a sleep issue and wake up at 4:45 am everyday). I get a sugar free vanilla cold brew and it’s become routine. I’m diabetic. The highlight isn’t the drink, or quality of the product, it’s the crew. I’m talking about, Meghan, Rachel, Alex, Sydney, Justin(who even offered up a streaming service password to me), Bailey, Carson (the person who makes my drink like, 90% of the time and crushes it), and everyone else. I’m always greeted with a smile. Everyone there is a prime model employee. They also write on my cup.“

Hands down the best experience I’ve had at any 7 Brew around Louisville. Jewell from Bowling Green was absolutely amazing, super happy, energetic, and genuinely helpful. I asked for suggestions and she nailed it with great options that fit exactly what I wanted. Her vibe alone made my day better. If I could give 10 stars instead of 5, I would. Outstanding service all around, shoutout to Jewell! 🙌☕️“

“My barista Abby really made my visit something special here. She made me a peppermint iceburg (something that was not on the menu) and quickly but was really friendly and she upped the size of my drink for me and let me use my rewards credit to pay for it so it was no charge to me. Thank you Abby for going above and beyond for me. You are awesome.“

“It was my first experience at 7 Brew so I was not familiar with the menu. Shout out to Shannon that took my order who helped me figure out what type of drink I would enjoy. I did find my drink a little too sweet but I was told next time I can order a different level of sweetness so I will definitely be back to try that. Overall, a great experience.“

“The service!!! The service is what got me to keep coming back!! My fav is an iced chai, I love it so much I always ask for extra! On this visit, I asked for some of their holiday drinks - all of them super yummy!! For this order, it was $21, all had extra shots, drizzle and double flavorings. This same order would have been $32 at the competition location. Definitely need to try Dutch Bros if you haven’t yet!!“

“the baristas here are so sweet and the food and drinks are always amazing because of them. i always try something new and they always gladly follow my lead! i recently got a new fav the nitro cold brew with sweet cold foam and oh my gosh the turkey bacon, cheddar and egg white sandwich all warmed up with their siracha!! to die for seriously their siracha is the best. they always make everything so fast and efficiently.“

“This is our favorite Starbucks in the East End, Middletown area. The staff actually get to knowledge customers, make suggestions and appreciate their customers. Andrew, the Manager, is a friendly person that knows how to hire train and motivate a great team Love the place!“
